Rainbow was laid on the sofa in pain she was having stomach spasms and she didn't know why, she was supposed to be in school but she cried out in pain every time another spasm hit.

Windy whistles: *gives rainbow a hot water bottle* how are you feeling baby?

Rainbow: *cried as she's hit with another spasm* n-not g-good.

Windy whistles: *feels rainbows forehead* I can't feel any signs of a fever sweetie, do you feel sick?

Rainbow: *gasping for breath* n-no *her stomach spasms and she cries* AGH!

Windy whistles: *rubs rainbows back back* shhh sweetheart I think we should go to the hospital, get you checked out.

Rainbow didn't answer and just kept taking deep breaths to try and ease the pain, windy helped her to the car and drove to the hospital.

*back from the hospital*

The doctor had said that rainbows stomach spasms were being caused by a muscle strain, and there wasn't much that could be done. He gave her some child friendly pain killers and just said that the hot water bottle and rest, were the best treatments. Rainbow had taken some of the medicine and was now laid on windy's lap, as her mum stroked her hair.

Rainbow: *sobs and hiccups* I-it h-hurts!

Windy whistles: shhh I know it does baby I'm afraid there isn't much more we can do, why don't you have a sleep and see if you feel better afterwards?

Rainbow nodded and dozed off into a rather uncomfortable sleep as her stomach continued to spasm, luckily windy stayed with her and gently shushed her daughter every time she could see her in pain.

*rainbow wakes up*

Windy whistles: *runs her fingers through rainbows hair* you feeling better baby?

Rainbow: *tiredly* a little bit. Can I have something to eat?

Windy whistles: you can have some toast just so it's gentle on your stomach.

Rainbow: ok.

Windy made rainbow the toast and after it had been eaton rainbow decided she, was going to bed. Hopefully the stomach spasms would stop by morning.

*the next morning*

When rainbow woke up she was relieved to realise her stomach spasms were gone.
