Daddys little Girl (First Crush) (age 3)

A new boy at started at rainbows school his name was soarin and he'd been sticking up for rainbow whenever she was having trouble with Gilda. They'd become really close friends and she thought soarin was cute, he thought the same thing about her in fact it was play time and whilst rainbow was playing hide and seek with her other friends soarin had been making her something.

Soarin: *taps rainbow on the shoulder* hi rainbow I made this for you.

It was a little bracelet which he'd made out of daisies.

Rainbow: *blushes* awww thank you soarin!

Soarin: you're welcome!

They hugged and then it was time to go back inside.

*after school*

Rainbow had really grown to like soarin she even had a little bit of a crush on him, even though she didn't really know what that meant.

Windy whistles: *notices the daisy bracelet on rainbows wrist* where did you get the bracelet rainbow?

Rainbow: my friend soarin made it for me mummy!

Windy whistles: that's very kind of him baby, I think he likes you.

Rainbow: I think so too!

Windy whistles: *chuckles* do you like him as well sweetie?

Rainbow: *shyly* y-yeah.

Windy whistles: *strokes rainbows hair* that's ok sweetheart why don't you invite him round for tea with a special invitation?

Rainbow: *excitedly* ok!

Windy got the paper and art supplies and then helped rainbow to make a invitation for soarin to come for tea. Rainbow was drawing pretty pictures and making it all bright and colourful, next came the writing and since rainbow couldn't write yet she needed windy's help.

Rainbow: can you do the writing please mummy?

Windy whistles: of course I will baby, what would you like it too say?

Rainbow: *thinking* hmm I don't know mummy.

Windy whistles: ok well first of all we need to chose a pen to write with, what's soarins favourite colour?

Rainbow: *thinking* he likes blue mummy!

Windy whistles: so we'll write it in blue. Ok now let's think why we should write, we'll start it off with "to soarin"

Rainbow: do you want to come to my house for tea on...what day mummy?

Windy whistles: he can come on Friday if you like?

Rainbow: yes please!

Windy whistles: ok so "to soarin do you want to come to my house for tea on Friday?" Anything else dashie?

Rainbow: love from rainbow!

Windy whistles: *chuckles* "love from rainbow* it's done sweetie remember to give it too him at school tomorrow.

Rainbow: I will mummy!

*on Friday after school*

Soarin had accepted rainbows invitation to come to her house for tea and they were now sat in the living room chatting and colouring. Windy was making the tea when bow came in from work.

Bow hothoof: *kisses windy's shoulder from behind* hey honey.

Windy whistles: hey, how was work?

Bow hothoof: slow as usual. Where's dashie?

Windy whistles: in the living room.

Bow was walking into the living room and when he saw soarin and rainbow colouring he went back into the kitchen.

Bow hothoof: uh honey who is in there with dashie?

Windy whistles: that's soarin he's rainbows friend from school, I told her she could invite for tea today. He think she kind of likes him.

Bow hothoof: *shocked* what?! No way! No boyfriends until she's at least 21!

Windy whistles: *laughs* bow relax, he made her a very beautiful little bracelet out of daisies and besides their only little.

Bow hothoof: exactly! She's MY baby girl and I don't want to lose her!

Windy whistles: *sighs* and you won't. If you're like this now how are you going to be when she's a teenager, and actually wants to have a proper boyfriend?

Bow hothoof: I... *sighs* I'd accept it because I love her more than anything else in this world.

Windy whistles: exactly, and right now they're just friends but she might want him to be more than that one day.

Bow looked into the living room again and saw that soarin was holding rainbows hand. He wanted to go in and tell him to let go, but remembered that he's only a little boy and he didn't want to upset rainbow by scaring him.

Bow hothoof: *sighs* as long as my little girl is happy that's all I care about.

A/N: request for OnaylieAcosta not brilliant, but I was trying to make it the way small children would act in this situation.
