Rainbow had decided that she wanted to learn archery so instead of paying for lessons her parents, decided to get her a bow and arrow set which also came, with a pop up target. Bow was in the garden setting it up.

Bow hothoof: now dashie please be careful when using this.

Rainbow: I will but are you and mum not going to watch?

Bow hothoof: we trust you to be careful and we'll be watching from inside.

Rainbow: ok.

She started to shooting the arrows at the target she was doing really well, and had even managed to get a couple of bullseyes.

Windy whistles: *looking through the window* rainbows doing really well with the bow and arrow.

Bow hothoof: I know we might have the new Robin Hood on our hands.

Suddenly they heard what sounded like a cry in pain coming from outside, the rushed out to find rainbow on the floor crying and clutching her leg, which was bleeding heavily.

Windy whistles: *kneels down next to rainbow* sweetie what's happened?!

Rainbow: *crying* I-I was pointing the arrow the wrong way and it shot into my leg!

Windy whistles: oh dear let me have a look at it.

She looked at rainbows leg and saw that there was a lot of blood, however she wouldn't know how bad the cut was until the blood was cleaned.

Windy whistles: let's go inside baby and I'll clean the wound, it might need stitches though.

Rainbow: *hiccuping* o-ok.

Windy took rainbow inside and cleaned the wound, it did stitches but not a lot, so she took rainbow to the hospital.

*after the hospital*

Windy bought rainbow home after going to the hospital and getting her wound stitched up. After this rainbows parents didn't let her use the bow and arrow without adult supervision.
