Now that rainbow was in high school she had a phone, and she'd expressed to her parents that she would like to have social media, to chat with her friends and keep up, with the celebrities who she admired.

Bow hothoof: *sighs* ok I'll go and talk to your mother and see what she thinks.

Bow goes and has a talk with windy and explains that he is worried about rainbow having social media.

Windy whistles: honey I know you're scared but she's nearly a teenager, their all having social media now.

Pinkie was asking rainbow about the social media because she'd creator group chat on Facebook, and rainbow was the only one not part of it. Probably because the other 6 girls turned 12 before rainbow did. Rainbow was playing a game on her phone when she saw her parents come into her bedroom.

Windy whistles: rainbow me and your dad have decided that you can have a Facebook account, but you must follow these rules...

Bow hothoof: you're only allowed to have people you know on your friends list.

Windy whistles: if anyone you don't know sends you request, decline it and block them.

Bow hothoof: no sending inappropriate messages or pictures.

Windy whistles: no giving out personal information.

Bow hothoof: friends must be under 16, unless they are family members or friends.

Windy whistles: no posting inappropriate status' Or being rude to others. If I find out you've used to it to be mean to anyone, I will delete your account.

Bow hothoof: I think that's about everything don't you?

Windy whistles: yes I think so. But do you understand what we mean rainbow dash?

Bow hothoof: I hope so dashie, because this is important, there are some real nasty people out there , and your mother and I don't want to loose you.

Rainbow proceeded to mark her Facebook account and then joined the group chat that pinkie had made, which was just named "rainbooms"

Rainbow: *on the group chat* I'm here guys they let me join!

Pinkie: yay dashie!

Fluttershy: yay.

The girls stayed chatting all night on the group text that all 7 of them now had.
