A/N: because this is the 100th story it will correspond with the first one.

It was rainbows first day of nursery and she was really scared to be away from windy, she'd never been away from her mum before. Even though it was only going to be for a couple of hours rainbow still didn't want to be away from her.

Windy whistles: dashie come on you'll be ok.

Rainbow: *whimpering and sniffling* don't want you too leave me mummy.

Windy whistles: *hugs rainbow* shhhh I know you don't want me to, but you'll have lots of fun and make friends.

*at the nursery*

The children were being taken into the building and all the parents were saying there goodbyes and leaving the children. However rainbow did not want windy to leave and she started crying and clinging onto to her.

Windy whistles: come on dashie mummy needs to leave.

Rainbow: *crying* NO MUMMY DON'T LEAVE!

Windy whistles: *picks rainbow up and rocks her side to side* shhhhh shhhhhh.

The teacher miss feather boa saw what was happening and came over to them.

Miss feather boa: hey is everything alright?

Windy whistles: *sighs* she's never been away from me before and she's a little scared.

Miss feather boa: that's perfectly understandable, how about I take her and she can sit stay with me for the morning?

Windy whistles: I think that will be ok, rainbow do you want to stay with miss feather boa?

Rainbow: *whimpers, shakes her head and clings onto Windy more*

Windy whistles: come on you'll be ok.

She finally gets rainbow to let go and she hands her over to miss feather boa.

*later in the morning*

Rainbow had been sitting on miss feather boa's lap for most of the morning, but she was becoming a little more confident and had asked miss feather boa to if she can play with the other children. Miss feather boa put rainbow down from her lap and she went to play with fluttershy.

*after Gilda had scratched rainbows arms* (see the first story for reference)

Miss feather boa heard what happened and she took Gilda and rainbow into the office to clean rainbow up and calm her down. After she'd told Gilda off she turned back to rainbow who had fallen asleep, she shook her gently to wake her up and rainbow started crying.

Miss feather boa: *picks rainbow up and puts her on her lap* shhhhh shhhh it's ok.

Rainbow: *crying* I-I w-want m-mummy!

Miss feather boa: shhhhh i know I'll call her and ask her to come and pick you up.

Miss feather boa rang windy and she came and picked rainbow up, she took her home and she had a look at the scratches on rainbows arms.

Windy whistles: *softly* awww baby I bet they hurt.

Rainbow: *whimpers and nods* didn't want you to leave mummy.

Windy whistles: *hugs rainbow and kisses her temple* I know you didn't baby, but that's part of becoming a big girl and you'll be ok.

Rainbow: we still get to do stuff together?

Windy whistles: of course baby, you'll always be my number one priority and we'll still do things together.

After a few more moments of cuddles rainbow fell asleep, and after the day's incident rainbow became much better had being apart from windy.
