Rainbow was going bowling with her friends and she couldn't wait, they'd planned this weeks ago.

Windy whistles: so remember to call me when you get there, text me every hour and call me when you're leaving.

Rainbow: don't worry mum I'll remember. *kisses windy's cheek* love you.

Windy whistles: love you too.

*at the bowling alley*

The girls were all waiting outside when rainbow arrived at the entertainment centre, which is where the bowling alley was located.

Pinkie: oh look dashie's here!

Aj: finally.

Rainbow: sorry I'm late guys, had to clean my room.

Twilight: it's fine rainbow you're here now.

Sunset: yeah, you ready to lose dash?

Rainbow: *scoffs* in your dreams.

Rarity: girls it's not a competition.

Aj: Um it kind of is rarity.

Rarity: *deadpans* you know what I mean.

Twilight: anyway let's go and have some fun!

The girls went instead and it was very busy there was a lot of people, more than they were expecting. Rainbow didn't like the fact that there was a lot of people and she started to become anxious because of it, and this didn't go unnoticed by fluttershy.

Fluttershy: what's wrong rainbow?

Rainbow: *nervously* n-nothing flutters I'm fine.

Fluttershy: *concerned* are you sure dashie?

Rainbow: *gulps* positive.

*a while later*

Sunset: *aggressively* ha I told you all I was really good at bowling!

Twilight: no one said you weren't sunset, but the game isn't over yet. Who's turn is it?

Pinkie: it's dashie's. where is she?

The girls looked around but they couldn't see rainbow anywhere.

Fluttershy: I'll go and check the toilets, someone else take mine and rainbows turns.

The girls nodded and fluttershy headed to the toilets to look for rainbow. When she got to the toilet she was shocked by what she found, she could hear rainbow through the door of one of the cubicles and it sounded like she was crying.

Fluttershy: *softly* rainbow? Are you ok?

Rainbow: * hyperventilating* I-I I-I'm f-fine.

Fluttershy was now really worried and she knew that rainbow was lying so she decided she needed to get to her.

Fluttershy: dashie can you open the door?

Rainbow was now starting to her heartbeat pick up and she was struggling to breathe. Finally she managed to open the door to let fluttershy come in. When fluttershy got into the cubicle she couldn't believe the state rainbow was in and immediately grabbed hold of her hand and legs as they were shaking as rainbow gasped for breath.

Fluttershy: *softly and calmly* shhhh shhh rainbow what's wrong?

Rainbow didn't answer but instead quickly got up off of the toilet and started to vomit into it, fluttershy just rubbed her back until she was done. When rainbow was finished being sick she flushed and then sat back down. However once she was sat she started to feel really light headed and felt like the world was spinning around her.

Fluttershy: rainbow? I'm going to go and get someone will you be ok for a second?

Rainbow nodded and fluttershy left to go and tell the rest of their friends and to fetch an adult. The rest of girls stayed outside to give rainbow space whilst fluttershy went in with the first aider who was at the entertainment centre. Rainbow was taking really deep breath's and continued to shake and sweat.

First aider: *places her hands on rainbows shoulders* ok sweetie take a deep breath through your nose for me.

Rainbow did as told and then the first aider continued.

First aider: ok now breath out through your mouth nice and slowly.

Rainbow did this and continued the exercise until her breathing was back to normal and she was much calmer.

First aider: good girl, can you tell me your name?

Rainbow: *still a little shaky* I-it's r-rainbow.

First aider: ok rainbow, how are you feeling?

Rainbow: sick and tired.

First aider: I think you might have had a panic attack, so we'll go to the medical room and get some water and I'll call your parents to come and pick you up alright?

Rainbow: *mumbled* ok.

Fluttershy: is she ok?

First aider: she's going to be fine, she's just had a panic attack, but she'll be ok. You did the right thing,
There's a lot of people here and it might of overwhelmed her, are you girls ok?

Sunset: yeah we're ok thank you.

First aider: good, now go on back to your game and have fun.

The first aider took rainbow to the medical room and gave her a glass of water whilst she called windy and explained what had happened. As soon as she'd been told what happened windy was straight there as she wanted to get to her baby as soon as possible.

Windy whistles. *hugs rainbow tightly* oh baby are you ok?

Rainbow: *shakes her head and tears up* I thought I was to die mummy.

Windy whistles: *kisses rainbows forehead* shhhh I know it must of been scary, but it's ok you're  safe now let's go home.

The went home and rainbow went upstairs for a sleep, she was exhausted and still shaken from the days events.

A/N: sorry this took so long guys, I was really struggling for a story. It's not fantastic but I wanted to give you something and I'm sure you'll love it.
