It was rainbows first Halloween and since she was too young to go trick or treating, and didn't have any teeth to eat sweets yet her parents decided that they would just have a little party in the house. It was only going to be the 3 of them, they had some little cakes that were really soft, and would just melt in the mouth so rainbow would be able to eat them. They'd also bought rainbow a cute little pumpkin outfit, though they we're sure she'd spit up on it.

Bow hothoof: *holds up a picture of cartoon baby ghost* is this Friendly enough dear?

Windy whistles: *looks at the ghost* yes it's perfect!

She had just finished putting the pumpkin costume on rainbow and was holding her on her hip. She gently bounced the infant i her arms as rainbow made grabby hands towards the decoration.

Bow hothoof: *in his baby sing song voice* do you like the ghost dashie?

Windy whistles: *chuckling* I think she thinks he's funny looking. What do you think of her costume?

Bow hothoof: *takes rainbow from windy's arms* I think it's adorable!

He and Windy had decided not to dress up as they didn't want to scare rainbow. Instead they had decorated the house with cute little cartoony Halloween decorations.

Windy whistles: *cute baby talk voice* does someone want a special cupcake?

Rainbow started giggling and made grabby hands at windy who was holding the cakes. She gave rainbow one of the cakes and the child, started eating it. Rainbow took an hour just eat one cake as she played with it most of the time, and only took tiny bites. When she finished she had cake crumbs and icing all over her face, bow came up to her with a wipe and wiped it off of her face.

Bow hothoof: there we go baby all clean.

Rainbow looked at him perplexed for a moment and then began to gag.

Bow hothoof: *panicking* oh no!

He quickly picked rainbow and tried to hurry to the bathroom, but it was too late rainbow spat up all over the pumpkin outfit, and some of it went down bows shirt as well. He knew rainbow wasn't unwell because she was giggling at him, if she'd been ill she would of been crying.

Bow hothoof: *amused* I suppose you think this is funny don't you dashie?

Rainbow: *giggles adorably and claps her hands*

Bow hothoof: *chuckles* come on let's get you in the bath.

He took rainbow in the bathroom and took off the pumpkin outfit. He quickly washed her and then placed her in a clean nappy, and fresh pair of pyjamas.

Bow hothoof: there we go all clean!

He noticed rainbow was getting fussy so he figured it was feeding time and then bed. He took her downstairs so that windy could feed her, and he put all the decorations down and tidied up.

*after rainbows been fed*

Windy whistles: *rubbing rainbows back* I'll go and put her to bed.

Bow hothoof: ok love. *kisses rainbows head* night night baby.

Windy took rainbow to her room and after reading a short story the baby was fast asleep. Her first Halloween night over.
