Rainbow was watching tv when the advert for the new Nintendo console came on. It was the Nintendo switch it was a handheld console, that could be connected to the tv or you could use it on the go. Rainbow thought it looked so cool and she decided she would like it, so she went and asked her parents if she could get it.

Rainbow: *excitedly* and it looks so cool! Please can I get it, please, please, please?!

Bow and Windy looked at each other and then looked back at rainbow with a decision.

Bow hothoof: tell you what dashie, if you can raise the money then you can get it.

Rainbow: how am I going to do that?

Windy whistles: by helping us out and doing chores around the house.

Rainbow: ok I can do that!

Bow hothoof: the switch is expensive so it might take you a while to do it.

Rainbow: that's fine I can wait.

*6 months later*

Rainbow had been working really hard to get money for the switch, she'd been doing lots of chores for her parents and she'd even sold some old toys that she no longer wanted. Now she'd finally saved enough money to get the Nintendo switch, so her dad took her the shop to get it. She'd also saved up some extra money so she able to get a couple of games, and she chose super mario party and super smash bros.

*back at home*

Rainbow was playing on her new Nintendo Switch, and  she decided she was going to ask her family if they wanted to have a game with her.

Rainbow: *nudges scootaloo* bet I'll beat you.

Scootaloo: you will not!

Bow hothoof: now girls we all know I'm going to win!

Windy whistles: *chuckles* I doubt it.

They all laughed and then played on the switch for the rest of the night.
