Rainbow: mum dad! Pinkies invited me to go the pool can I please go?

Bow hothoof: of course dashie! I don't see why not.

Windy whistles: just remember to wear suncream.

Rainbow: *excited* yes! Thanks guys love you!

Windy whistles: we love you too!

It was the first day of summer and it was a really hot day, so pinkie had invited the girls to the local swimming pool. They we're to supervised by pinkies older sisters limestone and Maude.

*at the pool*

The girls all arrived at the pool and were now being given instructions by Maude and limestone.

Maude: *in a deadpan tone and with no expression on her face* make sure you don't drown. I'm going to look at rocks.

The girls watched her walk away not knowing how to respond to that.

Pinkie: *in awe* aww Maude! She's so sweet and caring.

Limestone however was much more aggressive and abrupt.

Limestone: *aggressively* RIGHT! You little maggots! Make sure you stick together and don't drown, because it's too much paper work! Got it?!

The girls: yes!

Limestone: good now run along!

She left and the girls headed to the  pool.

The girls were having a lot of fun playing in the pool and and going down the slides. Rainbow then saw a diving bored and decided she wanted a try on it.

Sunset: rainbow you can't, it says 16+ only.

Rainbow: fine then I'll just dive off the wall.

Aj: rainbow don't be stupid, it's not deep enough you'll hurt yourself.

Rainbow: *waving off their concerns* I'll be fine girls.

She climbed out of the water and stood at the pools age, she then dived head first into the pool. But when she came back up to the surface she face was covered in blood, it turned out that when she'd hit the water she'd hit it with some force, and it has split her nose open. The girls all rushed over to her in a panic.

Fluttershy: *worriedly* rainbow! Are you alright?!

Rainbow: *clutching her bloody nose and trying not to cry* n-no! I think my nose is broken.

Pinkie: *puts her arm around rainbow* come on let's go and find my sisters.

The girls left to find Maude and limestone and then we're on their way to the hospital, after the paperwork had been filled out.

*in the car*

Maude was driving the car which had towels and the seats, and rainbow was holding a wet rag over her face to catch the blood. Limestone was sat grumbling.

Limestone: I told you girls not too have any injuries, because it creates too much paperwork.

Pinkie: *trying to lighten the mood* to be fair limey you said not too DROWN!

Limestone: *in a huff* not in the mood pinkie.

They arrived at the hospital and Maude took rainbow to the nurse whilst limestone and the girls waited in reception. Bow and Windy arrived shortly afterwards because sunset had called them.

*after seeing the doctor*

Doctor Johnson: ok so rainbows nose isn't broken but it did have a rather nasty gash, so we've had to put stitches in it.

Windy whistles: that's good at least.

Rainbow: how long before I can go swimming again?

Doctor Johnson: a couple of weeks until the stitches have been removed.

Rainbow: *disappointed* ok.

Doctor Johnson: and rainbow?

Rainbow: yes doctor?

Doctor Johnson: no more diving ok?

Rainbow: ok.

They left the doctors and bow and Windy took rainbow home whilst Maude and limestone took the rest of the girls home.

*at home*

Rainbow: well that was a fun day.

Windy whistles: just remember what the doctor says rainbow.

Rainbow: I know, I know. No more diving.

Windy whistles: *chuckles* now how about pizza for dinner?

Rainbow: ooh yes please!

They ate their pizza and rainbow was able to go swimming again after 2 weeks. But this time without diving.
