Flashback

"Why do you have to leave Keito-kun?" My 10 year old self asked.

"My parents want me to be a singer and dancer back in Japan. I'm sorry I have to leave but I'll come back. I promise." He said and gave me a kiss on my forehead. "I love you Ichinose Hina. So don't cry."

"I love you too okamoto Keito so you better come back."

"I will. Good bye."

That was the last I saw of my first love. That was 13 years ago and in those years I have wondered what he was doing. I decided to look him up to see how he was doing and to my surprise he was one of the most popular people in Japan. I missed him desperately, so I packed my things and bought a ticket to Japan in a heart beat.

When I arrived in Japan, I saw a huge mob of people. It turned out that Keito had just returned from a trip. I saw him and couldn't help but stare. Neither could he.

"Keito!" I shouted and waved.

"Hina-chan!" He shouted back at me as he ran towards me and hugged me which resulted in me falling.

"I missed you so much!" I shouted while crying.

"I did too. I'm sorry I haven't come back in so long." He said hugging me tighter.

"It's okay. Now you're here."

He offered me a ride around Tokyo and an option to stay at the "Hotel De La Keito" as he called it. AKA his house. I accepted and went home with him.

"It's very tidy. You've grown since we were kids." I said.

"Well that was a very long time ago." He said.

"Yea. I missed you a lot. I would always look up at the sky and wonder if we were looking at the same sky and moon. That's what kept me going you know." I said.

"Did something happen that you needed me to live for?" He asked.

"Well my parents always fought and the eventually got a divorce. That's why all I did was play with you. I didn't want to go home to seeing my parents fight."

"I'm sorry I left." He said and pulled me into a hug. "Well now you know for sure that we are looking up at the same sky."

"Yea I guess so."

After a while of sitting around watching tv. I decided to cook dinner. To my surprise, Keito didn't know how to cook very well. I can't really cook too well either, so I just made some salad and called it a night.

"Itadakimasu." He said and began stuffing his face.

"Suki desu ka?(do you like it)" I asked. 

"Hai. Oishi desu. (Yes. It's delicious)" He said with a big smile.

"Yokatta na. (That's a relief)"

"Ah...tsukareta (I'm tired)" He said rubbing his belly like and old man.

"Alright then let's go to bed. Where am I sleeping?" I asked.

"Well, I don't really have a working mattress right now so I sleep on futons. I have two futons. Is that okay?" He asked.

"Yes that should be fine." I answered.

"Alright then oyasumi (good night)"

"Oyasumi."

When I woke up, it was 3 am. I wasn't feeling well so I got up and went to the restroom. I ended up getting sick which woke up Keito.

"Daijobu desu ka?" He asked.

"I just feel really sick all of a sudden. Maybe I ate something bad on the plane." I declared.

"Do you feel better? Do you need to go to the doctor?" He asked.

"No I should be fine, I feel better." I said as I got up and went towards where we were sleeping.

"Don't leave me again please." He said in his sleep.

"I won't leave." I said as I grabbed his hand.

"Thank goodness." He whispered as his hand grew tighter around mine.

When I woke up, it was actually day outside. I smelled breakfast being cooked which confused me. Than I opened my eyes and saw that Keito was still asleep next to me.

"Keito psst Keito." I said waking him up. "There's someone here cooking breakfast."

"Oh that's my best friend Yamada." Keito said and went back to sleep.

"Ohayou!" Yamada said with a pan in his hand.

"O-ohayou gozaimasu." I answered.

"It'll take a while for Keito to wake up so you come and eat before it gets cold." Yamada said putting a plate on the table. "So how did you two meet?"

"We met when he came to the UK. He was the only one who would talk to me but when he left I lost all contact with him. The only thing I remembered was that he left for and audition in Japan. I searched his name and a lot of information popped up. So much so, that I packed my things and set off for Japan and here I am." I answered.

"Ah, sou ka. Well I have to go now. Enjoy the meal."

"Thank you." I said as he walked out of the door.

Not too much later, when I was cleaning the dishes, I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist. It startled me at first but then I realized that it was Keito.

"Ohayou..." I said resting my head on his cheek as he rested his on my shoulder.

"Ohayou." He said and gave me a kiss on my cheek.

"I found a job." I declared.

"Already?!" Keito exclaimed.

"Yep. Want to know what it is?" I asked.

"What is it?"

"Being your life long partner." I said and kissed him.

"You've got the job." He said giving me a thumbs up.

"Yatta!" I shouted and hugged him.

"I love you." He said.

"I love you too."
