THE PRINCE AND PRINCESS OF WALES TRAVELED TO SWITZERLAND AND DID NOT ATTEND THE FUNERAL OF CONSTATIN II OF GREECE

The funeral of Constantine II of Greece, the last monarch of the country who was exiled in the late sixties, was held yesterday, Monday, January 16.

The event was attended by several representatives of the European monarchies, but there was one major absentee: Prince William.

Despite the fact that the son of King Charles III was Constantine's godson, the Prince of Wales and his wife, Kate Middleton, did not attend the public funeral held at the Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral.

On their behalf, Prince William asked his cousin, Lady Gabriella Kingston, goddaughter of the late former king, to offer condolences to Crown Prince Pavlos of Greece and his mother, Queen Anne-Marie.

Representing the British Royal Family was Princess Anne, who was the Greek king's second cousin, along with her husband, Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence.

On the other hand, it has been reported that the Prince and Princess of Wales traveled on Saturday 14th to Switzerland, to spend the weekend with their eldest daughter, Princess Eleanor, who is studying at the boarding school Le Rosey.

The reason for this trip is because of the latest events that have been happening these days. The book that Prince Harry has published has unveiled secrets of the
Royal Family and that involves Princess Eleanor.
