"Why would I let you drive my dad's $70,000 car? You can barely ride a fucking bike." I say.

Since it's Spring Break me, Jules, Maddy, and Cassie are going on a 4-hour road trip to Las Vegas.

"I wonder who's snoring back there." I say looking in the backseat through the mirror.

"Probably Maddy. It sounds like a I-am-royalty-and-you-better-treat-me-like-it kinda snore." Jules says.

"These are my fucking friends! They were with me before my dad got rid and they're still gonna ride with me. We're a package deal." I say.

"Well, I don't want your package." Isabelle says.

"I wasn't gonna let you open it anyway." I say.

Jules' jaw drops and Isabelle walks away.

"Nah, that's crazy." Maddy says laughing.

"It was an accident and I don't have feelings for Jules." I say.

"How do you sleep?" Cassie asks.

"What?" I ask.

"How do you sleep when you lie to me?" Cassie asks.

"Don't you worry about it, we'll make it happen." Cassie says.

"I think Maddy just wants to be fashionably late." Jules says.

"Maybe." I say.

"Have our friends showed up yet?" Jules asks.

"Friends? I think yours was just a reservation for 2." The waiter says.

"Don't you worry about it, we'll make it happen." Cassie says.

"Oh." Jules says.

Jules nods and the waiter walks away.

"I guess this is a date now." Jules says.
