"Gyro! Have you seen my- OW" the lights in the hallway suddenly shut off,leaving you in total darkness.

"___? You ok?" He asked from the bedroom,digging around he felt for a flashlight in the nightstand.

"Im fine,just stubbed my toe is all" you sighed and flopped onto the bed, outside another large snow storm had blown threw town,taking everyone by surprise.

"You sure?"

"Yeah, stop shining that in my face!" Your eyes were starting to water.

"Sorry, Does the wifi still work? Water too?"

"Water? I'm not sure" you felt your way to the bathroom and turned on the skin,nope no water,"Waters out!"

"Shoot" you heard him drop something out in the hallway as he messed with the circuit board. Eventually he got fed up and crumpled back onto the bed,"Hopfully the food won't go bad"

"Im sure the power will be back on soon, besides, My phone still has a few bars left and it's fully charged, we can watch Netflix or something!" You laied next to him,"wanna watch some gravity falls?"

"Didn't they take Gravity falls off Netflix?" Gyro asked. He really was getting sick of these power outages.

"Maybe? why do we even use Netflix at this point? They don't even have all the seasons of fairy tale and it's been like five years" you complained,"Like, how are you going to be the biggest streaming company and NOT have all the seasons of one of the most popular animes known to man?"

"Legal reasons maybe?"

"Ugh CEOs and their money, they're the reason we cant get any good shows anymore!" You whined and held the giant waited blanket up and attached it to the ceiling hook, by now the fort looked like a tent.

"Scoot" Gyro patted your leg and you rolled out of the way, he placed down another large blanket to lay down on and surrounded the edged with pillows,"done"

"Wait, It's not done just yet!" You dug around for your 101 stuffed animals and tossed them all into the blanket fort.

"Do you really need all of them?" Half of these were from your childhood while the others where the ones he'd made while trying his hand at sewing. Like the Beer he'd made as a joke and given to you, it had the body of a bear and the head of a deer.

"Uh? Yes! I cant sleep without Death bringer! And Chaos, Feaster and Harbinger!"

"...you named your stuffed rabbit 'Death Bringer'?"

"Yes" climbing into the fort, surrounded by your darling stuffed animals you let go of your rabbit and immediately lifted Gyros arm so that it would rest on your back. That way you could use his hand and arm as a pillow while you watched t.v!

He looked at you,"You're not all there in the head are you?"

"I am so!"

"Mm no,I dont think so, don't worry baby," he patted your thigh,"I'll take you to get some therapy,lord knows you could use it"

"Uh?! Rude!! I just like giving my little ones unsuspecting names is all, it's funny" you countered as he got up and lit a few candles around the fort,"oh you finally managed to put those tea candles to good use!"

"Yeah they were just sitting around I figured why not?" He took out another match from the match box and finished lighting a few more.

"Come back already! I'm cold!" You whined.

"Aw shad up" he patted your face,pretending to smack it and adding lame 'wapoosh!' sound effects.

"Gyro!"

"Alright! Alright!" Getting back into his original position with his arm over your side and you legs trapping his thigh, you kissed is knuckle.

"I love you"

"Yeah I know"

"Say it back!" You paused the show.

"You already know I do! Why do I have to say it?!"

"I guess you don't really love me then" you pouted.

"You are such a-" you felt his lips peck the side of your face,"there"

"Awww...you need to shave"

"Shhh! It's playing!"

That was just like you, a million and one stuffed animals and you wanted to hold onto him, how cute.
