He was pretty sure he was lost. Looking down at his map he tried to make sense of his map, the small notes Gyro had written down were quiet literally flying off the pages! A 'G' nearly poked him in the eye while he accidentally inhaled a 'B'. This forest was know to house strange and mystical things but Gyro had been trying to find his way out after finding nothing all day and to be honest he couldn't even remember what he was looking for! Stupid forest making him forget things!

"Come on Val, watch your step," he patted his horses neck and urged her on slowly. The forest shifted and changed too much for him to send Val sprinting. It was getting dark out and he'd run out of water a while ago, as much as Gyro hated it he would have to spend the night here but first he wanted to try and find a water supply.

"Come on you freaky forest,give me something to work with here" he muttered, that's when Gyro heard it, the rushing sound of a water fall. It seemed rather convenient and he was hesitant to follow the sound but his gut demanded that he get something to drink and so he followed the sound. The air got more and more misty and damp as Gyro got closer to the rushing water but then a problem appeared! There was a fork in the road.

"This dosent look good" he had an odd feeling that this choice would determine....something. What that 'something' was he couldn't be sure,"what do you think Val?"

Valkari flicked her ears and looked to the left, as they faced that way he could the faintest of singing. Was someone else stuck is this blasted forest? Or was it something malicious trying to deceive him? Val seemed want to go follow the melody and he trusted her judgment.

"Alright Girl,get us out of here" he moved a low hanging branch out of his face. The deep he went the closer the branches arch twords him until an extreamly low hole forved him to flatted himself on Valkaris back,you sure you know where your going?"

She huffed in response and picked up the pace. The low arch of branches then suddenly close up! Like putting the top on a bottle.

"...well fuck me- woah!" Valkari started trotting faster,"warn me first!" He fixed his hat back on top his head. The singing had gotten louder as well as the sound of rushing water,"what in the-" in front of him sat something out of piece of fictional art! A massive water fall pooled into a medium sized plunge pool filled with large water lillies that glowed under the moonlight.
Small floating islands floated silently near the waterfalls overhang. Large pomegranate shells floated like lanterns in the air,leaving a faint fruit like smell in the air.

"What in the-"

"Your back! Come come! You have to tell me your thoughts? You'd felt the rider enter your dream land and was eagerly awaiting his return!

"Do I know you?" He asked, a bit confused, this had to be a dream right? Or maybe another stand user the president had sent after him?

You motioned for him to come closer but he seemed confused,"you don't remember me?"

"I think I'd remember a giant floating waterfall and a-" he looked into the water and saw that you indeed have a tail,"mermaid?" He was very confused.

"Ehhh? Well dreams are a fickled thing sometimes,come! Come!" You motioned for him to come closer.

"I must be lucid dreaming again..." well he sure hoped so,it would be rather lame if he died to a stand user in his dreams. Leaning down over the edge of the large pool he let you get close, really close and-

Chu!

You'd placed the smallest of kiss to his lips! Thats when the memories and emotions came flooding back!

"___? Awww man! Don't tell me I forgot again!" He slapped his forhead in irritation.

"I told you,Gyro, pursuing a friendship with me will be very challenging but I'm glad you want too," you smiled up at him, as a dream fae you never could keep any friends. Your body would drift from person to person,never able to settle down and form a deep connection with anyone but Gyro had proved to be different. He made sure your new home was beautiful and clean! Even if he did forget you the next time he showed up. Dreams were such fickled things after all, no matter how hard one tried to hold on they would always slip through your hands.

"Well I can't say it's a lose lose situation, I get to kiss a lovely lady every night"

You snickered, he'd said that last time too,"Gyro,you are a very intriguing person"

"Flattery will get you everything with me~"

You laughed again,"hahah! Ohhh goodness I haven't laughed that hard in a moment, come! Come! Swim with me" you flicked your tail.

"So you can drown me?" He asked, removing his hat.

"So I can drown you with kisses!"

He flashed you a grin and sunk down into the warm water with you.

You rested your tail across his leg and curled up around him,"Now tell me! Tell me about that new friend of yours" you started drawing lines across his chest.

"Where's my payment~" he pointed to his cheek which you happily gave! Cupping his face you peppered kisses all across his face and cheeks.

"Hehehe,ok ok, so This kid and I,Johnny, are resting at this town and that's when this blond asshole named, Diego, starts turning people into dinosaur!"

"No way!"

"Crazy right!? And then he nicks me or whatever and my body starts changing too!"

You listened intently as the jockey spun his tale until the sun eventually woke him up. You would stay here in his dreams until it was time to move on,after all you loved a good story!
