You didn't look up from your computer. You'd been caught in the act, red handed so to speak!

"___,what did you buy?" Gyro looked at you. He knew that face, you made when you knew you'd done something you weren't supposed too.

"Nothing!"

"Liar, let me see" he sat up, knocking a few of your plushies off your bed.

"Its girl stuff! Ok?! It's really embarrassing!" You slammed your computer shut, the last thing you wanted was for him to see what you'd bought.

"Eh? Embarrassing? If you say so,I won't pry, come on I'm pretty sure the foods done" he sat up and placed your old raggity Ann doll back in her rightful spot on your bed,"Ann's getting a bit torn up don't you think?" The red yarn had fallen out and half the face was missing due to constant washing.

"I know that's why I'm sending her to the hospital to get fixed up!" You followed him down stairs to the microwave where your ribs and his roast beef sandwiches sat," but I don't just wasn't any old person to fix her, I want someone who knows what they're doing!"

"Mmhm"

"They have to use the right kind of threat and pigment for the eyes and face cause I know how the color in some paint gets lighter or darker with age! Also- hey? What's with that look?" He was leaned back in his chair, relaxing and munching away at his dinner.

"Nothing,I just like listening to stuff that gets you excited thats all"

"I- you- Shut up!" Stupid Italian and his smooth words! This was the same guy who asked you to pull a splinter out of his finger and demanded that you 'kiss it all better'. The same man who nearly died several times while crossing the country on horse back to save the life if some kid he didn't even know. But that was one of the many reasons why you loved him.

"Im not cute!" You were fierce and mature woman! "...wipe that smile off your face!!"

That smile did not leave his stupid handsome face, it only got bigger.

You huffed and finished up your dinner. As you ate you plotted on trying to figure out a few to butter him up for the package you'd bought. Was it unnecessary? Yes, did it cost you an arm and a leg? Yup! Was Gyro going to scold you for buying it? Oh Absolutely!

"After we eat do you want me to rub your back?"

It had been raining these past few days and your old man of a boyfriends joints were hurting because of it.

"Indeed I am! Also what's that thing?" You pointed at the wall behind him and stealthy made your closer to him and his unguarded food.

"Whats what-"

Standing up you bolted to your room while trying not to choke on the food you just snagged.

"Theif!"

"No! Wait! I'm sorry! Gyro please!"

Too late, he'd caught you and tossed you over his shoulder,"I asked before had if you wanted one and you said 'no' you do this every time!" He dropped you on your bed  and pushed your shirt up and blew a big raspberry onto your skin

"I'll buy you another one! Please!" You squealed! " Gyro don't! Your mouth is gross! Eyahhhh!!!" You could feel the leftover sauce still on his lips.

"Yeah? Well maybe need time don't eat my food you theif" he pinched the underside of your chest

"You perv!"

"There was nothing remotely sexual about that and you know it"

"Blah bleh blee blur blah"

A sigh,"Your such a pain"

"I know you are but what am I? Oof!" He flopped ontop of you,resting his head on your stomach. You dragged your nails and hands up and down his back making Gyro almost purr in content.

"Hey..."

"Mmhh?" He responded, dazed and teetering on the edge of consciousness and sleep.

"I bought a mareep plushie today"

"Mmhm"

"....it's pretty big"

"..nice..." he yawned before sleep finally took him.

You forgot to tell him that you'd managed to get same day shipping...

When Gyro woke up again your bed was cold, where did you run off to? He pulled his shirt and pants off and went to go look for you. Maybe you were downstairs trying to get a snack? 

He could hear the sound of plastic being ripped and cardboard being torn to shreds, didn't you say something to him about buying something?

"Hey,___ I-"

"...oh..hey"

He blinked,rubbed his eyes then blinked again,"....___? What is that?"

"...my mareep plushie I told you about" you wrapped your arms around its blue neck.

"Why is it so big?!" It was about the size of a dog if not a bit bigger.

"Cause him can! Let him be big if him wanna be big!"  You hugged it closer.

"I-...how much did it cost?"

You started to sweat,"uh next question please!"

You were sweating even harder,"Its not that much when you think about it, it was only 500 d-"

"500?!" He genuinely looked shocked,"___, that's like all your splurging money!"

He knew you had a tendency to buy random things but this had to have been the wildest one yet! Well it wasn't as bad as the time you'd bought a pair of tooth pick cross bows and shot tooth picks at him, and occasionally Johnny, at him for a week straight.

"I know! But look at him!!!" You held your mareep up at your boyfriend,"he's cute!! And soft! And you wanna know the best part?"

"Eh?" He watched you set the giant plush down.

"He's a shiny!!" Then tug him into bed,"which is super rare!! I'm surprised I managed to get him without selling a body part to be honest"

He sighed,"well, I'm glade you got your....mare pee thing"

"Its mareep" you corrected turning off the lights.

"Thats what I said didn't I?"

"Close but not quiet!" You crawled over him and pulled your plushie closer by the neck and went to sleep.

"I can already tell your going to be a problem" Gyro glared at the pokemon. Stupid sheep thing, stealing all his cuddles and warmth!

Pulling out his phone he took a picture and sent it to Johnny.
