You and Sam dated; but after the loathsome breakup; she ended up packing her things, and leaving Woodsboro. That was the last time you ever saw her again.

A year later, your sister Amber was at the hospital. Her girlfriend Tara, was stabbed by a masked killer; whose identity was still unknown.

When you went to the hospital to see how Tara was doing, your heart sunk when you saw Sam in the room. She was Tara's sister, so it was obvious that she was going to be there. But with so many unfinished business, it was safe to say you were taken aback.

Seeing her again, was causing you to remember so many memories; you wished to forget.

Sam was completely dazed when she saw you, but didn't say anything. The relationship was concluded because of you, so it was predictable of her to remain hushed.

" So, um-she's doing a bit better," Amber broke the awkward encounter you two were having, by explaining her girlfriend's health status.

Tara had previously mentioned you that Sam's reasonings of leaving Woodsboro was because she couldn't stand seeing you in every corner she went. Woodsboro was filled with so many reminders of why the relationship didn't work out; that she decided to escape from it.

You couldn't blame her, it was your fault she decided to end things. After finding you making out with Mindy at one of the parties she threw with her brother Chad, Sam was devastated.

" Oh, that's good," You smiled gently at Tara, who was sitting down on the hospital cot; holding Amber's hand.

You and Mindy regretted badly that night. You two didn't like each other that way. But beers, behind beers, alcohol jeopardized your relationship with Sam.

Tara was upset about what you did to her sister; but eventually, she ended up forgiving you. She knew you were in love with Sam, and that night was just a big unfortunate incident.

" Yep, I can't walk yet..but I'm still alive," Tara chirped in, eyes darting across the two of you.
" Hey, can you guys bring us some coffee? There's a cafeteria down the hall..."

" Yeah, a coffee sounds good," Amber agreed with her girlfriend.

You squinted your eyes at your sister. She was giving you a mischievous smile you knew so well.

She definitely called you over to the hospital because Sam was here.

And now Tara and Amber, were trying to get the two of you together. They wanted you guys to talk and mend past decisions.

In the small cafeteria where the vending machines were, there was nobody around. Only you and Sam were there, pouring some coffee.

" How you been?," You decided to break the silence, her eyes quickly meeting with yours.

" Oh, I'm doing good. I'm living with a roommate, and working at a bowling place," She informed.

" That's good to hear..," You nodded, grabbing the filled coffee cup from the vending machine.

" And you?," She asked, pouring some sugar onto Tara's coffee.

" I'm okay. Just working a part time job down at a diner, and applying to some colleges," You divulged, and she nodded.

" How about a girlfriend? You have one?," She asked out of the blue, and you chuckled.

" No, no girlfriend for me. I'm doing okay by myself," You admitted, but deep down you weren't doing okay. You missed her a lot. " And you? You dating anyone?"

" Definitely not. There's a guy where I work who's like-behind my back, but I don't like him," Sam explained, and you nodded.

" What's his name?," You didn't know why you asked that, but since the topic was opened; why not?

" Richie," She stated.

" Mm, interesting."

Sam laughed. " Why are you asking for his name?"

" And why did you asked if I had a girlfriend?," You kinked your eyebrow with a cheeky smile. " It's okay. We both were curious, let's just admit that."

" Yeah, okay-," Sam rolled her eyes with a giggle, grabbing the coffee on her hand. " Should we go back?"

" Do you wanna go back?"

" I mean, our sisters are waiting for us..," She trailed off, once she noticed how you approached her, and removed her cup from her hand; placing it on the counter.

" I think they can wait, don't you think?," You whispered, inches away from her lips.

" W-what are you doing, Y/n?," She questioned you, looking down at your lips and then up to meet your gaze.

" I miss you, Sam," You admitted, eyes fixed on hers.

" I-uh, I missed you too," Sam nodded, as you placed your hands on her waist, and pushed her against the vending machine. " Y/n..not in here, though," She moaned softly, feeling your lips peppering her neck.

" There's no one around," You replied, trailing your mouth against her jawline, up to her lips.

With no hesitation, she immediately wrapped her arms around your neck, and deepened the kiss.

Sam in fact, missed you a lot more than what you could've imagine. She hated you for what you did to her, obviously. But she disliked most so; that after all this time away from Woodsboro, she still was in love with you.

" Well, well, well," Your sister Amber made an entrance to the cafeteria, You and Sam immediately pulling away from each other. " Hey, don't stop. I'm just coming to get the coffees," Amber added, brushing pass you with that mischievous grin.

" We were just making our way over there, Amber," You cleared your throat, Sam looking down at the floor, trying to dissimulate her flustered self.

" Oh, don't worry sis. You two should resume what has started," Amber disclosed, grabbing the two cups from the counter. " But, definitely go inside a bathroom. You wouldn't want anybody else interrupting you, would you?," She grinned, before making her way out of the cafeteria.

She had the biggest scandal to tell Tara. This is what they wanted to see. You and Sam reconciling.
