After Lexi went on a getaway vacation to Hawaii, Honolulu, the two of you ran paths. It was like destiny was pushing the two of you together, because you kept stumbling with her everywhere you went.

At one of the many restaurants Hawaii had near the beaches, you met her once again. But this time you decided to tie that red string together, and ask her to dance with you.

The song was Island in the Sun by Weezer. So with the breezy wind, and hot afternoon, it was the perfect melody to sway to.

Lexi was very shy while she danced with you, but you just smiled telling her everything was going to be fine.

After awhile, both of you got to know each other better. You learned a few things about her, while she did the same about you. The two got acquainted pretty well. But the sad part was that she didn't live in Hawaii. She was from California.

" Lexi, come on, we gotta go!," Maddy shouted at her, from the exit of the restaurant.

" That's um, my friend," Lexi laughed, looking at you as the song came to an end. " Can I have your phone for a second?," she asked, and you nodded, slipping your phone out from your pocket.

" Sure," You smiled gently, handing it to her. She immediately dialed her phone number, and saved it to your contacts as " Weezer Girl ❤️."

" Please, text me, okay?," She pleaded, leaning forward and giving you a quick peck on the cheek; before she ran out of the restaurant to meet with her friend.

The taxi was already waiting for them.
