corrupted by something that blinded you too much.

we both know we weren't supposed to go out like this, the spark,

that burned too bright, died too early.

you fell softly, now i have to go along.

i lost myself and i'm no longer here, angry for what you did.

left me no choice but to leave you my tears.

i could tell you, in sadness, who is it that i love

but you no longer walk upon these rocks.

what will i do? i let go all too fast.

i wasn't there in time, i saw all the life go dead in your eyes.

no more color, no more vibrant rays.

but what am i to do now that you're gone?

will i waste my days and nights mourning for you?

there was so much underneath, that we'll never uncover.

only God knows the madness i'll drive myself to,

wasting my time feeling bad for you.
