XiaoBai

It felt like I have been in a dream but a dream that has me stronger, cultivating with Dijiun is no joke but somehow I feel relaxed.
He has pushed me beyond my limits but his devotion to me got me through, I am not as clueless as Dijiun might think I am; I knew that he didn't fully heal his soul so while we were in the golden realm, I repaired it using my heart's blood although he was frustrated by this it was better than having him die on me later.

We were back in heaven and I was laying lazy on Dijiun's lap in my fox form, it was too hot and I just couldn't do anything. "Lazy fox." Dijiun muttered but I didn't pay any attention to him. "You should be preparing for our wedding and being a bloop of laziness." I growled at him and he laughed. "I wonder how will you look when you're pregnant." I immediately turned to my human form. "What!?" I asked but he just laughed it off ignoring me, I felt myself drowning in his laughter; there is nothing I love like hearing him laugh, my whole world shifts on its axis. If this is imperfection then I never want to be perfect, I'd rather be imperfect with him."XiaoBai, why are you looking at me like that?" He put down his scroll. "I love you." For a split second his eyes turned a deep purple colour then they returned to its normal colour. "What was that?" I asked mesmerized. "Your love, that was your love reflecting in my eyes." He whispered. " You two make me sick." Yuka said as he dropped himself opposite us ruining our moment. "Perfect timing." Dijiun said sarcastically. "Well I have been slaving away preparing your wedding, while you're hiding here with Fengjiu." Dijiun rolled his eyes, these two were like toddlers together. " I'm guessing things with Mei are still not going well." I teased and he growled at me which made Dijiun throw a scroll in his face. "Dong Hua you're such a bully!!" He whined. "You growled at my wife! Who does that!" Yuka stuck his tongue out, there was a slight vibration and Dijiun's eyes did the colour thing again only this time it was almost dark purplish blue. "What wrong Dijiun?" He didn't answer. "Wait here." He said as he disappeared and before I could panic he was back. "Is everything okay?" He nodded his head. "Don't worry about a thing my love." His hands were trembling but his face was composed which meant he was angry, I sighed. "Dijiun you're tell me not to worry but you are angry, how does that work?" He sighed. "Wang Shu tried taking my spirit ward." She won't just give up, she's like a thorn to my side. "Is that so? Since I have half your essence why don't I remove it and let's create an earth stone in the form of the Foling flowers and put your spirit inside, then reinforce the ward using the stone, it will be hard for them to steal it." There was a beautiful smile on his face. " My little fox is getting smarter and smarter, let's do that then." We created the earth stone before going to the demon lands, when we arrived there Kai and Wang Shu were trying to tear my husband's spirit.  " Do you really think that Dong Hua's spirit is that weak?" Both of them jumped looking startled. "Wang Shu what are you trying to do? Firstly you tried to humiliate my husband and now you are trying to steal his spirit, how desperate can you be?" Dong Hua snorted. "Both of you are pathetic, You want what belongs to XiaoBai and Kai wants what belongs to me, are you trying to open a desperate realm together?" Dong Hua teased and I laughed, I took out the stone and like a magnet the spirit entered the stone and the Dong Hua resealed the demon lands and bound everything together. "Dong Hua!!!! How could you be so heartless!?" Wang Shu screamed. "Did your father never tell you that I don't have a heart." He said coldly. "You're just enchanted by this witch!" I felt frost settle in the atmosphere before I could see it in his eyes. "I dare you to say that again." He said in a very dangerous low  voice, even Wang Shu knew she had pushed him to far. "You call yourself a queen yet you insulted my Empress, how highly do you think of yourself." He said coldly. "She's not your Empress." Kai said coldly. "There's a ring on my finger Kai not some toy, Dijiun is my husband." Both them looked at me blankly then out of nowhere Wang Shu lunged at me but Dong Hua grabbed her by her throat. "You're really testing my patience." He said and Kai lunged at me, Dong Hua moved me out of the way and he threw Wang Shu at Kai and they both fell together then I felt a sword against my throat. "Move and I will cut you." I heard Wan Xue's voice. "This is how you thank XiaoBai?" Dong Hua said coldly. "You're holding my wife captive, with a sword against her neck do you really think you can do something to her before something happens to you?" He said softly but I was terrified out of my mind.

Dijiun

The amount of fear she was feeling I could feel it too and I didn't like the idea that she was scared. "XiaoBai." She looked at me with her panicking eyes, her ring was sizzling which was a good sign for me. "Don't be scared, relax." As she relaxed the ring sizzled some more and suddenly a protection barrier surrounded her, blasting Wan Xue far away. " Dijiun what happened!!" She ran to my side, I just smiled at her. " You need to rest my love." She shook her head stubbornly but she fell and I caught her in my arms. "See I told you that you need to rest, but you didn't want to listen to me." She clutched my hand tightly. "Dijiun, I feel dizzy and weak." She whispered  softly. "Sleep XiaoBai." She closed her eyes immediately and I kissed her forehead softly.

XiaoBai almost knocked herself out from the rings magic, I had forgotten that XiaoBai's cultivation was almost completely gone because she wasn't taking care of  herself properly.

The ring can sense when she's in danger but her fear activates the protection but it uses much of her cultivation, that's why we need to go cultivating again and she will hate every moment of it.

My heart has been content with XiaoBai and I'm happy with her but danger is coming to her and I don't want anything to happen to her.
Danger awaits my love and I cannot let that happen, Wang Shu is determined to ruin her and now Wan Xue  has betrayed XiaoBai's trust and she will be heart broken and I fear of what she will do to him.

Although she acts brave and courageous, I know that betrayal is where she draws the line and for someone who saved Wan Xue and treated him kindly but in the end he betrayed her.

My everything that's what XiaoBai is to me, my whole entire life and I'm not going to let anyone take her away from me
