Dong Hua

Merciless eyes stare back at my soul, there is raw emotions that I have never seen before.
A hand full of dirt and a heart full of blood like the red cells in my body, I felt afraid  not for myself but the woman that lives in my soul grown men don't cry but I am trembling under the thunder of hatred in eyes.

"Have I ever betrayed you? Have I ever loved you in a way you didn't want? Has the exchange of my life for yours not enough? Have I not proven my worth to you?" Her trembling voice echoed through the air as I tried to find my voice under the knot that has tried to tie itself around me.

"Loving you has been dangerous and I knew that it would be in vein, should I sell my soul to devil for your sake, don't you understand that I love you with everything I have, just to get your favour should I hang myself because if you do I will do it without hesitation."

"Look at my hands they are filled with tears and blood, screaming in agony for your love, haven't I tried enough already? I want to love you why won't you let me? I have done everything for you to get you to notice me but you notice the ones who haven't done a thing for you and I guess that is my fault."

I heard the shivering of her breath as her got tears burned against her skin. "I'm cold without your love, I am nothing without it. I don't know what you think you think of me but Dijiun in this life I will die all alone without you, I have tried to be strong acting like I don't care about you, but every single time my soul was dying.... Are you trying to make me live without you?  If you want me to suffer for you all over again say the words I will do it, within ever hesitating."

A cold sweat went down my spine as I watched her trembling body, and the tears carried by her lips. "You never broke me, never carry that burden with you but if I give in to the fate of death know that it's not your fault."

Her words echoed as she closed her eyes and my heart stopped along with hers. "I have waited for you all my life and now you want to live me XiaoBai? I will die with you right in this moment and I will never let you go, if fate didn't want us together in this life then in my next life I will make sure I am worthy of you and worthy of all your sacrifices for this life and the next one."

I felt my soul separate from my body joining her. "I will love you till there is no longer any words of the existence of my name, I will keep you close for all our lifetimes."

XiaoBai  I'm sorry please don't leave me, I won't be able to to live without you.
