Her brother AKA god of fate made a small mistake which ended up killing her. He makes it up to her by letting her reincarnate as Monkey D. Haruka. YES Luffy's sister. Extra Stuff: Haruka is definitely a Mary Sue and basically she has anime powers. Possible romance but idk yet. My updating is pretty erratic but I wouldn't say this is updated slowly, it might update in a couple of days or it might update in a week...maybe more.
