London:Jenila!..

Jenila:London hi!..(Hugs London)..How are you doing?..

London:I'm doing great..I hope you're ok as well..

I smirked at Jenila letting her know what I meant and she pulled me to a corner to talk privately..

London:(Laughs)..Do you know how cute you are..when you get nervous..Geez..calm down..

Jenila:(Looks around nervously)..Listen I can't talk to Damien..I literally freeze when I'm around him..he's just so damn cute...

London:(Giggles)..Since when does the literal chatterbox of the office suddenly stop talking because of a man..that too a very very handsome man..

Jenila:Ugh!..London you don't get it..I don't want to be heartbroken again...So I'm scared..

London:Wait what do you mean?..heartbroken?.

I stared at her with my eyebrows furrowed in confusion curious to know what she meant...

Jenila:Actually London..the first time I came to this office I had a crush on Mace..

I was beyond shocked when she said that..I stared at her with my eyes widened without blinking for one second and then I exclaimed..

London:What!..You liked Mace...

Jenila:Yes..but it was just a crush..I realised that he didn't like me back so I moved on from it..

London:But did he know about it?..

Jenila:No..I just knew in my heart he wasn't the one for me and vice versa..though it hurt for a while but I got over it..

London:So what are you so scared of..Damien isn't Mace so at least talk more with him..because you can't drown in this feeling forever..

Jenila:What if he doesn't like me back?..

London:You never know until you try Jennie..don't be shy just try to bond more with him..be his friend first for a start..

Jenila:(Sighs)..London you don't know how hard this is for me..I've seen how Damien looks at you sometimes..he's into you more than he'll ever be in me..

London:Since when are you this negative about anything..don't worry he's gonna be interested..after all you're a very interesting person with a bright personality..

Jenila:Are you even listening to me London?..or should I say El..

I stared at Jenila in concern as she sounded serious and annoyed when she called me by the nickname name that Damien calls me..and she immediately apologized in a low voice after realising herself..

London:It's fine..but I just want you to try ok..If you need any help just tell me..

Jenila smiled at me faintly and I smiled at her back before I walked away..and as I got into my office I met Damien there already sitting on my chair waiting for me..

Damien:Finally El..you turned up..

London:You haven't forgotten your old habits right..always owning my stuff when I least expect it..

Damien:I'm glad you remember...

London:Is that so..well then get up and get out..so that I can work in peace..

Damien:(Laughs)..Nope..not happening..

London:Miguel!..

I walked towards him slowly with a pissed look while he grinned at me and crossed his legs and then I paused and crossed my arms and looked at him seriously with a faint smile on my face..

London:You're not gonna get up huh?..

Damien:That's what I said...Not happening..

London:Ok..we'll do this the hard way then..

I pounced on Damien and we both fell to the floor..then He turned me over and was on top of me..then he pinned my hands down with his hands..and I tried to manoeuvre my way out of his grip but nothing was working he was hella strong..and I just laid there and stared at him while breathing heavily..

Damien:So tell me..has Mace ever been on top of you like this before?..

I grinned at him and turned him over with my legs..and he stared at me in suprise..

London:No..but have you ever been pinned before..

Then I pinned his arms on the ground with my hands..

London:With your hands pinned against the ground..

We both laughed heavily until our stomachs hurt and I could feel Damien stare at me intensely and I instantly stopped laughing and looked back at him..

Then the door suddenly opened and we both rushed back on our feet..

Garry:Oh uh..sorry London for coming in like this without knocking..and hi Mr Damien..

Damien:Hi..

London:No..it's ok..and what's the issue Garry is everything ok..

Garry:Uh actually no and..Mr Armando is back and he's looking for you..

London:Oh..I see

I turned to Damien and we both looked at each other clueless..

Garry:And Mr Damien..Jenila wants to talk to you..

Damien:Ok..

Garry:Let's go London..

London:Ok sure..

I walked away with Garry and as we were walking we met Jenila on the way and then she winked at me and beamed with joy and I winked back at her..and I noticed Garry's face fell and he looked a bit sad and I wondered why..

Jenila:Hi..Damien..

Damien:Oh hi and you wanted to talk about something..

Jenila:Well I was..thinking..are you..uh..enjoying your time here in Mexico..

Damien:Yes I'm having a blast..

Jenila:Cool..and what would you miss most  being here?..

Damien:That's a hard question..because now that I'm here..I don't wanna leave anymore..

Jenila:(Blushes)..why?

Damien:After years and years of hoping..I've finally reunited with my El..She's who and what I'm going to miss when I leave..I can't imagine not being with her..

Jenila:(Stares at Damien with tears in her eyes)..You mean London?..

Damien:Yes and excuse me..I wanna take a call...(Walks away)..

Jenila:(Sighs)..Remember what London said Jenila..believe in yourself and your love..of course he'll miss her..she's his best friend..so you have to become his friend as well and hopefully his girlfriend too..so that he'll miss you more..(Smiles)..

(Meanwhile..

Armando:Delvon I apologise for the harm I've caused you..

I stared at Armando with my eyebrows furrowed in confusion and everyone else looked shocked...and I swear from the dispassionate look on his face he didn't mean it..

London:What did you just say to me?..

Armando:I'm sorry..London for causing you harm..It wasn't intentional..

London:(Chuckles)..I don't need your apology..you're wasting your time Mr De la cruz..besides I have work to do..

And with that I walked away and Mace looked at me totally suprised and Armando smirked and gave him a knowing look on his face..

Armando:Everyone get back to work..

(Everyone returns back to work)..

Armando:You see Mauricio..I had a feeling she won't accept it..and guess I was right..(Smirks)..

Mace:So what if she didn't accept it..at least you still apologised publicly..and I'm satisfied with that..

Armando:(Glares at Mace)..I've done my part so you do yours..I want her here in 4 days..

Mace:Whatever..(Walks away)..

(A while later..

Mace:London..

London:Yeah..

Mace:Dad apologised to you in front of everyone..

London:So...

Mace:You didn't say anything..

London:(Chuckles)..Mace he didn't mean it..and to be honest I don't need his apology anyways..I've put the matter behind me..

Mace:You could have just told me then..I didn't know you wanted to forget about it just like that..

London:Shhh..

I placed my finger on his lip and he started at me in confusion and then I placed my hand on his chest and I could feel his heart beating faster and I smiled..

London:You're so nervous right now..aren't you?..Your heart literally wants to come out of your chest because of me..

Mace:Of course I'm nervous..when you're literally inches away from my lips...

London:So what stops you from reducing the distance even more..

I stared into eyes intensely as I replied him quickly..and he looked into my eyes back and then looked at my lips and before I knew it..

He grabbed me by my waist and kissed me hard and as he did so he closed his office door shut..
