They figured out where Ultron was going next after Fury had shown up. Ultron wanted to create himself a body so he was going to the doctor, Helen Cho, who had the regeneration cradle. They also figured that somehow the nuclear codes were being changed periodically by some unknown source.

So, Eira went with Steve, Nat, and Clint to confront Ultron. Tony went to Norway to find out who was changing the nuclear codes while Bucky and Bruce went back to the Avengers Tower; those two were, sadly, the most liability if Wanda Maximoff was present so it was decided that they'd stay put.

They had found Helen Cho wounded in her lab and Ultron was gone along with the cradle but he couldn't be far. They had found the semi-truck he was in.

Steve was fighting Ultron on top of the truck. Eira rode with Nat on the motorcycle as they caught up to the truck. Once they did, Nat threw Steve his shield that he dropped and Eira jumped off the motorcycle right before Ultron used gravity repulsion tech to make the ground rise up in front of the bike. It caused Nat to come to a screeching halt.

Eira grabbed onto the edges of the truck before swinging herself upwards and landing on top of the truck. Ultron threw a punch at Steve before she made lightning strike against the robot.

Part of his metal became charred as he looked back at her angrily before he fired a blast at her from one of his repulsors. She was sent flying backwards and she was almost sent off the truck but she gripped the sides again.

She pulled herself back up and Steve was fighting him a lot closer to her than before. She was able to grab onto Ultron's metallic arm and she thought about his being starting to burn.

The metal around the arm started to melt and Ultron smacked Steve harshly that sent him flying off the truck and into a subway car across from them. Ultron looked down at her with a displeased tone, "Eira, you have become a problem."

Ultron grabbed her wrist and lifted off into the air. It disrupted her using her powers. She screamed slightly as the ground grew farther and farther away. His grip was iron as she struggled against it.

"I'll let you in one of my plans, Eira, since you are my favorite..." Ultron said as he carried her into the clouds. "To make you fall."

And he let go of her.

She started falling the through the thousands of feet he had carried her. She flailed as she panicked and as she did so, a tornado started to follow her down to wrap her in its embrace.

As she started to feel the winds whip around her and spin her, she realized something. She could use the wind...to fly.

She didn't quite know how to do that. She, especially, didn't have much time to figure that out as she hurtled towards the city below.

She attempted using the wind to slow her down. She was panicked and it didn't work before she closed her eyes. She didn't think about the possibility that she could die; she didn't think about anything except feeling weightless.

Then suddenly she was. Right before she hit ground, her body stopped in midair as winds whipped beneath her. She peeked her eyes open to find she was frozen in the air right above the pavement and as she took in the wonder of it, losing focus, she dropped the couple of feet to the ground.

"Eira!" she heard Steve shout as he ran towards her and he gave her a hand up. "Jesus, I saw you fall..."

She gave him a small smirk, "Apparently, I'm invincible."

Steve gave her a deadpan look as he shook his head, "Sometimes, it's exactly like working with Tony."

She smiled a bit before she asked, "Did we get the cradle?"

"Yeah," Steve said before he looked down. "But Ultron took Nat."

"What?" she screeched before she noticed the Maximoff twins approaching and she went into a defensive stance. "What are they doing here?"

Eira stared at Wanda with anger and the ground cracked near them. Steve put a hand on her shoulder, "They're on our side now."

She stared at them suspiciously as Wanda said carefully, "We didn't know what Ultron was planning..."

And Eira acted. A vine wrapped around the ankles of Pietro so he couldn't move. She had the wind sweep Wanda off her feet so she fell down.

"Eira!" Steve scolded.

She walked towards Wanda in anger as Pietro shouted, "Don't touch her."

Eira stared down at Wanda, "You took the mind of a tortured man and stuck it in a blender. Is that the kind of person you want to be? Someone that hurts people?"

Wanda stared up at her sadly, "No."

Then Eira crouched down to her level as she gave Wanda a warning look, "Then you will never do it again."

Wanda nodded and Eira reached out her hand to pull her back up with a small smile, "Welcome to the team..."

Now they were going back to the Avengers Tower. They apparently had to stop Tony from bringing the body Ultron created to life.

"I don't know, Steve," she said as they walked down the hallways. "What if this is a good entity?"

Steve sighed, "What if it isn't?"

They entered the lab room to find Bruce and Tony working on the cradle. Steve gained a angered look, "I'm gonna say this once."

         "How about nonce?" Tony responded.

         "Shut it down!" Steve commanded.

       "Nope, not gonna happen."

"You don't know what you're doing."

"And you do? She's not in your head?" Bruce looked at Wanda.

"I know you're angry...." Wanda said carefully.

"Oh, we're way past that. I could choke the life out of you and never change a shade."

"She's fine now," Eira defended. "She knows what will happen if she ever messes with someone's mind again."

Wanda nodded before Steve tried to reason, "Banner, after everything that's happened..."

"That's nothing compared to what's coming!" Tony argued.

"You don't know what's in there!" Wanda said.

Suddenly, Pietro sped around and destroyed the lab equipment before he stopped with a smirk, "No, no. Go on. You were saying?"

The glass floor Pietro was standing was shot at. It broke and he fell through to the bottom level where Bucky and Clint were. They were searching for Nat through old spy tricks; no one thought she was dead or else Ultron would've made it known.

         "Pietro!" Wanda shouted.

"What? You didn't see that coming?" Clint said to Pietro.

"I'm rerouting the upload," Tony said.

Wanda went to use her powers to stop him but Bruce grabbed her, "Go ahead, piss me off."

Everyone started fighting and Eira sighed. She just watched everyone fight; she didn't want to fight her friends. Although, once Steve went after Tony, she got involved and sent Steve flying backwards through the air with the force of the wind before he so much as touched him.

She let out a little squeak, "Sorry."

After about a minute of fighting, Thor made a dramatic appearance. He stood on top of the cradle before sending a powerful bolt of lightning into it. It made the body come to life and sent Thor toppling off of it as it broke through the cradle.

The new being was a red and silver metallic creature. It had a yellow gem, the mind stone, at the center of his forehead. He rose from the cradle before launching himself at Thor who threw him towards a window.

The being caught himself before he hit it. He floated at the window before he turned to everyone, "I'm sorry, that was...odd."

"Thor, you helped create this?" Steve said.

"I've had a vision. A whirlpool that sucks in all hope of life and at its center is that," Thor pointed to the stone in Vision's head.

       "What, the gem?" Bruce asked.

"It's the Mind Stone. It's one of the six Infinity Stones, the greatest power in the universe, unparalleled in its destructive capabilities."

"Then why would you bring it to..." Steve stated.

Thor cut him off, "Because Stark is right."

"See, I told you," Eira smacked Steve's arm and he sighed.

"Oh, it's definitely the end times," Bruce said.

"The Avengers cannot defeat Ultron," Thor explained.

        "Not alone," the being said.

"Why does your vision sound like Jarvis?" Bucky asked.

"We... reconfigured Jarvis' matrix to create something new," Tony explained.

"I think I've had my fill of new," Steve said.

"You think I'm a child of Ultron?" Vision questioned.

       "You're not?" Steve said.

"I'm not Ultron. I'm not Jarvis," Vision tried to defend. "I am... I am."

"So Jarvis is gone?" Eira muttered sadly as tears gathered in her eyes; she'd the miss the AI.

"I'm afraid so," Vision smiled softly. "But I will try to fill the place he left behind, Miss Snow."

She beamed a little bit. Jarvis would call her Miss Snow.

"I looked in your head and saw annihilation," Wanda said.

        "Look again."

"Yeah. Her seal of approval means jack to me," Clint stated.

"Their powers, the horrors in our heads, Ultron himself, they all came from the Mind Stone, and they're nothing compared to what it can unleash. But with it on our side..." Thor argued.

"Is it? Are you? On our side?" Steve asked.

"I don't think it's that simple," Vision answered.

"Well it better get real simple real soon," Clint said.

"I am on the side of life. Ultron isn't, he will end it all."

"What's he waiting for?" Tony asked, referencing Ultron.

          "You."

        "Where?" Bruce asked.

"Sokovia," Bucky said before frowning. "He's got Nat there too."

"If we're wrong about you, if you're the monster that Ultron made you to be..." Bruce warned.

"What will you do?" Vision frowned before he confessed. "I don't want to kill Ultron. He's unique, and he's in pain. But that pain will roll over the earth, so he must be destroyed. Every form he's built, every trace of his presence on the net, we have to act now. And not one of us can do it without the others..."

"Maybe I am a monster. I don't think I'd know if I were one. I'm not what you are, and not what you intended. So there may be no way to make you trust me. But we need to go," Vision continued before he picked the hammer and held it out to Thor as everyone stared in shock.

"Right," Thor smiled uneasily before he patted Tony on the shoulder. "Well done."

"Three minutes," Steve commanded. "Get what you need."

Tony immediately came over to her as he grabbed her hand, pulling her along with him. He uploaded his new AI, Friday, into his suit as he talked, "You...need to stay."

"We've been over this, Tony," she frowned.

"And then Ultron dropped you from thousands of feet," Tony argued.

"But now I know I'm going to be able to fly," Eira said with an excited smile.

He looked at her suspiciously, "I thought you hated heights."

"I hate falling," she shivered as she remembered when she was a little kid and she got pushed off the balcony.

But then she giddily smiled as she kissed him for a short moment that reminded the both of them of the gravity that pulled them together, "But now I only fall for you, Tony Stark."

His mind was now in a haze as he spoke breathlessly, "You make it really hard to argue with you."

"Good," she smiled. "Because we aren't."

Then she grabbed his hand as Friday finished uploading to the suit and pulled him with her to the quinjet. She held his hand the whole way to Sokovia, to a fight, and she decided she wanted this one to be their last.
