Personality: Isabella has always been the center of attention, with both her parents and her friends. She's a natural-born leader, taking the role in a lot of group projects or when putting social events together. She's very aware of everyone's emotions, always wanting to be the source of comfort for anyone who may need it. She was raised to care greatly about her outward appearance and her social standings; she was supposed to be seen as a gentle but untouchable beauty with a gentle heart that remained steadfast in her decisions. Isabella is ready to help anyone in need, wanting to be seen as an ideal person to be looked up to.

Background: Isabella Navarro was born on Jeju Island to Jamie Navarro and Hwang Minjung but the two would never have the opportunity to meet their newborn, the child disappearing from the nursery in the middle of the night. Even with the best police on the island, Jamie and Minjung would never see their first daughter again.

While her parents searched endlessly, Isabella was on her way to Seoul, her new parent tucking the newborn safely away in their jacket and boarding the ferry before an Amber alert had gone out.

Given the name Kang Seunghee, she grew up being attached to her omega father's hip while spoiled rotten by both her parents.

Growing up, Seunghee always felt out of place around her extended family. Seeing her cousins interact with their parents in ways she didn't understand and when she asked the other kids, they only made fun of her cluelessness. This made her wonder if she was really their child, but they reassured her, explaining that they wanted her to grow up as human as possible so she wouldn't be judged by her classmates. While this soothed her at 11, she couldn't help but wonder.

When she was 12, she was at the mall with three of her friends when one of them pointed out that a man was staring at her. Realizing that he was spotted, the man approached them, asking what Seunghee's name was and how old she was. The man was fumbling with his phone as Seunghee spoke.

"I don't want to scare you but you really look like my daughter. She went missing the day she was born and you really look like the rest of my kids." Seunghee held her breath at the photo. All the kids in the photos were identical and she looked like all of them. "I really want your mother to meet you, Bells, if it's not too much. She's been beating herself up every day since the day you disappeared." He scribbled his address down on the back of a receipt, handing it to Seunghee.

She hesitated to take it since she had too many questions. How could she know that she could trust him? To be honest, she could see the resemblance with him but that could just be a coincidence.

As she walked home, the more upset she got; she searched for anything about a disappearing child on her birthday and the first link gave her everything she needed.

'Female infant kidnapped from Cheju Halla General Hospital. Is only a few hours old, last seen with 5'5 male, in early to mid 20s.'

She knew that there was no way that she was actually related to Hyun Oh and Tae Sun. For all those years, she didn't feel like she belonged because they weren't her family.

She was human.

Her Eehb was setting the table when she arrived home, Aahb in the living room watching the news.

"How was the mall, dear?" Hyun Oh called from the kitchen. When Seunghee didn't respond, both stopped what they were doing, looking towards their daughter.

"Seunghee? Is everything okay?" She had yet to turn from the door, grip on the doorknob still tight.

"Is that even my name?"

"What are you talking about? Of course, it is. Did something happen?" Tae Sun switched the tv off as he spoke, both worried about Seunghee's change in behavior.

"Liars... both of you. You keep lying to me like I'm stupid! I know I'm not yours!" Tae Sun and Hyun Oh looked at each other, both not knowing what to say. "Why me? All the kids in that hospital and you took me? Why?"

"Lower your voice, child. We are still your parents, no matter what some stranger on the street told you." Hyun Oh swatted in Tae Sun's direction, wanting him to calm down.

"She has a right to be mad, Tae." Hyun Oh walked towards Seunghee, who took a few steps back. Hyun Oh stopped in his tracks, a little hurt by her reaction. "Don't be mad with you Apa, it's my fault. I can't have kids and your Aahb deserved a child. I was desperate and stupid so I found the farthest hospital from us and that's where I found you. You were so small and precious, it had to be you. Of all the babies there, I only wanted to call you my daughter. I know nothing will make up for what I did but please understand me, Hee." Seunghee shook her head, heading back for the door.

"I don't care, it's not fair. I didn't even get the chance to know them and you just stole me. You could have adopted or something." She took hold of the doorknob, ready to leave but was snatched away from the door, Tae Sun gripping her forearm tightly. She had never seen her Aahb this angry, breaking eye contact with him after seeing the deep red that had taken set in his eyes.

"Go to your room." He pushed her in the direction of her bedroom but Seunghee kept her eyes locked with Tae Sun.

"No."

"Excuse me?" Hyun Oh tried to pull Seunghee behind him but she shook him off.

"I said no. You can't t-" it happened faster than imagined. She couldn't even process what was happening before Tae Sun grabbed her and sunk his fangs into her shoulder.

Everything around her went silent and she could barely breathe. All she could feel was the searing pain shooting through her arm and neck. If it wasn't for Hyun Oh, she would have fallen to the ground.

Seunghee tried to focus on the vibrations in Hyun Oh's chest as he, what she assumed, yelled at Tae Sun.

She blinked and she was in the bathroom, Hyun Oh blotting the bite mark while holding back tears.

"It wasn't supposed to happen like this. We were gonna let you choose. Why didn't he just walk away?" The bite had already started to heal over and there was nothing Hyun Oh could have done.

"Eehb... I'm sorry. I didn't mean anything I said." Hyun Oh shook his head, hugging her tight.

"You did nothing wrong, love."

Over the next few days, Seunghee stayed in bed. With her temp shooting up to 108° she felt like she was dying. By the 6th day, her temperature finally dropped to something lower but she was now sensitive to everything; the cars outside left her ears ringing, her room lights were too bright, and she cried until someone took out the garbage.

Almost a full two weeks had passed before she was able to step out of her room. No one was home as she expected and she was glad.

Hurrying from the apartment, she ran to the address scribbled on the receipt, ignoring all the weird stares to her earmuffs and sunglasses. She took whatever she could before she left, not wanting to return. Though she was not mad with her Eehb, she couldn't help but shake with fear when she thought of her Aahb; every time she closed her eyes, she saw those piercing red eyes staring back at her.

She tried to look as normal as possible when she reached the house, stripping her ear muffs, despite her ears ringing.

A middle aged woman opened the door and froze in her spot.

"Bella?" she grabbed Seunghee into her arms and for some reason, it didn't feel... right. It felt like she was betraying her parents.

"I can't go... I mean, my pare- I'm sorry. I'm happy to finally meet you."

Seunghee did her best to blend in with her new family but it was awkward; she was normally really good about meeting people but she felt oddly suffocated around them. The only one that she was actually able to get close with was Alvaro, thanking how close they were in age. They did have more in common than she expected but it wasn't enough for her to not miss her parents.

Though she missed them, Seunghee continued to avoid them, running the opposite way when she saw them in public.

A full two years would pass before she would see them again; she had been feeling under the weather for the past week, her temp in the 100s. Minjung and Jamie were worried about her, scared she could have an infection or something worse. Seunghee never told either of her parents about being turned but regretted it.

Her 15th birthday had crept up slowly and she was hoping that she would present as a beta but the closer the date got, the worse she felt.

Waking up that morning, she dragged herself out of bed, hair clinging to her face and neck. Focused on getting a shower, she didn't see Minjung until she walked into her.

"Still not feeling well, Be-" Seunghee cocked an eyebrow at her mother, confused as to why she looked scared. "What's wrong w- what are you?" Minjung looked as if she wanted to scream. Seunghee pushed past her, hurrying to the bathroom mirror.

Bright blue eyes stared back at her and she knew she couldn't stay in the Navarro home unprotected. When she tried to gather a few things to leave, her knees gave out, both too weak to hold her up.

Minjung watched Seunghee collapse in the middle of her room from the hall, unsure and too frightened to help. Seunghee ignored her, grabbing her phone. She knew he probably didn't want to speak to her, especially with how she left but there was no one else she could call.

"Seunghee?" Tae Sun sounded confused. He was sure that someone was playing with him but almost dropped his coffee when he heard his daughter's voice.

"Aahb..." she couldn't stop herself from breaking into tears, apologizing for everything she said and for disappearing the way she did before finally asking him to come get her.

Tae Sun and Hyun Oh were at the Navarro home in 30 minutes but Jamie stood in their way, keeping the men from entering.

"You really have a lot of fucking nerve coming for my daughter." Tae Sun was on the verge of knocking Jamie's head in, only wanting to get Seunghee somewhere he could keep her safe.

Seunghee made her way downstairs, weakly trying to get to her Aahb and Eehb. Minjung stopped her, the girl letting out a whine that she didn't know she could make. Hyun Oh was quick to try and reach out for her but Jamie blocked the door further.

"You can't protect her like this. What are you gonna do when an alpha breaks in and tries to take her? Die?" Jamie and Tae Sun were standing toe to toe and neither were gonna back down. Using the little strength that she had left, Seunghee pushed Minjung away and slid under Jamie's arm, throwing herself onto Hyun Oh, pressing her nose into the base of his neck and relaxing into his scent.

"We're wasting time and I need to get my child home."

"You're not leaving with h-"

"Let them go, Jamie. They know what they're doing." Jamie glared from the doorway as Tae Sun carried Seunghee to his car.

Hyun Oh spent the week taking care of Seunghee, the apartment locked away down from the rest of the world.

When her heat finally ended, Seunghee didn't want to leave; as much had grown to love Jamie and Minjung, it just wasn't the same as being with her Aahb and Eehb.

To ease Jamie and Minjung, she went home but she didn't feel comfortable there anymore; Minjung always watched her continuously as she played with her younger sister and Jamie seemed to always have something to say about wolves.

By December of 2021, Seunghee was over it. It felt like she was walking on eggshells around them and spending weekends with her Aahb and Eehb was not enough to keep her sane. She didn't expect her telling Jamie and Minjung about her moving out to turn into an argument and for Jamie to call her out her name. It was easier for Seunghee to leave, cutting ties with both her biological parents.
