Whenever I'm angry, sad, and stressed out

Whenever I'm angry, sad, and stressed out, I only write what I feel inside! It makes me okay! It's not enough for me to talk about my heartache to someone! I should write it through writing poems, articles, and quotes! After that, I would burn some of them because I don't want to read them again and remember how strong my feelings were! Not a good memory baby.

That's why I'm not good at confronting someone if he has done something which makes me angry and sad! Better understand me or else don't try saying things that hurt my feelings more!

I love writing! What is the use of my pen and notebook then? Ahahaha! I'm soo addicted to them!!
