Feeling bored and with nothing to occupy his time, Beomgyu made a decision to visit Soobin's house in order to spend some time together.

Upon arriving at Soobin's house, Beomgyu approached the door and gently tapped on it. To his surprise, when the door swung open, it was not Soobin standing there, but rather Kara. "Oh hey Beomie, what are you doing here?"

When Kara asked that question, Beomgyu felt his heart quicken its pace and how his cheeks slowly flush with warmth. However, he thought about the advice Taehyun gave him, and in an effort to steady himself, he inhaled deeply and consciously maintained a composed demeanor.

"Hey Kara," Beomgyu smiled, "Where is Soobin?"

"Oh, he went out with Huening Kai."
Kara explained.

Feeling a bit sad, Beomgyu sighed, "Oh okay, I'll get going then. Bye noona."

"Wait! How about you stay?" She asked.

"R-really?" Fuck! Why did I stutter?! Beomgyu thought.

"Yeah, we could bake or play games. I really have nothing to do, so you should stay." Kara insisted.

"Oh, okay then." Beomgyu smiled, walking into the house.

She sat on the couch, "What should we do, Beomie?"

"Uh, we– we could bake?" Beomgyu said.

"Alright then." With that, she got up and went to the kitchen.

Kara carefully looked through both the cabinets and the fridge, searching for ingredients to prepare a delicious dessert for both herself and Beomgyu. After thoroughly inspecting the available food items, she turned to her phone for assistance in finding a recipe.

While she was looking through her phone, she found a cookie recipe. "Okay, Beomie, we are baking cookies. Help me take out the ingredients, please."

Beomgyu and Kara worked together, gathering all the necessary ingredients to make the batch of cookies. Once they were ready to start the baking process, Kara carefully measured and poured the flour into the mixing bowl.

She made half the flour spill on herself.....

As half of the flour accidentally spilled onto Kara, she let out a surprised gasp. In a state of shock, she turned her gaze towards Beomgyu, who was equally taken aback by the unexpected turn of events. Reacting quickly, he hurriedly rushed over to get a wet paper towel to gently clean Kara's face from the flour residue.

"Are you okay?!" Beomgyu asked, still shocked.

Kara remained in her spot, her gaze fixated on Beomgyu's gentle actions as he delicately wiped her face. She couldn't help but notice the deep concern etched across Beomgyu's face.

Once Beomgyu had successfully removed all the flour from her face, Kara couldn't help but burst into laughter, causing Beomgyu to join in. Little did they realize, their laughter soon escalated into a full-blown flour fight, resulting in a chaotic and messy scene unfolding on the floor.

"Ahh!" Beomgyu screamed and threw another bit of flour onto Kara.

"Beomgyu, I'm gonna get you!" She started running, trying to catch Beomgyu.

As Kara's mother stepped inside the house, her eyes immediately fell upon the chaos that Kara and Beomgyu had managed to create. They were so caught up in their fun that they didn't see Kara's mom watching them. They were having a great time throwing flour at each other. Until her mother yelled. "What the hell did you guys do?

Just as Beomgyu was about to toss another handful of flour at Kara, he abruptly halted his action. Both Beomgyu and Kara quickly turned their heads in unison, only to find Kara's mother standing there, radiating anger.

Beomgyu instantly apologized, "I'm so so sorry, Mrs. Choi, we-- we were just having fun–"

She put her hand up, indicating for Beomgyu to stop, "Save it, Beomgyu, I'm too tired to yell right now. Just make sure to clean this mess, okay? And you two go shower."

With a heavy sigh, she made her way up the stairs while Beomgyu remained at the bottom, continuously bowing and uttering words of apology.

As the sound of the door closing reached their ears, laughter erupted from both Kara and Beomgyu. Even as Kara continued to clean the floor, her laughter echoed through the room, while Beomgyu found himself unable to contain his amusement as he wiped down the countertop.

They both took a quick shower and made their way back to the kitchen. Luckily, Kara found one more bag of flour, or else her and Beomgyu wouldn't be able to make the cookies.

"Okay, Beomie, no more flour fights, okay?" She pulled out her pinky finger.

"Promise noona." Beomgyu said, wrapping his pinky finger around hers.

This time, they worked together to pour the flour without making a mess. Then Beomgyu combined the sugar and softened butter and mixed them. After that, Kara put the mixture into a big bowl and cracked eggs into it. She also added vanilla and mixed everything together. After everything was combined, they added the chocolate chips. Soon after, it turned into cookie dough.

Beomgyu started rolling the cookie dough into balls and placing them onto the tray. "Wait, did we even preheat the oven?"

"Oh shit! We didn't!" Kara ran to the oven. "Wait, what did we have to preheat it to?"

"350." Beomgyu replied.

Kara turned on the oven to preheat it, and together with Beomgyu, they began the process of making more dough for cookie balls.

Beomgyu cautiously placed the tray of cookies inside the oven, ensuring that each one was neatly arranged for even baking. With the cookies now in the oven, Beomgyu and Kara decided to divert their attention towards playing board games and cards.

"Pick up two!" Beomgyu said, smiling.

"Pick up four!" Kara said back, smiling.

Beomgyu faked gasp, "Pick up!.......eight!!" He smirked.

They both started laughing together, "Noona! Pick up eight right now."

"Pick up..." Kara started, Beomgyu frozed.

"TWELVE!" Kara let out a loud yell of amusement, causing her to burst into uncontrollable laughter as she saw Beomgyu's jaw drop.

Beomgyu angerly picked up twelve cards from the deck while Kara laughed harder. "Oh my gosh, my stomach hurts now.

"Okay, okay, it's my turn now." Kara said. She placed down a reverse card and placed down all her threes.

"I won!" Kara said and did a happy dance.

Beomgyu pouted, "What? That's not even fair! I have to pick up twelve cards, noona."

Beep!

"Oh, cookies are ready!" They say at the same time. They both run to the kitchen.

As Beomgyu carefully removed the freshly baked cookies from the oven, he slowly placed them onto the cool countertop. All of a sudden, the doorbell rang.

"I'll get it, Beomie." Kara said and went to the door.

"Soobin, you're back! How was your date?" She asked.

He sighed, "It wasn't a date, Kara. Who made cookies?" He sniffed.

"Beomie and I did!" Kara said, making Soobin tilt his head.

"Beomgyus here?" Soobin asked.

Beomgyu came running up to Soobin, "Hey hyung! I originally came here for you, but you were out with Huening Kai, so I hung out with Kara instead."

Soobin nodded, "Where are the cookies?"

"Here." Beomgyu walked to the kitchen, and Soobin followed.

Beomgyu extended his hand, offering the cookie to Soobin. Soobin eagerly accepted the treat and took a bite, causing his eyes to widen in surprise. "Wow! It's so good!" He said, eating the cookie more.

"I know, right?" Kara said.

Beomgyu decided to stay a little longer, but as time passed and it grew late, he eventually made the decision to head home. "Bye, Soobin, bye, Kara!" He waved.

"Bye!" Soobin and Kara said.

Kara sighed and went up to her room, "Today was really fun."
