Sooyoung looked around the room and finally noticed the absence of the tall boy. She sighed and grabbed her hair in a tight hold while mumbling a few curses and observed Namra run towards the door in worry. 

"I am going to kill him once I find him."

She mumbled as she pulled Namra away from the door and sat on the ground while hugging her. She rubbed her back in a circular motion while trying to comfort her. Although Namra looked pretty calm on the outside. Sooyoung could sense the storm of emotions going on inside her mind. They were interrupted by Nayeon shouting yet again but this time at Onjo.

"Give me the phone, I'll call my dad for help."

"I lost it."

Sooyoung scrunched her nose as she could here Onjo's heart break....not literally but who would be happy after losing a working phone that too your own, not Sooyoung. 

Nayeon's blood started boiling as she heard the petite girl's words. She let out a scream and started shouting at Onjo with her high-pitched voice making other's ears bleed. Wujin suddenly said while covering his ears.

"Stop, my ears might start bleeding soon."

Nayeon stopped shouting as she glared at Wujin but before she could proceed shouting at the honest boy, panic arose within the group when I-sak's nose started bleeding.

"Onjo-ah.....its not true right ? I-I a-am not g-going to t-turn, right ?"

She ran towards the mirror while wiping her bloody nose. Gyeong-su ran after her while Onjo stuck to her place in a dilemma.

"Hey, hey ! Are you alright ?"

I-sak ignored Gyeong-su as she ran to Onjo who was now shedding tears. She hugged her friend as warm tears addressed her pale cheeks. Her bloodshot eyes turn towards her friends while her ice cold hands held onto Onjo's warm palms in desperation. Her mind slowly getting corrupted by the virus as she still tried to deny the harsh reality.

Sooyoung was tightly holding onto Hwa-young and Gyeong-su as she looked at the blue and green veins appearing on I-sak's face and body. More blood was coming out of the infected girl's nose and mouth as she held onto her bestfriend for her dear life.

Cheongsan separated the two girls and pushed Onjo behind his back to protect her from her bestfriend of years, who was going to turn into a flesh eating monster any minute. Onjo cried out more as I-sak shook her incredibly pale face and tried to hold her again. 

Just as she took a step towards the two 'bestfriends', she fell to the floor with a thud. Nayeon started screaming at this.

"She is going to turn. Get her the fuck out of here."

Jimin quickly pulled her at the back of the group and held her mouth closed with her clean hand. Nayeon wiggled in her hold, trying to get away from her friend irretrievably.

"Shut up Nayeon ! You are attracting the zombies outside and now that we have a zombie in the room, she will attack you first if you keep going like this."

Nayeon immediately stopped struggling and held her tongue in while sweating profusely due to fear. Her dark red hair stuck to her neck and face while she clasped onto Jimin's hand.

I-sak got up shaking and stared at Onjo and Cheongsan with her bloodshot eyes. Onjo looking at her innocent bestfriend's bloody state screamed in grief. She was not ready to accept the death of such a sweet and caring human being.

I-sak let out a shriek and ran in Cheongsan's direction. Sooyoung left Hwa-young's hand and pulled Onjo towards the group while Cheongsan kicked the infected I-sak away from himself. Onjo hit Sooyoung as she tried to escape her tight grip but in vain. 

"Nooo !!! LEE CHEONGSAN STOP RIGHT THERE..."

Cheongan stopped as he looked at Onjo who was struggling and crying in Sooyoung's arms but soon his attention was diverted to the zombified I-sak who snarled and ran towards Sooyoung and Onjo. He picked up a chair and hit I-sak towards the window, breaking the chair in the process. He then pushed I-sak out of the window breaking it into pieces.

Nayeon screamed in joy while Onjo burst into tears and ran towards the window to try and hold her gone bestfriend's falling body and unfortunately, she was able to hold her hand. She cried out as she held onto a growling I-sak.

"Let go Onjo."

Cheongsan cried as he tried to pry I-sak off but was unsuccessful to do so. Sooyoung also tried to pull her away from the window but was unable to due to her own fragile state. She was trying hard not to break now and wanted to block her ears from the heart clenching cries of Onjo.

Onjo was in a state of despair as she held onto I-sak. Nayeon passed a chair to Cheongsan, who started hitting their zombie friend. After 5 minutes of struggle, Cheongsan saw I-sak fall as he gulped his tears. Sooyoung quietly pulled Onjo away from the window and settled her on a chair.

She quietly pulled her in a tight hug as the white cardiganed girl cried in her arms. Onjo was recollecting her and I-sak's happy memories before the apocalypse. The day when they both went to buy some makeup. The day when they both went for a photoshoot in a photo booth. The day when I-sak was teasing Onjo for blushing under Cheongsan's gaze and last but not the least, I-sak teasing Onjo for her crush on Cheongsan in the cafeteria just a few minutes before this deadly outbreak.

Sooyoung rubbed her back gently as she continued crying in her shoulder, hugging her silently. She hiccupped still grieving for her lost friend. 

After 30 minutes of deafening silence with only the growls and snarls of the zombies, Cheongsan stood up, decided to take the lead and get all of them to a safe place unharmed.

"Lets get out of here."
