Living in this Earth and not knowing who the Costas are is truly something I did not ever consider. What happens when you walk down the street and come across Federico Costa and you don't know who he is? What happens when you talk to him wrong or when you look at him weird? No law in the world can hold back an irate Costa.

So as any good citizen should, I will educate you on them (not much because I don't want Declan Costa to track me down to the ends of the Earth because I poked way into his family). Why the Russells are consequent to this list, I do not know.
