TRIGGER WARNING: DEATH

Ten had been in Thailand for several months now, and before he left all he had said to the members was that he had some "family business" to take care of.

Of course, the members believed him, but he had been acting super suspicious for a while and after he left, they had heard virtually nothing from the Thai boy.

Before they knew it, it had been four months, with no word from ten. Wayv had been pretty quiet in the media and decided to hold off on any further projects until ten returned.

It was late on a Friday evening, and all the members were asleep except for kun who was reading a book on the couch in the living room.

As he was reading, he suddenly heard a noise from the front door. He placed his book down and turned to look at the door, a panicky feeling in his chest.

He heard the knob turn and the door swung open slowly.

He stood up prepared to beat the shit out of the intruder but stopped dead in his tracks when he saw Ten enter the room.

"ten!?" kun shouted as he was surprised to see the boy so suddenly.

Ten had a drained, sad expression on his face. He slowly raised his head to meet the leader's eyes and instantly his face crumpled, and tears began streaming down his face.

Kun was shocked and concerned. He rushed over to ten closing the door with his foot as he brought ten further into the foyer.

"ten? Hey, hey, what's the matter?" kun asked softly seeing the boy begin to cry even harder.

"g...gege..." he choked out before he stumbled forward and collapsed in kun's arms, crying miserably into the crook of his neck.

Kun wrapped his arms around him and held him close running his hand through ten's hair.

"it's okay ten, gege's hear, I've got you honey." He cooed softly trying to soothe the poor boy's distress.

Kun was beyond worried, he hadn't seen ten for nearly five months and the first time he saw him again he was sobbing miserably.

"shhhh, shhhh, ten, baby talk to me, what happened sweetheart?"

Just then, another figure was in the room.

Kun turned to see xiaojun, his hair was messy, and his eyes were tired, but he perked up when he saw ten in his arms.

"ten!? Gege? What's going on?" he asked the eldest as he approached them.

"I don't know, he just showed up like this...he hasn't said anything." Kun said softly to the younger.

Ten heard the other boy's voice and tilted his head to see xiaojun. He moved from kun to xiaojun hugging him just as tight.

Xiaojun was startled but he obviously didn't refuse the boy.

"gege? Hey, what's wrong hm?" xiaojun asked softly as kun kept a soft hand on ten's back.

Ten's sobbing had gotten louder, and it woke up hendery and yangyang almost instantly.

They came running out surprised to see the scene in front of them.

"gege? What's going on?" yangyang asked feeling worried and surprised to see ten.

"we don't know, he won't say anything." Kun said sadly.

Again, when ten heard the other boy's voices, he rushed to them hugging them both tightly as if he hadn't seen them in ten years.

"gege? Why are you crying? What happened gege?" yang-yang asked softly as he and hendery held him securely.

They just let ten cry for a while comforting him as best as they could despite having no clue why he was so upset.

Once he had calmed a little bit, they moved him to the couch.

The boys all sat around him, yang-yang holding ten's hands while kun rubbed his back.

"ten?"

Ten looked at kun with his bright red tired eyes.

"can you tell us what happened honey?"

Ten looked down swallowing hard.

"whatever it is gege, we're all here for you." Hendery assured.

"well...as you know i...I had to go home for a bit...."

They nodded along to assure him they were listening.

"well...i...I didn't tell you why..." he paused taking a deep breath.

"I got a call.... saying someone I knew was sick...like...like really sick."

Yang-yang squeezed his hand.

"when I got there...they...they were already in unstable condition. The doctor told me that...that they didn't have much time left..." his eyes re-filled with tears as he thought back to his time in Thailand.

"oh ten..." kun said softly finally understanding what happened.

"i...I stayed by their side in the hospital until...until they..." he couldn't say the word, it hurt too much. He broke off into another pained sob, covering his mouth with his hand.

The boys felt absolutely awful for ten, they couldn't even imagine how much pain he must be in.

"oh my god...ten...baby we are so so sorry." Kun said as he hugged ten tightly, his arms wrapped firmly around his waist.

"that must have been so horrible gege...I can't imagine what you've been through..." hendery said, his own eyes teary.

"who was it gege?" yang-yang asked very softly, his hand still interlocked with ten's.

Ten broke down into more sobs but he dug his phone out of his pocket holding it shakily as he flipped through his gallery.

He showed the screen to yang-yang.

On the phone was a picture of ten and a very handsome guy. He had tan skin and shiny long hair that stopped right below his chin. He was very handsome and looked very happy in the photo.

The boys all looked at the picture not sure who the boy was.

"he...his name is Phob..."

"he's very handsome." Hendery smiled hoping it could make ten feel better.

Ten chuckled tearfully nodding his head.

"yeah... yeah he is..." he smiled as tears dripped down his face.

"how did you know him bubs?" kun asked.

Ten took in a shaky breath, more tears coming to his eyes.

"he...he...he's my...my..." ten seemed nervous and scared to tell them and the boys needed to assure him that whatever he would say they would understand.

"ten, baby it's okay, you can tell us." Kun said already having an idea of what ten was trying to say.

"he's...he's my...my boyfriend..." he said shakily.

Yang-yang felt ten tense under his hand and his heart broke even more.

The fact that ten had to go through all this on his own and was also terrified to tell them about his lover made all the boy's hearts shatter.

"gege...oh my god...we're so sorry." Hendery said sadly.

Ten was confused. They didn't say anything about him having a boyfriend, they didn't seem disgusted or freaked out or anything.

"honey...were you afraid to tell us that you have a boyfriend?" kun asked softly rubbing ten's shoulders.

He nodded tearfully.

"baby...that would never matter to us...oh my god ten how long have you thought this way?"

"as long as we've been together...i...I've been with Phob for...for ten years..." he hung his head sadly.

The boys were heartbroken. Ten just lost the love of his life, someone he cared for, someone he loved and cherished.

"ten...ten gege, we can't imagine what you're going through right now but, please remember gege, we are all here for you okay? We will always be here no matter what, please don't hesitate to come to us." Xiaojun said with tears in his eyes.

Ten smiled sadly at the younger nodding his head.

"please ten...take as much time as you need...we will all be here for you the whole time and if you need anything, and I mean anything just tell us." Kun said hugging ten again, this time even tighter.

Ten relaxed against kun and let himself cry once again, feeling overwhelmed with all the emotions he was experiencing.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you gege..." he sobbed.

"no baby, shhhh, don't apologize...we understand honey...you have nothing to be sorry for..." kun cried as he nuzzled his face in ten's hair and held him tight.

The rest of Wayv joined the hug wrapping ten up securely in a warm loving hug.

They let the boy sob his heart out within their arms knowing that ten was in agony and needed to let out all of his emotions.

They hugged him for hours while he cried. Whispering to him and doing anything to comfort him despite knowing that nothing they could say would bring his boyfriend back.

Eventually ten cried himself to sleep in their arms and the boys still just held him, letting him sleep while they surrounded him with love and support.

They all knew that ten was going to need time and they were prepared to give it to him for as long as he needed.
