Nita is the daughter of Puss in boots and Kitty Softpaws and the leader of the Spanish Splinters. The left side of her body is orange with her eye being blue while the other side is orange with a green eye. Due to her odd appearance, bullies made fun of Nita at school. Nita is later homeschooled due to her prodigy mind and skills. Nita is described as being charming, comical, optimistic, brave, and daring. She hates injustice and doesn't mind being friends with animals of different species. Nita is best friends with Death's daughter, Lament who she enjoys spending time with. She is even on good terms with Death himself, saying Nita is an honorable cat. Nita wears an outfit similar to her mother and fights with a sword. Nita is also born clawless, earning her the nickname Nita Softpaws. Nita enjoys reading and was stated by her parents, she had read every book in Far far away by the time she was a 6 months old.

Toro is the son of Puss in boots and Kitty Softpaws. He has orange and white and blue eyes. He is a proud and honorable fighter. He can come across as somewhat silly and arrogant but is also a smooth-talking, suave, kind-hearted, charming, and heroic cat. He is also kind and supportive of his sister and will discourage anyone who dares crosses her. He wears an outfit similar to his father but wears a red cape and fights using a sword. Toro hates rodeos because they are cruel to animals (actually its because one of his father's lives being lost in a rodeo).

Maza is the daughter of Puss in boots and Kitty Softpaws. She has black fur and orange markings, white spot on his chest, and green eyes. She is cool headed, bold in her opinions, and is a hard nut to crack when it comes to frightening enemies. Maza is also a little arrogant but she's fearless and a sharp thinker and a trickster. She wears an outfit similar to her mother and fights using a sword. 

Leche is the son of Puss in boots and Kitty Softpaws. He has white fur and orange markings, and green eyes. Ionically, Leche hates milk and doesn't mind rejecting it. Leche is a daredevil and enjoys playing music. He wears a green and gold trimmed cape, belt, and hat. He fights using a bow and arrows.

Peso is the son of Puss in boots and Kitty Softpaws. He has orange fur, black stripe, white spot on his chest, and blue eyes. He is the strongest out of his siblings. He is rather pompous, arrogant, and, brash. However, he is polite, helpful, and is protective of his family. Peso wears an outfit similar to his mother and doesn't like hats. He fights using a small mace.

Canon is the son of Puss in boots and Kitty Softpaws. He has orange, white, and black fur and blue eyes. He wears an outfit similar to his father but he wears black leather gloves and fights using a rapier. Canon loves dangerous thing such as fireworks and sharp objects but is a very cautious person. He is the closest to Nita and is usually seen giving her inspirational advice.

Aliment is the daughter of Puss in boots and Kitty Softpaws. She has white fur and pink cheeks,  and blue eyes. She wears a blue and white cape and blue belt and scarf and fights using a dagger. Aliment or Ali is the sweetest out of her siblings and aspires to be a doctor. She is also a great cook and enjoys reading. 

Galleta is the daughter of Puss in boots and Kitty Softpaws. She has black fur, cream spot on her chest, and green eyes. Galleta or Gal loves baking things. She is very strict on rules with cooking and sanitation. However, she enjoys making her family and friends happy. She is also goofy and comical. She wears belt and a white feather over her left ear and fights using a dagger.

Campana is the daughter of Puss in boots and Kitty Softpaws. She has cream and white fur and blue eyes. She also wears a similar outfit to her father but not a hat and fights using a whip. The most musical out of the group, Campana or Cam is good-natured, fun-loving, and colorful person but doesn't take lightly to bullies or people who she deems a threat.

Toothy is the son of the Mole King and the Megamicre Queen. He has his father's appearance. Toothy is rather goofy, noisy, gluttonous, and unkempt. However, he is polite, clean, and well-mannered. He looks up to his older sister Bunny and becomes enraged if something bad happens to her.

Bunny is the daughter of the Mole King and the Megamicre Queen. She has her mother's appearance. Unlike most other princesses, Bunny is fierce and a very good fighter and warrior. She is loyal, headstrong, and is a little tomboyish, believing herself to be more soldier than princess. Bunny is also strict with rules and is very loving and caring.

Zorro is the son of Guy Fox. He has his father's appearance but wears a red and green vest and black hat with a golden belt and black feather. Despite being a fox, Zorro is trusting and selfless, preferring not to steal. He does have a romantic relationship with Nita but his advances are usually thwarted by Lament and Perra, at the irritation of Zorro.

Jill Sprat is the daughter of Jack Sprat. She has black hair tied back and green eyes. Jill is headstrong, loyal, brave, and very adventurous. She is also daring and charming. She is fond of caves and any creature who lives in them, including the strangest and peculiar creatures such as dragons and phoenixes.

Chico is the son of Temeroso and Zapata. He is brave who is particularly unafraid of strangers. He does a good job helping the tame by taking care of scouting and other official duties.  He is protective of his team and his job, calling himself a "lone wolf". Like Jill, Nita, and the wolves, Chico isn't intimidated by Death or his pups.

Celestina is the daughter of Callista, niece of Sphinx, and cousin to Giza, Cleopatra, Nefertiti, and Ramses. She has her mother's appearance but has black and orange wings and green eyes. She  greatly likes her job and friends, wishing to do something that helps people instead of harming them. She's also very sassy and strong-willed. She is also deeply opinionated.

Juno is the son of Pajuna. He has his mother's appearance but his eyes are blue and has spikey bangs. He is an eccentric, good-hearted bull with a murky outlook on the valley, but is friendly and cares for his friends. Juno is a great cook and enjoys baking cookies for everyone. He is best friends with Whistle.

Luna is a black cat and the adopted daughter of Zorra and Death. She has her black fur and green eyes. Unlike her species, Luna tries her best to avert the lies and superstitions of her kind. Blair is loving, caring, and enjoys being around her friends. Luna is also brave, loyal, and friendly. She is also sarcastic, snarky, and somewhat aggressive. 

Lament is the daughter of Death and the second in command of the Defenders. She has her father's appearance but she has one blue and one red eye. She's also made fun of due to her appearance. At first, Lament was proud of being the daughter of Death but comes out to Nita that she was saddened by the fact no one wanted to be her friend because of her heritage. Lament is a proud, calm, snarky, and selfless young wolf who enjoys making new friends. Despite being the child of Death, Lament has no interest in carrying out her father's duties. She wears a black cloak and fights using two jade swords, a bow, and a whip. Unlike her father, Lament is shown to have a calming presence and touch as shown successfully calming Nita after the latter nearly drowns. She does this by whistling, caressing, and singing to her. Like Nita, Lament is also a prodigy in reading, math, and fighting skills.

Cerberus is the son of Death. The left side of his body is white and the right is black. His eyes are red. Cerberus wears his father's outfit and fights using two scythes. He appears to be the largest of his pack. He is a cunning and sinister individual whose sole purpose is to protect his siblings. Despite his evil-like nature, Cerberus is shown to be soft and even friendly when things are lax.

Garm is the son of Death and Zorra. He has silvery white fur, red ears, tipped tail, and icy blue eyes. Garm is sadistic and thrill-seeking, yet he takes a degree of pride and pleasure in protecting the lives of Hero Valley, and openly admits that he enjoys being a hero. He also admits he hates cats because they spit hairballs, but not his feline teammates. He wears his father's outfit and uses two steel swords.

Reaper is the son of Death. He bears the most resemblance to his father only his ears and tail are black tipped and he fights using two whips. Reaper is best described as a harsh, but fair individual who takes his job seriously and enjoys a thrilling challenge, but doesn't like killing and is able to respect those of high authority. 

Pluto is the son of Death. He has black fur and red eyes. He wears his father's outfit and fights using a single sword. He also uses a whip which is tied around his waist. Unlike his brothers, Pluto proves to be the calm, level-headed brother and also has a charming personality and a calming presence. Despite his frightening appearance, Pluto is friendly and intelligent.

Hela is the daughter of Death and Zorra. She has black, red, and white fur and red eyes. She wears a black shirt and pants, and green robe. She fights using a glowing green bow and arrows. As her name suggests, Envy is envious towards Nita and her sister Lament. However, she hides this from them until venting to the team. After, Envy becomes friendlier and makes peace with Nita and Lament.

Whistle is the daughter of Death. She has white fur, dark gray mask over her eyes, and blue-icy blue eyes. She wears her father's outfit and two jade swords to fight. Unlike her siblings, Whistle is very soft-spoken. She is also shy, kind to others, and willing to defend someone from injustice. Like her father, Whistle loves to do as her name suggests.

Sonny is the son of Baby and Strawberry. He has brown fur and green eyes. He also wears a pink and red scarf.  He is polite and gentlemanly, though he can certainly be ferocious and perfectly willing to attack his enemies. He has a love of music given how well he plays piano and sings passionately while doing so. 

Panther is the daughter of Goldi and Connor. She has golden brown fur, blonde short spiky hair, and blue eyes. She wears a daisy in her left ear. She loves her team and will fiercely protect them. She has a big heart and thinks of everyone as equals rather than seeing one difference from another. She was heartbroken when someone dies and is seen comforting her friends.

Coco is the adopted dog of Goldi and the 3 bears. She has golden and white fur and brown eyes. She appear to be a corgi. Coco hates meanness and injustice. She also hates it when someone calls one of her friends names and will come to their defense. Coco is also friendly, good-natured, and calm. However, Puss thinks otherwise along her adopted siblings.

Rabbit is the adopted dog of Goldi and the 3 bears. He has grayish-white fur and reddish-brown eyes. He is a fierce and determined young mastiff, often having to keep his adoptive siblings focused on the task at hand and is often ordered to stay on the alert since he has the best hearing and the first one to alert the team in danger is sensed. He is also playful and caring.

Lockjaw is the adopted dog of Goldi and the 3 bears. He is a Rottweiler and has black and brown fur and green eyes. Despite being known for his frightening appearance and aggressive nature, Lockjaw considers himself honorable, friendly, and a gentleman. He has a crush on Lament but can't bring himself to tell her because of her frightening father. 

Roma is the adopted dog of Goldi and the 3 bears. She has black and white fur and blue eyes. Though she is close with her adoptive family, deep down Roma longed for her biological family, as she is an orphan. She is the slickest and trickiest of the dogs and adores her feline buddies.

Perra is the daughter of Perrito. She has her father's appearance but her eyes are solid blue and her eye lashes are longer. Perra also wears a blue collar. Perra is brave, friendly, and welcoming of others. She seeks out adventure and new ways to help others. She is however naive and seems oblivious to certain people or things that pose as potential enemies or threats.

Perri is the son of Perrito. He has his father's appearance and blue eyes. He wears a red collar. Perrito Jr or Perri is brave, fierce, and extremely protective of his friends and family. He is even willing to act intimidating to protect his brothers and sisters. He is also friendly and very humorous. He is also loyal to his team.

Pepper is the daughter of Perrito. She has gray, black, and white fur and blue-green eyes. She wears a green collar. Pepper is brave, fierce, and extremely protective of her friends and family. She is even willing to act intimidating to protect her brothers and sisters. She is also friendly and very humorous. She is also very creative and intelligent.

Pancho is the son of Perrito. He has black and white fur and blue-green eyes. He wears a black collar. Pancho is a happy-go-lucky, optimistic dog whose goal is to be a therapy dog in the future. He is easily trusting and naive, but he never fails to see the best in everyone and everything, including Death, the wolf and his kids.

Pilar is the son of Perrito and Alaska. He has tan and white fur, black paws and muzzle, and blue-green eyes. He wears a pink and white collar. He is endlessly loyal and persistent in his desire for friendship, even in the face of others' hostility. He has proven to be sympathetic to others when they are sad and is appreciative of his friends and family.

Cleopatra is Sphinx's daughter. She has reddish brown fur, golden wings, and warm brown eyes. Cleopatra is charismatic and intelligent, and she uses both her powers and knowledge of mythology to gain friends and defeat supernatural enemies. She is also ruthless and not as merciful as her siblings. She is also snarky, chatty, and has a soft spot for children.

Nefertiti is Sphinx's daughter. She has her mother's appearance and blue eyes. Nefertiti is loved  for her charisma and grace. However, she can also be a bit self-centered and a little bratty. She enjoys listening to stories, polishing her claws, or teasing her friends with riddles. She is close to Cleopatra whom of which she deems as her sister and her hero.

Giza is Sphinx's son. He has golden and white fur, reddish brown hair quaff and blue eyes. Unlike his sisters and mother, Giza has a sense of kindness, calmness, tolerance, and lack of inclination to violence or being dragged into practicing it. He is caring and enjoys telling his siblings stories of the Lites and puts her own spin to it.

Ramses is Sphinx's son. He has golden brown and white fur and brown fur, brown eyes, and reddish brown head quaff. Ramses is shown to have kindness, calmness, tolerance, and lack of inclination to violence or being dragged into practicing it. He is also strong-willed, bold, and willing to jump into action.

Javier is the son of El Guante Blanco and Dulcinea. He has dark brown and white fur, blue eyes, and one white paw. He is shown to be very wise and kind. He is also fiercely proud. Similar to his father, Javier is proud of himself and usually downright refuses help from his friends, even when it's clear he needs it. Javier is also supportive of Nita and serves as her third in command.

Desiree is the daughter of El Guante Blanco and Dulcinea. She is a sweet, kind, and compassionate young cat who loves children and teaching. She admits that she sometimes chases mice but isn't proud of it. She also loves to dance and sing and is close friends with Marigold and Whistle who shares most of her personality.

Reynard is charming, well fit, and friendly boy. He is also highly intelligent, knowing how to decipher ancient codes. He loves magic, claiming science was a sorry excuse to explain life.

Trixie is the daughter of Duchess and Artephius. She has brown hair with a red streak, tied in a ponytail, freckles, and brown eyes. She wears her hair back. She is highly intelligent, knowing how to do math. She loves magic, claiming science was a sorry excuse to explain life.

Crownflash is a dragon and Nita's pet. He has green skin, black crest, and amber eyes. He is charismatic, intelligent, confident, powerful and is considered to be naturally lucky and gifted. Crownflash loves his friends and becomes dangerous when he sees them in danger. He can breathe fire and has fire proof skin.

Rapido is a mustang and Lament's pet. He has black fur, red fiery mane, and orange-red eyes. He is a fun-loving and fiery-spirited horse, but also has a sense of responsibility. He also enjoys racing and nuzzling his owners, especially Lament. He is unafraid of jumping into danger as seen leaping in between Nita and a giant.

Halo is a female phoenix. She has reddish orange feathers and blue eyes. She is lovable, playful, and fiercely loyal, and cautious. She has a more mischievous streak sometimes, too. Halo acts as a fighting companion to Nita at times, as shown catching her sword when the cat accidentally drops it into some lave, and returning it to her. 

Vine is Vida's daughter. She has a white snake appearance with blue eyes. Vine is quiet and soft-spoken. She enjoys reading and spending time with her friends. She has a close friendship with her cousin Whistle. Despite being depicted as a ferocious animal, Vine condemns all forms of evil and hopes to redeem her species. 

Moon is Vida's daughter. She has a white fox appearance with black spiky hair and blue eyes. Moon is kind, compassionate, spirited, intelligent, outspoken, and brave. She is well-read, as evidenced by her love of books. She is fearless when it comes to saving people. Moon is also cunning, mischievous, and can easily fool others.

Hunter is Vida's son. He has a silvery white wolf appearance with a gray mask marking over his face and blue eyes. At first, Hunter seemed to be arrogant, prideful, and sadistic. However, Hunter reveals his kind, humorous, and open-minded nature when he bonds with Perri, revealing he never knew his father and just wanted to impress his family.
