"morning, joon" yoongi smiled, namjoon looked up from his computer, "good morning, why so smiley?" he laughed.

"you're wearing the watch i gave you" he said, pointing to the watch on the boy's wrist, "oh yeah! thank you so much, i love it" he said, a wide smile on display.

"i'm glad" he said, sitting across from the boy, "how's your morning been?" namjoon asked, "it's been great, holly woke me up 10 minutes earlier than usual because she was hungry" yoongi rolled his eyes, "your dog is the cutest" namjoon smiled, "you think i didn't know that?"

"i was thinking, when do you want to go on another date?" yoongi asked, namjoon turned red, "we could go this saturday" he said.

"where do you want to go?" he asked, namjoon shrugged, "you pick" yoongi said, taking a sip from his coffee. it probably wasn't healthy to drink coffee as often as he did.

"i don't know" the boy sulked, "c'mon joonie, pick something, i picked last time" yoongi spoke, "well, i really want to cuddle so maybe we could go to a museum if that's something you like and then go to your apartment or mine" he said, the shorter boy nodded.

"yeah, we can do that" he smiled, though he wasn't very fond of the cuddling idea. he was okay with cuddling after being positioned and relaxing for a bit, but starting it was icky and uncomfortable for him everytime.

he had hugged jimin a total of 10 times throughout their friendship, six for jimin's birthday, 2 for special ocassions, and 2 other for everytime jimin got dumped.

"this is nice" jimin said, seokjin had his arms wrapped around jimin on the couch, "jimin, you're so pretty"

seokjin thought they were perfect for eachother because they shared the same love languages so they felt comfortable with eachother. it was like they had skipped the awkward stage.

"do you have more popcorn?" jimin whined, "yes, but i'm too lazy to get up and you're comfy" seokjin said, jimin laughed, "so i'm trapped in your embrace and hungry?" jimin chuckled, "oops sorry"

namjoon looked at his outfit in the mirror before he went out to a nearby art museum with yoongi. he was aiming for an artsy, but casual look.

green was always his color for that, it wss one of his favorite colors in general. he grabbed his tote bag and headed out the door to wait for yoongi. they had decided on going in his car.

yoongi's car was clean and smelled good. it was well organized, "your car is really organized. mine is a mess" namjoon laughed, "you think i didn't clean it for you?" yoongi asked, making both of them smile.

"you're so nice" namjoon said, "if i have the privilege to be with a pretty boy like you, i think i should be as nice as possible" he teased, namjoon turned red, "meanie head"

the two boy's walked together as they searched through the museum, it was great, especially for namjoon. he loved all forms of art.

"joon, have you done the spelling test we're supposed to give?" yoongi asked, namjoon shook his head, "i was planning to do so next week, have you?" he asked as he looked at a painting.

"nope, i'm a dyslexia specialist so i need to be given another list for my dyslexia kiddos, they were supposed to have it ready by last week" yoongi sighed, "so are all of your students dyslexic?"

yoongi shook his head, "nope, but they give me a lot of dyslexic students" yoongi said, "makes sense" the boy shrugged.

"do you want to eat after this?" yoongi asked, namjoon hummed, "we can, where do you want to go?" the boy asked, "we could go to mcdonald's, not bougie, but it's yummy" yoongi shrugged, namjoon showed a cheeky smile and nodded.

namjoon eyed the happy-meal toys in the display case at mcdonald's. they were ryan bear keychains! it wasn't often that mcdonald's had ryan bear things!

"joon, you said you wanted a mcchicken and fries, right?" he asked, namjoon nodded, "a soda too please" he said, yoongi nodded, "can i also have one of those happy meal toys?" yoongi softly said, namjoon was too engrossed with looking at the toys.

"here" yoongi said as they sat down, handing the boy one of the ryan bear toys, "oh my gosh! thank you!" he smiled, taking it out from the small plastic bag and putting it on his tote bag.

"cutie. i saw you were trying to hide them when i went to your house last time. i saw them peeping from your closet" yoongi chuckled, namjoon pouted, "meanie head, i think ryan bear is cute"

their food arrived and namjoon just looked at it for a bit, "can you close your eyes?" namjoon asked, yoongi raised a brow and did as told.

"okay, you can open them now" he said, yoongi tilted his head, "what was the purpose of me closing my eyes?"

"so you wouldn't have to see me take off my rubber bands" he said, taking a bite from a fry, yoongi laughed, "why is that?"

"because i have to put my hand in my mouth" namjoon said, "so all these people you don't know can see you do that and i can't? wow" yoongi jokingly rolled his eyes, "yes! because i'll never see them again!"

yoongi laughed, putting a fry in namjoon's, "i've heard stories of people that wear rubber bands and they develop the opposite bite of what they had" yoongi said, "are you kidding me?"

he shook his head, "that'd be funny" he smiled, "it would not!" namjoon pouted, "how is that even supposed to happen if i have to wear them all day except eating or drinking?" he frowned, "what if you swallow one in your sleep?"

"you're so mean, you're a bully" namjoon huffed, "me? a bully? joon, i was the one getting bullied!" he huffed, "a pretty boy like you?"

yoongi turned red, "i wasn't pretty in middle school, trust me" he said, eating a chicken nugget, "i'm not believing that until i have proof" he smiled.

yoongi shook his head, "no!"

"meanie head!"

after mcdonald's, they went to namjoon's house to cuddle. yoongi had been mentally preparing himself the whole day.

"is netflix fine?" namjoon asked, yoongi nodded and laid down next to namjoon. he noticed that namjoon had put on the show, 'friends'.

"that's in english" yoongi said, laying his head on namjoon's shoulder, "i know" the tall boy said, "do you know english?"

namjoon nodded, "yeah, i took english as a foreign language credit and then i worked at a restaurant common among foreigners so i learned more english from that" namjoon said, yoongi raised a brow, "between graduating at 16 and applying to SNU, when did you find the time for a job?" he asked, "i worked at a cafe after school until 11pm a couple days a week" namjoon said, "wow"

the small boy wrapped his legs around namjoon, slowly untensing his body, "you're warm" yoongi said, namjoon smiled.

they cuddled each other, they were quiet, but it was comfortable quiet. the type that wasn't awkward, but the one that was soothing.

"i've understood one word from the show" yoongi said, "which word? hi?" he joked, "yes"

namjoon started laughing, caressing yoongi's face. he was so pretty, so incredibly pretty he started to think yoongi was fake.

"you're so pretty"

yoongi blushed, "thank you, you are too"
