*Had to do this, thought it'd be interesting*

On the set of the show Naruto Shippuden, Mariah and Sasuke were rehearsing their lines preparing for the live show to go on which starts at 9 pm; it is now 8 pm.

Mariah read over her lines then looked over at Sasuke who was sitting on the other side of the stage. He had a perplexed expression.

"What are you doing?" Mariah asked.

"Reading ahead to see how this show ends," Sasuke replied.

"Uh huh, do you like the ending?"

"Eh its okay, but the fans will love it."

"What do you mean by its okay, Uchiha?" The director asked.

"Well the ending is expected,"

"No it's not stupid, I think it's an awesome ending." Mariah said.

"Pff, whatever."

"Aw don't be like that Sasuke; it's a very good ending."

"Whatever, I just can't wait for this story to be done. It's been about fifty chapters and 600 something pages."

"I hope that after this one she'll make another," Mariah said.

"Okay people go your dressing rooms and get ready for the show!" The director shouted.

"See you on set Sasuke, try to act this time." Mariah teased.

"Hn well Mariah how about you just get ready to kiss me." Sasuke replied back.

Mariah shivered.

"I swear I would punch you right now but I can't because you would have a bruise."

"Ah come one Mariah, you and I both know that you like it when I kiss you."

She rolled her eyes.

"It's called acting idiot."

"To me it seemed real, not acting."

"Psh, I'm so good that even you believed that it was real."

Then she stepped into her dressing room.  Half an hour later everyone was on stage waiting for the show to start. Just two minutes until the camera rolls. One minute..............ten seconds.......................5..............4..............3.............2...............1...........

Sasuke led me far away from the others and when we were far away from everyone, he let go of my hand. Once again, I was backed into a corner with him blocking my way.

"Is there something wrong?" I questioned.

"Why did you protect the village?" He asked.

"Because it's my home," I replied calmly.

"You left,"

"Not by choice,"

"You still left,"

"It was either leave the village or die. Which one would've you picked?"

"You know that I'm going to destroy the village,"

"Why, why would you destroy such a peaceful village?!"

"Because it's their fault that Itachi died." He said activating his Sharingan.

"No it's not! It was your clan's fault! Actually it was Madara's fault, because of him this all happened!"

"The elders ordered Itachi to do it! They must die!"

"Then you will never be allowed back in the village! They all fucking miss you! Naruto and Sakura still are fighting for you to come back! Danzo made you a rouge ninja! Naruto and Sakura were devastated! They still care Sasuke! They all care! They all risked their lives to save you!"

"They were never my friends! I don't care about them anymore! They don't understand what it's like"

"Oh cut the crap Sasuke! Naruto knows your pain! He's been alone for his whole life then he makes friends but he loses his best friend! He thought that I was dead and felt so guilty! He lost his Sensei who was really the closest one to a family! Tsunade is now in coma and Naruto is saddened by it! He knows your pain!"

"NO ONE ORDERED THEM TO BE KILLED! NO ONE KNOWS MY PAIN!"

"SASUKE SHUT UP! I KNOW YOUR PAIN! I SAW MY WHOLE CLAN GET KILLED IN FRONT OF ME THEN I GET TORTURED FOR A YEAR AND LIVE MY LIFE OF SECLUSION! I WAS RIDICULED BY THE VILLAGE FOR WHAT FUCKING HAPPENED! THEY ALL FUCKING HATED ME BECAUSE THEY KNEW THAT THE AKATSUKI AND OROCHIMARU WOULD COME FOR ME!

THEN I MAKE FRIENDS BUT STILL GET PUT DOWN BY THE VILLAGE! THEN OH AND THEN I GET FUCKING HEARTBROKEN BY A FUCKING UCHIHA! YOU FUCKING MADE ME DEPRESSED AND I GET FORCED INTO AKATSUKI! THE ONLY ONE FOR ME THEN WAS ITACHI! HE WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR ME AFTER! OVER AND OVER AGAIN HE WOULD TELL ME THE YOU STILL LOVED ME!

THEN I GET FUCKING BEAT BY MADARA AND STILL AM! ITACHI FUCKING DIES, EVERYONE IN THE AKATSUKI DIED AND NOW ALL I HAVE IS KISAME! AND I SENSE THAT HE DOESN'T HAVE THAT MUCH TIME LEFT! WHO AM I LEFT WITH NOW? I'M LEFT WITH AN INSENSITIVE JERK WHO ONLY CARES ABOUT HIMSELF! YOU'RE THICK HEADED! YOUR TEAM HAS NO TEAMWORK SKILLS AND I ALMOST FUCKING DIED PROTECTING YOUR SORRY ASSES!" I said as tears fell from my face.

Sasuke's expression changed.  He Sharingan was deactivated and he didn't look angry but concerned.

"Mariah....." He started.

"AND YOU KNOW WHAT! MY PARENTS WERE FUCKING ORDERED TO FUCKING KILL ME RIGHT AS I WAS BORN! BUT THEY DIDN'T BECAUSE I WAS THEIR ONLY CHILD! OF COURSE WHEN I WAS FOUR THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE A BABY SO THEN THEY DECIDED TO KILL ME! AND GUESS WHAT? MY WHOLE CLAN WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MURDERED BY ANBU! THE ELDERS WANTED MY CLAN TO BE DESTROYED TOO BECAUSE WE WERE TOO POWERFUL!

DO YOU SEE ME WANTING TO GET REVENGE? I THINK NOT! I JUST WANTED TO BE LEFT ALONE! THAT'S ALL I EVER WANTED IN LIFE! SEE SO I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU WENT THROUGH!" I yelled. "Revenge brings nothing but pain." I whispered holding my hand to my chest.

He then looked guilty but I quickly ducked under his arm starting to walk away but he grabbed my arm.

"Mariah.........I'm sorry I yelled I..............I was just worried about you......I just knew you were gone and I...I felt heartbroken............. I thought that I lost you again......I don't want to lose you....not again...." He said in a sad voice. 

He pulled me closer into a hug which I gladly took. He wrapped his arms around my waist and I wrapped mine around his.

"I didn't want to die anyway........I.....was scared....." I said.

"Why were you scared?"

"Because I left you alone here............I left you and you didn't have anyone left......Sasuke........I have something to tell you......When I was....dead...I saw.....Itachi...."

"You did?"

"Yeah....he wanted me to tell you that he and your parents love you......"

He was silent for a long time. He rested his head on mine.

"Did you see your parents?" Sasuke spoke up.

"......Yeah........"

"What did they say?"

"That they.........were proud of me....... They apologized and they said that they love me.....They aren't really happy with my choices these past years but......they still believe in me....."

Once again it was silent between us. I then felt moister on my head but I was too lazy to find out what it was. As I listened closer I noticed Sasuke's uneven breaths. He was crying. I turned to face him and gave him a hug to calm him down.

"It's alright to cry every once in a while Sasuke; I won't judge you." I assured.

He automatically hugged me back with tears still streaming down his face.

"I know.....I miss him too." I said rubbing his back.

We both cried in each others arms for what felt like hours. We finally pulled away seeing each other's red faces and puffy eyes which made me smile.

"What are you smiling about?" Sasuke asked.

"Just that, you're showing emotion around me again...Sasuke?"

"Yeah?"

"When you were young, how did you imagine your future?"

Sasuke thought for a few minutes until he answered.

"Being strong like Itachi and joining the police force with my Dad. What about you?"

"I thought I'd be a jonin by the time I was ten. Then I'd be an ANBU and protect the village. Who knew this is how our lives turned out?"

"Life is cruel," Sasuke hissed.

"Well, at least we have each other. There's some light in each of our lives."

Sasuke tried to fight it but he yawned.

"You should get some sleep," I yawned.

"You should too,"

"Well we'll be heading out early but someone has to keep watch."

"You just don't want to sleep."

"Exactly,"

"Don't worry; I'll keep the nightmares away."

I smiled.

"You better Uchiha or else I'll give you nightmares."

We linked our hands together and walked back to camp. When we arrived they were still sleeping. Sasuke led me to a tree, sat down, and leaned his back up against it while I was leaning against him. The beat of his heart slowly started to lull me to sleep.

*Dream*

I appeared in a house in the Leave Village. I looked around the house and saw that there were pictures of Sasuke and I. I walked around the house and saw some pictures of children then more of our friends. As I looked around I heard the door open and saw an older version of me with a boy and a girl who looked about seven.

They ran into the house heading towards the kitchen. The girl had red eyes and long black hair. She seemed to show no emotion but it was cute. The boy looked exactly like Sasuke but was very happy. So I'm guessing the girl got my looks but had Sasuke's personality and the boy got Sasuke's looks and my personality.  

The older version of me was laughing at them as the struggled to get into the much too high for them chairs. She put down the groceries and walked over to the kids. The brother then went over to his sister and started to poke her repeatedly. Yup, that's my child.

"Stop," the girl said emotionlessly; but it was SUCH a CUTE voice.

"No," he replied.

"Yes,"

"No,"

"Yes,"

"No,"

"Uh, yes you will."

"No I won't,"

She then started to ignore him by reading a history book. Huh weird, she's only about seven and is reading about history. Her brother kept on poking her and I could tell that it was finally getting to her.

"I'm warning you, stop."

"Hehe watcha gunna do bout it sis?"

"I'm going to punch you,"

"No you won't, the last time you did it mommy got mad."

"No she didn't, she just gave me a warning then healed you. Then mother took us to get ice cream."

He rolled his eyes and kept poking her.

"Mom!" She shouted.

"Itachi Fugaku Uchiha stop bothering Akira." The older me warned walking into the kitchen.

Awe we named him after Itachi and Sasuke's father. And we named our daughter after my mom.

"Sorry mommy." He said with sad eyes.

"Mother, when's father going to be home?" Akira questioned.

"Your father will be home very soon."

"Mommy I'm going to become a great ninja just like you and Daddy!" Itachi shouted.

"Well you just have to keep your grades up in the academy. Plus, you have Uchiha and Kira blood running through your veins. You're bound to be an excellent ninja like your father and I; both you and your sister. Your father and I are very proud of you." She said with a smile.

"Well how about we go to the village gates and be there when your father comes home."

"Yay!" They cheered.

The each grabbed her hand and walked out the door. I followed them down the streets of the village. The village looks exactly the same except for one thing; Naruto's face was on the Hokage Mountain. I smiled; he finally reached his goal. As we walked down the streets I noticed that the older version of me was greeting everyone and the kids were smiling.

When they reached the gates they were waiting on top of the village gates. After ten minutes I saw Sasuke appearing in the distance. He looked older and more muscular. When he saw his kids waiting for him he smiled and ran over to them. They jumped down from the gates and ran towards him then jumped into his arms. They were all smiling and happy but then everything went black; I started to awake. I heard the crickets chirping, the bats flying above me, and the nocturnal animals foraging. I opened my eyes and was greeted by onyx eyes looking into mine.

"Mariah, why are you crying?" Sasuke asked.

I touched my cheek to see that I was crying.

"Did you have a nightmare?"

"No...........It was the best dream I've ever had."

"Then why are you crying?"

"Because it won't come true." I said sadly.

(Haha I know I got that from Breaking Dawn)

"What was it about?"

"You and me."

"What happened?"

I told him every detail of the dream. He listened silently until I was done.

"Mariah, it will come true."

"No it won't, we're both wanted criminals. I could get off the hook but you can't."

"I will make sure that that dream comes true Mariah,"

"I hope so," I whispered.

*I walk into a room but the lights are all off I turn them on then......*

"SUPRISE!!!!!!!!!"

I looked around and saw the entire Naruto cast XD

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANIMELOVER123!!!!!"

(Hahaha yes it is my birthday today hehehe XD)

And i got a hug from all of them and we had pizza and cake and i gotz PRESENTS!!!! HEHE WELL TIL NEXT TIME!!!!!!! FOR A BDAY PRESENT JUST VOTE, COMMENT, AND FAN XD THAT WOULD MAKE ME VERY HAPPY! ^^
