Y/N POV

We hop down the well and look around for the lamp. We get about twenty yards in and see a glow coming from behind a corner. Ruby runds behind it and later comes out screaming. We look and see a lot of humanoid looking Grimm walking out of the corner. We ready our weapons when the Grimm groan which takes away our strength.

Maria: "Run! Now!"

We holster our weapons and take off in the other direction. We run through the countless twists and turns until we arrive at a basement. We run towards the exit when the Grimm groan and our strength leaves us.

I look behind me and see Blake laying on the ground. I run to her and carry her to safety when a bright light shines. The Grimm hiss in pain and our strength returns. We get closer to the door when again the Grimm groan. I look up at the incoming Grimm and brace for the end.

However that light shines again and the Grimm are destroyed. Yang punches open the door and we scramble out of the house. We hop onto the trailer and Yang drives us away. We ride down the road until Ruby speaks.

Ruby: "What were those things?"

Maria: "Apathies. They drain you will to go on. The owner of the farm captured tow of them but that proved fatal when the rest of the pack arrived and entered the home through the water tunnels."

Ruby: "Miss Calavera, how do you know so much about Grimm and how did you know what to say to make my eyes do that?"

Maria: "Simple, I had silver eyes."

She tells us the story of how she once had silver eyes but lost them while fighting.

Maria: "But I wasn't a fighter till the end. I went into hiding soon after my fight with her."

Qrow: "I can't believe it. You're the grimm reaper. You were a legend; and then you disappeared."

Oscar: "How exactly does a legend just disappear?"

Qrow: "You never used your name, never showed your face. Lots of us thought you were just layin' low. Eventually, we came to accept that you were probably dead. But the stories about you, I based my weapon off of yours. I wanted to be as great as the grimm reaper."

Maria: "Well, I'm nothing but a disappointment. So you're well on your way."

Blake: "How can you say that?"

Maria: "Child, a Huntress is supposed to protect others to the bitter end. But after I lost my eyes, I only looked after myself. Even after my surgery, I was too afraid to fight, afraid someone would find me again, finish what the others started. You shouldn't aspire to be like me, especially when some of you are clearly stronger already. It's comforting seeing that your generation seems up to the task of inheriting this world. I'm sorry I didn't do more to leave it in better shape."

Ruby: "Maybe you can do something now. Teach me to use my powers the way you did."

I hear something ringing and see Ruby pull out her scroll.

Ruby: "It's Jaune. Hello?"

Jaune: *on scroll* "Ruby, thank Oum. I've been checking my scroll for your signal since we made it to the city."

Ruby: "The city?"

Yang speeds up and stops; we look and see a town at the bottom of the hill.

Yang: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Argus.

We get parked when we hear this loud and iconic voice.

Nora: "Cute boy Oz!!!"

He gets taken to the ground in a hug. We look and see the rest of her team appear. We all hug and say our hellos before hoping onto a trolley. We ride it to the center of town where we get off.

Y/N: "Where have you guys been staying?"

Jaune: "Well..."

???: "There you are!"

We look behind Jaune to see a female looking him holding a baby boy in her arms.

Yang: "Is that..."

Jaune: "Hey Saph."
