Y/N POV

I head to the northern end of the forest when I come across weird black and white creatures. One of them roars at me and charges. I equip my machine gun and fire at the charging creature. It drops to the ground when the other creatures begin running towards me. I sigh and go to take care of them. I jump over one of them and fire at their back. It roars before turning around and trying to bite down on me.

I twist to dodge and fire my pistol down it's throat. I limbo under another one of the creatures then backflip to avoid getting crushed by its paw. I fire my pistol again and send a bullet tearing through its head. It bursts into dust when one more creature runs through the dust to me. I roll to the side and fire my machine gun. 

The creature roars in pain before standing on its back legs. It brings down its paws but I jump over it and land on its back. I aim my pistol at the back of its head and fire blowing out its brains. With the last of the creatures taken care of I holster my guns and continue on my way to the relics. Once I arrive I see Yang and Blake already there. I look up and see Ruby falling out of the sky. Jaune crashes into her and sends them both into a tree.

Blake: "Did your sister just fall from the sky."

Yang: "I..."

A crash is heard making us look to see a girl in pink riding in on the back of one of those creatures.

Girl: "Aww. It's broken."

She looks over the creature when a boy in green arrives and leans against the creature.

Boy: "Nora. Please... don't ever do that again."

He looks at her to see she's already gone and grabbing one of the relics.

Nora: "I'm queen of the castle. I'm queen of the castle."

Boy: "Nora!"

Nora: "Hehehe, coming Ren!"

Blake: "Did that girl just ride in on an Ursa?"

Yang: "I-"

Another crash is heard and this time we see Pyrrha come running to us with a giant scorpion chasing after her.

Blake: "Did she just run all the way here with a Deathstalker on her tail?"

Yang: "I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something crazy happens again?"

Ruby: "Um... Yang?"

We look where she's pointing and see Weiss hanging on the talon of a giant bird.

Weiss: "How could you leave me!?"

Ruby: "I said 'jump'..."

Blake: "She's gonna fall."

Ruby: "She'll be fine."

Ren: "She's falling."

Jaune jumps out of the tree and catches Weiss. Gravity works and pulls them back down. Jaune lands on his chest with Weiss landing on his back.

Weiss: *Sarcastic* "My hero."

Jaune: *in pain* "My back."

I hear a smack and see Pyrrha land in front of us.

Yang: "Great! The gang's all here. Now we can die together."

Ruby: "Not if I can help it."

Yang: "Ruby wait!"

Ruby runs at the scorpion only to get hit to the side.

Ruby: "D-don't worry! Totally fine!"

She tries to escape only to have her hood pinned down by a giant feather.

Yang: "Ruby! get out of there!"

Ruby: "I'm trying!"

The scorpion lifts its stinger when Weiss traps it in a wall of ice.

Weiss: "You are so childish."

Ruby: "Weiss?"

Weiss: "And dimwitted, and hyperactive. And don't even get me started on your fighting style. And I suppose, I can be a bit... difficult. But if we're going to do this we're going to have to do this together. So if you quit trying to show off I'll be... nicer."

Ruby: "I'm not trying to show off. I want you to know I can do this."

Weiss: "You're fine."

Yang runs and hugs Ruby.

Yang: "So happy you're okay."

Jaune: "Guys that thing is circling back. What are we going to do?"

Weiss: "Look, there's no sense in dilly-dallying," *looks at relics* "Our objective is right in front of us."

Ruby: "She's right. Our mission is to grab an artifact and make it back to the cliffs. There's no point in fighting these things."

Jaune: "Run and live. That is an idea I can get behind."

We each grab a relic when Ren shouts.

Ren: "Time we left."

Ruby: "Right. Let's go!"

We all take off in a dead sprint away when we come to some ruins. As we cross a bridge the bird takes it out. I manage to jump and make it avoiding falling into the chasm below. I look up and see that bird coming in low. I withdraw my machine gun and fire at it. It squawks in pain then looks at me. Because of that it crashes into the cliff grounding it.

I look behind me and see Ruby has turned herself into a giant slingshot. She's fired and hooks the bird's neck with her weapon. She then drags it up the cliff and beheads it. Once all that is over we head back to the stage room and are assigned teams.

Ozpin: "Russel Thrush, Cardin Winchester, Dove Bronzewing, Sky Lark. The four of you retrieved the black bishop pieces from this day forward you will work together as team CRDL. Led by Cardin Winchester."

Ozpin: "Jaune Arc, Lie Ren, Pyrrha Nikos and Nora Valkyrie. The four of you have retrieved the white rook pieces from this day forward you will work together as team JNPR. Led by Jaune Arc."

Ozpin: "Blake Belladonna, Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee and Yang Xiao Long. The four of you retrieved the white knight pieces from this day forward you will work together as team RWBY. Led by Ruby Rose."

Ozpin: "Finally is Y/N L/N. Due to a miscount you shall be on a preexisting team. Therefore you will be the fifth member of team RWBY."
