Lucy's P.O.V

"M-mum"

"Hello Lucy."

I couldn't breath. I was in shock. My heart was racing and my palms were sweating. I calmed my self down and steadied my breathing then slowly began walking towards her. She watched me carefully as I did so, with a smile on her face. I put my hand forward to touch her, just to make sure she was real. I slightly grassed her shoulder and from what I can tell, is that she is real.

"Y-your real! Oh mum." I said as I leaped on to her and gave her a big hug. "I've missed you so much..." I continued.

"I've missed you too." She said as she hugged me back.

"Now listen Lucy we don't have much time, so I have to make these short." She said releasing from the hug and holding my shoulders.

"Ok but mu-." I went to say but was then cut off.

"I'm sorry dear but your just going to have to listen." She says and I remain silent.

"Okay something big is going to happen to you soon, I can't tell exactly when it will happen all I know is that it is happening soon. It will be one of the hardest things that will happen to you so keep an eye out. You will be attacked, you'll probably be called weak by the people dearest to your heart but trust me, they will not mean it. This will wonder through your mind making you worry but do not shut yourself out, listen to the instructions and information I am about to tell you and you'll find the right path. So first things first. Lucy... You may not know it, nor feel it but you have the potential to be one of the strongest wizards in the world. You have so much magic energy bottled up inside you that you need to release out. When these events happen you need to leave your guild and train your magic in order to get stronger. Not only for yourself and your guild but also for your people." She says as she stares into my eye's

"My people... wait mum what are you trying to tell me." I say with curiosity.

"You are not just Lucy Heartfilia. You are Princess Lucy Heartfilia, heir to the Celestial Kingdom and the Dragon Realm..." She says

"W-WHAT!" I say in shock.

"Shh listen I don't have much longer so listen up. I will finish explaining this when you are ready. So let me finish. When you leave Fairy Tail I need you to go to the forest. When you get there I want you to summon the Spirit that is in the key I left in the box for you. The Spirit is the Dragon Spirit, her name is Stella she will help you on your journey. It may take a while for you to control your magic but you will eventually be able to go back to the Guild if you wish." She said

"Okay but mum how will you explain the rest of this to me when I'm ready?.." I said feeling a little confused.

"Okay, Lucy.. I am alive, I was living in the Celestial Kingdom, to heal and get better so I didn't actually die. I wanted to come back but I couldn't because I don't have enough power. But now I'm living in the Dragon Realm. In the Celestial Kingdom I'm known as Princess Layla Heartfilia, your grandfather is the Celestial King. But in the Dragon Realm I am known as Queen Layla Heartfilia, your grandmother was the current ruler and the lover of the Celestial King. You are the heir to both realms because I do not have enough magic energy to rule both." She finished.

I was speechless and couldn't comprehend what I have just been told. My mother is the ruler of the Dragon Realm. But most importantly she is ALIVE. Suddenly we could hear a banging noise. I looked around, trying to figure out what was going on.

"Listen Lucy!" My mum snapped me back to reality.

"I have to go now so please remember what I told you. And tell Natsu Igneel says hello." She says with a smile and quickly pulls me in for a hug and then gave me a kiss on the cheek.

I closed my eye's and when I opened them I was back in my apartment with the box in my hand. I sighed and tried to process what just happened. I'm a princess and I have a lot of magic energy in my veins that I didn't know about. I walked over to my desk and placed the box on it, then turned around to find Lisanna with her mouth opened.

"O-oh Lisanna your here..." I say a little surprised.

"...L-Lucy was that... your mother?..." She says as she takes a step towards me.

"You saw?.." I asked.

"Yes and I heard everything..." She replied.

"But how?" I asked astonished.

"Well you weren't answering the door, so I thought something was wrong and when I opened the door to enter your apartment. I found myself in a different place, as if I was in space. Then I saw you and another women, who at first I thought was Gemini because she looked just like you. But then you called her mum... I also heard everything." She said as she help both my hands with kindness.

"So you know I'm-" I was cut off.

"The Princess of the Celestial Kingdom and the Dragon Realm, yes." She said sternly.

"So you also know I have to quite possibly leave soon?" I asked

"Yes..." Lisanna said with tears starting to form in her eye's.

"Lisanna can you please do something for me?" I asked

"Yes.." She said as the tears slid down her face.

"Please don't tell anyone from the guild, especially Natsu." I said.

"Okay." She said as she gave me a hug.

"Okay let's go, we are meant to meet the team at the train station in twenty minutes." I said as I picked up my bage.

She did the same thing and we made our way to the train station. When we got there everyone else was already there.

"Took you guys long enough." Happy said

"Shut it cat!" I said

"Aye" He said as he flew next to me.

"Okay so is everyone here." Erza said pulling along a trailer full of baggage

"Ahh g-got enough baggage Erza..." Lisanna said as she sweat dropped.

"I actually had to lighten my load." She said back to Lisanna.

"Of course you did." Lisanna and I said in unison.

"Lucy-san are you ready to go?" Wendy ask

"Yep" I said with a smile.

"Then lets go!" Natsu cheered

"Ah Flame Brain are you feeling ok." Gray asked.

"Yeah why?.." Natsu asked seaming a bit confused.

"Well usually you hate train rides." Carla said

"Oh I forgot about that." He said

"Too late now. Lets get going." Erza said as she pushed Natsu onto the train, with everyone else following behind.

I only wish that I didn't come along because what was about to happen next was the start of my journey.
