Spring into Action

this spring i want to get out more. sorry no periods or capitols im in a rush.. but i want to get more active and maybe drop a couple of pounds. any tips on how to staay fit?

Well, really all I can tell you is the typical advice. Exercise and eating right. Now, I don't say dieting, because dieting is only a temporary solution. You need a long lasting menu. And actually, little known fact, for most people, it isn't what they eat. Sometimes it's that too but it's how much they eat. So I'm in a rush too, so I hope this helps darlin!
