New Year

Dear Kat,


This new year, I want to do something new. When I commit to get on the treadmill every day, I get distracted or forget. Eventually I give up! Any ideas to help?

Well, Happy New Years! Many people have come along that problem. Don't commit to the impossible. I'm not saying don't commit, this simply states that instead of, " get on treadmill every day" , it's ,"exercise more often. There is no big solution, but good old-fashioned will power is all it takes.
