I've decided to start my editing a bit earlier. And, of course, the first state to edit is Delaware. I'm going to add a paragraph of his general personality using stereotypes. Then adjust the dialogue in his story. 

The real question is what do I do with his looks? I'll keep the eyebrows since there are too many references to them in this fanfic. But what about his other looks? He's supposed to be a mix between Netherlands and Sweden, not an England look alike. 

I can either make his hair a shade darker or change up his eyes, either making them a green-blue or hazel.

I can probably mention that he's an England look alike with some hints of Sweden and Netherlands. Example: he looks like Sweden when he has his glasses on. He looks like Netherlands when he just wakes up and his hair's spiky. Or when he takes off his glasses he looks like England. 

Any thoughts or solutions on this? 

On another note, I've been thinking over what the hell I'm going to do with Louisiana. Her being pale with blonde hair and blue eyes rubs me the wrong way now. Maybe a darker skin tone paired with hair the same color or close to of Nyo!Canada's?  Maybe going the same root I did with Iowa and making all the Purchase states slightly tanned?
