1. They have a total of five demigod kids throughout their lives

2. Percy, Annabeth, and their first kid move to Manhattan after they finish college and their responsibilities at the two camps

3. They move into a large apartment across the road from Sally and Paul's apartment building

4. Percabeth's first child is their daughter, Zoe Jackson.

5. Much like Percy predicted- she resembled Sadie Kane- and acts like her too as she gets older

6. Sally Jackson would be on the phone with her son or Annabeth for the first two years of Zoe's life- as both Percy and Annabeth we're worried they'd do something wrong. It's. All. The. Time

7. "Mom- Zoe is crying. I can't find her bottle or her stuffed minotaur- please come help Annabeth's at work- oh yeah she's fixing up an apartment complex on 18th street- Zoe I'm looking for it right now baby girl. MOM PLEASE HURRY- I GOTTA GO BYE"

8. Family dinners at the Jackson's house are always a chaos- especially to the younger members of the seven who visit often and have know idea how to act around baby babies cough cough Nico, Hazel and Frank cough cough

9. Soon as Zoe turns three and Piper is now pregnant Percabeth gets baby fever leading to their first son, Bianco Jackson.

10. Percy and Annabeth are more chill now after getting the hang of being parents with Zoe

11. Sally still comes over at least three times a week- always insisting on babysitting the little ones

12. Percy gets a job as a part time social worker- working in bad child abuse situations and the bad side of the foster and orphan deal

13. He looks out for demigods who may be in the system- but also cares about the young mortals that are being treated like how his mom and him were by Smelly Gabe\

14. Bianco's first word is book

15. He took after Annabeth more than Percy

16. Zoe learns how to open the child safety locked cabinets and drawers faster than expected

17. Annabeth has given up on sleep as has Percy

16. Child number three and four are caused by a couples vacation while Zoe and Bianco stay with Jason and Piper for the weekend

17. It's twins, two girls, named Luka Andreas Jackson, and Nataniela Ilia Jackson, both of them take after Annabeth mortal side of the family

18. While Annabeth is still pregnant with the twins they move back to New Rome since Zoe would be starting school soon and they wanted their kids to start being around more demigod safe places

19. Annabeth designs their dream house right outside of New Rome City with enough room for Mrs. O'Leary and her new born puppies live- Blackjack also visits more than Percy wuld like to pay for donuts

20. Zoe loves going to stay with Uncle Travis and Uncle Connor for sleepovers at CHB

21. Bianco and Jaspers/Jiper's daughter Octavia become best friends as they grow up together- the best bromance ever

22. The twins are reckless- never getting out of the 'no no' cabinets, alway trying to eat things they aren't suppose to, trying to touch mommy's and daddy's weapons- they are the hardest so far- and they haven't even reach their terrible twos yet

23. When Zoe eight, Bianco is five and the twins are two Percabeth have their final child, a son named Charlie Alexandros Jackson.

24. He is by far the easiest kid

25. At age nine, Percy and Annabeth decide to let Zoe pick out her first real weapon- not the ones they play with on the streets of New Rome

26. She is best suit with a spear, much to Percabeths surprise

27. Clarisse and Chris babysit a lot.

28. Percy is so glad to have help from them

29. Zoe is sent on her first quest at age thirteen and afterward dyes her hair green when one of her questmates didn't make it back....

30. Bianco's first weapon is a dagger- with he slices with is left hand

31. Luka and Nataniela only get wilder and are soon sent off the CHB where Chiron offer to let them stay for the summer

32. It breaks Percabeths' hearts and they quickly look into adoption- Percy still saw all the orphans that needed a family

33. After getting certified they adopt a clear sighted mortal girl named Mattie
