I have read and seen many PJO/HoO and Batman crossovers and I have sadly never seen one where Athena isn't a goddess but the leader of the Court of Owls. This NEEDS to be a AU, like super hero AU except super villain AU! For those who aren't aware the Court of Owls is a cult in the DC universe, they dress as Owls and live in a labyrinth (just another reason to create this- the labyrinth) underneath Gotham City. Their assassins' are called 'Talons' and they brand their people with an Athenian Owl. They have a special rhyme that haunts the people of Gotham that goes: 

 Beware the Court of Owls
 That watches all the time, ruling Gotham from a shadowy perch
 Behind granite and lime.
They watch you at your hearth, they watch you in your bed
 Speak not a whispered word of them or they'll send the Talon for your head.

Scary right?  

Well, I want a Fanfiction where Athena is the grand leader of the Court of Owls, one where Annabeth has been trained as a Talon her whole life, along side her elder sister, Medusa, who's in her late twenties. 

One where Piper was kidnapped and lived the life of an Owl her whole life being one of Annabeth's friends there.

Athena adopts (read kidnaps) Matthew and Bobby Chase who's father found out about the Court of Owls after she had an affair with many years before, she sends a Talon for his and his new wife's head, after finding out he had two infant children she took them with her even if she would normally not care to take their lives'. 

Since we're on the topic of instead of Olympians they are super villains lets move on to Hades- if he was a super villain in DC he would be The Penguin. 

Hear me out please- Hades/Pluto rules over riches right? Penguin is really rich and rules over a Mob. The underworld could completely be used as his Mob and they both have cover buildings for their underworlds (whether that's the will world or literally the Riordanverse Underworld.) The Iceberg Lounge and DOA Records.

Persephone can also be this universes Penny, which is (apparently) the Penguins love interest. 

He has a children who will take his place as leader of the Mob, Nico his heir that is training to really take his place, Hazel, his youngest daughter who will be in charge of the finances and money as that is most of what the Penguin holds in power (beside a few other things,) and his eldest son, Thanatos, who is in charge of keeping the other villains that enter Iceberg Lounge in order. His eldest daughter died when asked to help  one of the five gangs that run the railroad.  

  Next we have Hermes because I've been thinking about this a lot and I just finished The New 51: Batman Vol. 3 Death of the Family and he could easily get out of his cell in Arkham Asylum as he said there was and I quote, 

"There were forty-six ways out of that cell, Joker. Only four that met your time requirement. The easiest would have been to hit the glass perfectly at the shattering point. I opted for method three, though." 

I think that Hermes would make a fine Riddler. Also I have a question, do you guys know if the Riddler/ Eddie have OCD?  Because I think he does. 

I also like the idea to have young! Travis and Connor following their father around in cheap, store bought Halloween Riddler costumes. All. The. Time 

Ares is the leader of the Whispering Gang; I do not think I need to explain but if so just comment :D
