Hyunjin POV:

Winter arrived and it was time for the HYBE Academy Winter Festival. I had been training for 6 months, and was looking forward to this bit of respite. The romance between Yeonjun and I had flourished into a steady relationship despite the constant steal away attempts Karina and her gang tried. For some reason those bitches couldn't understand Yeonjun was mine, but oh well.

As the three of us headed toward the centerpiece of the festival, the ice rink, Eunchae commented,

"You know you two are so cute sometimes, that I kinda feel left out."

I quickly hugged my friend's shoulders.

"Aww don't worry babe, you'll find someone. Who knows it might even be on this ice rink!"

Eunchae shook her head vehemently.

"Hell no. I suck at ice skating. I might not even go on to be honest."

I sighed but continued walking. We soon sat by some of our other peers including, Niki, Jay, Jake, Sunoo, Heeseung, and Jungwon.

"Hey what's going on?" Yeonjun hissed to one of the boys near us.

"Apparently it's a special ice performance." Heeseung replied.

"By who-"

"Alright students. Before we start the highlight of the Festival, please welcome your peer and figure skater Park Sunghoon!" One of our teachers announced before leaving the rink.

There was much applause and then a handsome boy with black hair arrived skating skillfully on the ice. Yeonjun and I watched with awe as the boy performed jumps and spins with ease while looking graceful as a swan. I turned to glance at Eunchae whose mouth was open in shock, while her eyes sparkled in wonder.

"Enjoying yourself?" I whispered to my friend.

"Yeah. . ." She replied, nodding slowly.

I chuckled and nudged Yeonjun.

"I think we have a new case of lovesickness over there."

"Is that so?" Yeonjun responded, glancing over at Eunchae.

"Yeah. Let's try to help Eunchae get her new crush, shall we?" I suggested.

My boyfriend nodded.

"Sure thing. "

5 Minutes Later:

"Eunchae? Are you going to join us for skating?" I asked my friend.

"Yes!" Eunchae replied, rushing to tie her skates.

I glanced at Yeonjun. Interesting. From not wanting to skate then suddenly being willing, there was no doubt about it. Eunchae was having a hard crush on Sunghoon. I joined my boyfriend and we began to have a grand time skating next to each other and chatting. Looking behind me I saw Eunchae struggling, but trying her best.

"Does anyone need help?" I heard Sunghoon call out.

"Me-WOAH!" Eunchae cried out suddenly as she slipped, falling hard onto her butt.

My eyes widened and I quickly turned around, rushing to help her but like a K-Drama Sunghoon arrived, stopping in front of the fallen girl. The ice prince extended his hand to his princess and flashed a warm smile.

"Need a hand. . ."

"Eunchae. Hong Eunchae." the girl whispered, gazing into her savior's eyes.

"Eunchae. I'm Sunghoon. Would you like some help?"

"Yes please."

I giggled as the pair began to skate slowly away,

"Looks like the new couple will get started just fine." Yeonjun commented, joining my side.

"Yeah-"

"Goddammit! First Yeonjun gone and now Sunghoon! Fuck my life!" Karina grumbled, skating quickly past us.

I laughed as the girl disappeared.

"And Karina gets snuffed out again!"
