Y/n was in Augustine with Damon and Enzo, Both of them fell inlove with her but she chose Enzo, Damon didn't like that. Which is why he left him in The Cell.

"Y/n. Look at me." Enzo spoke, "we're gonna be ok."

Y/n tried to rip open the cell door but it burned her.

Y/n found out it was Stefan's birthday and he was in mystic falls.

She knocked on the Salvatore house.

"Hello Stefan." She spoke as he opened the door.

"Y/n." He smiled and hugged her.

They were talking and he had told her Stefan turned off his humanity.

Y/n was walking downtown with damon talking and trying to figure out why he turned it off.

"I turned it off because I didn't want to remember the pain you put me through when you chose Enzo. The memories came flooding back when I heard you were in town. I couldn't do it. So i turned it off." He stopped walking.

"Damon. I loved Enzo and you knew I'd choose him." Y/n spoke, "it's always going to be Enzo. I've loved him from the moment I laid eyes on him. You knew that. You just didn't want to Believe it. J loved you too Damon just not the way you wanted me to."

"I could kill you right here right now." He spoke.

"I know." She vamp sped away and he chased after her.

She got into the Salvatore house and hid.

"Y/nnnn."Damon spoke.

Y/n stepped around the corner and Damon appeared Infront of her.

"Damon- don't please-" he grabbed her by her neck.

"Damon." He turned and saw Lexi and Stefan.

"Damon don't!" Stefan yelled.

Damon looked at y/n and he shoved his hand in her chest.

"No!" Lexi yelled.

Y/ns eyes widened seeing her heart in his hand.

"Damon..." she spoke as she fell to the floor.

"Damon! Why'd you do that?!" Stefan pushed him to the side and kneeled Infront of y/n.

Stefan saw her eyes were still open. He closed her eyes.

"Oh My God." Lexi cried.

*years later*

Enzo just found out Damon killed y/n.

"You...killed y/n?" Enzo's eyes filled with tears.

"I didn't even bat an eye. my switch was off Enzo I did a lot of terrible things. But I didn't do it to make your life miserable from every angle. I did it because I didn't care." Damon spoke, "so do whatever it is you gotta do. You wanna kill me! You wanna hate me! Do it! This is between us!"

"That's the problem damon. I won't wanna hate you. Because if I hate you, then I have nothing left." Enzo spoke with tears falling.

"I regret killing her everyday." Damon let his tears fall.

"She chose you anyway." Enzo sighed.

"Enzo Before I- killed her. She told me She loved you. She said it was always going to be you. She said she had loved you since the day she laid eyes on you." Damon spoke.

*years later*

When everyone was able to see ghosts

Damon was walking down the street when he was shoved into an ally.

"What the hell." He looked over and saw y/n.

"Y/n?" His eyes widened.

"I don't know how you can see me but the whole time you can see me I will be making your life a living hell." She shoved a stick into his stomach.

"What!?" He yelled.

"I know your humanity was off and everything but it still sucked having my BESTFRIEND rip my heart out like it was nothing just because he didn't wanna feel a small ounce of pain of not being choosen by someone you knew wasn't gonna choose you." She dumped vervain on him then walked away.

Damon walked into the Salvatore house and walked in.

"What the hell happened to you?" Stefan chuckled.

"Y/n. That's what happened. She somewhat back and trying to make my life a living hell for what I did to her." Damon spoke annoyed.

Stefan chuckled.

"Im sorry, im sorry. It's just- it's karma you killed her." Stefan smiled.

"Shut up." Damon rolled his eyes, "next time I see that Girl I swear I'm gonna rip her heart out again and shove it-"

Y/n came behind Damon and snapped his neck.

"You were saying?" She smiled at Stefan.

"Y/n." He hugged her.

"Hi Stef." She hugged back.

They were talking and trying to figure out how they could see her.

"Where is he?" She questioned.

With Enzo and bonnie

"If we can see The dead, I need to find grams." Bonnie paused, "and you need to find Y/n."

"What?" He questioned.

"She was your first love you deserve to finally say goodbye." She smiled and walked away.

Enzo sped to the Salvatore house to see Damon on the floor with a broken neck and Stefan talking to someone.

He moved to turn and look at Enzo and saw
Y/n.

"Enzo." She ran and hugged him.

"Y/n." He hugged her back.

*a few days later*

Y/n and enzo have spent every minute they could with each other.

Y/n had just watched a few people fade away to the other side.

"Enzo! Stefan!" She ran into the Salvatore house only to see Stefan.

"What's wrong?"  Be both looked at her.

"Y/n?" Stefan stepped forward, "are you coming to say goodbye for good?"

She slowly nodded while trying not to cry.

"When? Can we try a spell to-" Bonnie spoke.

"No."she smiled as he started to cry.

"Stop. It's okay...No crying stef...I don't want you crying when I go."

"I- I can't-" Stefan cried.

"You can. Because I'm still right here." They both started crying more, "and your gonna be fine."

"I just love you so much." He sniffled.

"I love you." She kissed his cheek.

"Goodbye Stefan." She smiled and he hugged her.

"I have to go find enzo. But this isn't a forever goodbye we will see each other again." She kissed his cheek and vamp sped out.

Y/n saw Bonnie and Enzo talking.

They both turned and saw y/n with a sad expression.

"No..." Enzo sighed.

"Wait I can do a spell-" Bonnie was about to speak-

"No. This time I'm ready." She smiled.

"No you can't go. You- you just can't. I need you." Enzo had tears in his eyes.

"I love you Enzo and I always have. I know you love me but, I'm dead. You have Bonnie." He held his hands.

"I need you y/n..." he let a few tears fall.

"You have to let me go. You have to let me let you go." She started to cry, "I need you to do that for me."

"I love you." He hugged her.

"I love you Lorenzo." She smiled.

She pulled away and walked past him to Bonnie.

"Take care of him for me Bonnie. If he gonna need anyone when I leave it's you. He needs you. Don't let him down. Don't let me down." She smiled.

"I won't." She smiled back.

"He's very lucky to have you." Y/n nodded.

"Im lucky to have him, and he was lucky to have you as a first love." Bonnie spoke.

"Goodbye Bonnie Bennet." Y/n walked away.

"Goodbye Lorenzo, we'll see each other again just not for a very long time." She walked into the sunlight.

Enzo broke seeing watching her fade away.
