Little brother/male reader x Big sister Caroline

Y/n is a siphon witch. He's Kai Parker's little brother. he was born after kai was trapped in the prison world. He just turned 15 when he found out Kai was in town.

Y/n ran through the halls of mystic falls high school, Kai was behind him.

"Shit." He slid as he turned a corner, "why did Everyone decide a random Tuesday not come to school."

He turned a corner and Kai grabbed him.

"So your annoying little brat they replaced me with?" Kai grabbed his neck and stabbed him in the stomach with a knife.

"Incendia!" He spoke siphoning Kai's magic but it didn't help much since Kai's a heretic.

Kai's arms lit on fire and y/n bolted, as he turned the corner he saw Damon.

"Damon!" He ran to him.

"You ok kid?" Damon questioned.

"Kai's trying to kill me." He turned and saw Kai down the hall.

"Hold on." Damon grabbed the boy and vamp sped out.

*later*

Damon let go of Kai as they got to the Salvatore house.

"Y/n?" Bonnie turned.

"Hey kid you got blood on my shirt?" Damon looked at his grey t-shirt now stained red, "did you stab Kai or something?"

Y/n looked down at his stomach and put his hand on it, he looked at his hand to see a lot of blood.

"Why do I smell." Caroline looked at y/n, "blood..."

Y/n fell back and Damon got behind him catching him.

"Here kid." Damon bit his wrist.

"No-" y/n pushed him away he held himself up with his arms, "where's Elena? Get Elena please."

"Why won't you just take the blood?" Damon spoke clearly worried.

"If Kai kills me id rather be dead than a heretic." He coughed and blood came out.

*outside*

"Do you smell that?" Stefan questioned.

"Blood..." Alaric looked at them, "Y/n."

Alaric grabbed Elena and they vamp sped inside and saw Damon holding onto y/n.

"Damon! What happened?!" Stefan ran over.

"Kai stabbed him." Damon had tears in his eyes.

"I need towels, a needle and thread and a Spatula. And some rubbing alcohol." Elena spoke.

Everyone scattered to look for the stuff.

"We only have actual Alcohol." Damon spoke.

"That'll work." Caroline grabbed it from him.

"Okay Caroline you stay. Everyone else out of the room." Elena spoke, Caroline replaced Damon's spot.

"Bite down on this." Elena put the spatula in his mouth.

She started pouring the alcohol on Y/n wound and he yelled in pain.

Damon stood outside worried as he heard the boys screams.

*later*

Damon was sitting in the kitchen when Caroline and Alaric walked in.

"He's gonna be ok. He lost a lot of blood but he's okay he's sleeping." Caroline spoke.

"Okay that's good." Damon seemed to relax more.

"Last time I checked you didn't care for the kid." Alaric chuckled.

"I don't know, I couldn't save Stefan so I feel the need to save him. He's just a kid and He needs us. And When this kid came into my life its like I finally got the chance to be a better big brother." Damon spoke, "I screwed up with Stefan."

"You didn't screw up you were just young you didn't know what you were doing and now you do." Stefan walked in.

*later*

"He's awake." Elena walked in.

Caroline and Damon looked at each other and they both ran in.

"Where is he?" Caroline saw the window open.

"Kai." Damon clenched his jaw.

*with Kai and y/n*

"Brand new stitches huh?" Kai looked at them and pushed his fist onto it causing y/n to groan in pain.

"Why are you doing this?" Y/n groaned.

"Why not? We can have the sibling bond I had with all our other siblings. Except you didn't get to meet most of them. And the other I killed Infront of you." He smirked.

Kai held his knife out and cut his arm.

"Your gonna kill Caroline Forbes and Damon Salvatore. And if you don't I'll kill you." Kai smirked.

"No." Y/n spat and Kai cut his other arm.

"Keep saying no and I'm gonna trace ALL of these scars on your forearms." Kai then looked at him arms, "what are these from anyway?"

Y/n stayed silent and Kai looked up at him with a huge evil smile.

"You cut yourself? Jeez kid you really are weak. You cut yourself instead of Killing yourself. What couldn't do it?" Kai laughed, "now go kill damon and Caroline."

Kai handed y/n his knife and disappeared.

*later*

Y/n was standing Infront of Caroline and Damon holding the knife as he siphoned from it.

"Y/n please let me help you." Caroline spoke seeing the blood drip down his arms.

"I don't want your help! Don't you understand? I have to do this! I have to kill you! or he's gonna kill me..." he cried with a shakey hand.

"Y/n...you don't have to do anything. We can help you!" Damon spoke, "just put the knife down and we can help you."

Y/n hand slowly lowered when Kai came out behind him.

"Or you can just become another heretic." Kai bit his wrist and shoved it into y/ns mouth.

"No!" Caroline cried as she ran at them.

"Another step and I snap his tiny little neck." Kai spoke.

"He's just a boy...please just let him go." Caroline cried.

"Why are you doing this?" Damon questioned.

"He got everything. He got the power. He got the parents. He got the perfect life I should've gotten!" Kai yelled, "and now he's not gonna have a life at all."

"No!" Damon yelled as he watched Kai quickly snap y/n neck.

Kai disappeared and Caroline and damon ran to y/n.

"He's dead. Oh my god! He's dead." Caroline sobbed.

Damon looked down at the small child who was not going to be a vampire.

*later*

Y/n sat up gasping and he was in Caroline arms.

"Kai killed me. He killed me. I'm dead." He spoke looking up at Caroline.

"It's okay. We can help you now." Caroline cried.

Everyone walked in to see y/n crying his heart out in Caroline's arms.

"I don't wanna be a vampire." He sobbed.

"You don't have to be." Caroline smiled.

* a year later *

Y/n slid down the hall in his boxers, A T-shirt pink sunglasses and socks while blaring Uptown funk by Bruno mars. Today was the day he got to become human again after a year of misery being a heretic.

Damon and the other were in the kitchen making food and coming up with a plan on where to have y/n 16th birthday when they heard the music start blaring in the house. Damon was not regretting putting speakers around the whole house.

The door slammed open and they watched as
Y/n moon walked Into the kitchen with the spatula Stefan was looking for this morning while singing the song.

"Got chucks on with Saint Laurent! gotta kiss myself, I'm too pretty!" He Sang while dancing.

Caroline and Elena got up and started Dancing with him.

"Why are you so happy?" Damon questioned.

"We found a spell to make him human Okk-ish again." Bonnie walked in.

"What do you mean ish?" Stefan questioned.

"The spell takes the immortality away but the speed and the strength stay. He's gonna be a Super-siphon-witch." She smiled, "so no more needing blood to survive."

"Well I'm glad he's happy." Damon smiled seeing y/n on the counter dancing, "hey! Off the counter!"

Y/n vamp sped behind Damon and stole some chocolate chips.

"Those are for the pancakes!" Damon spoke.

After the spell was done y/n was happier than ever Damon had to deal with Music blaring every morning while y/n and Jeremy got ready for school.

But it was worth it, Caroline ended up becoming Y/n legal guardian and she ended up living with the Salvatores too.
