-------------------------------PHOENIX'S POV

"Wright, get to the hospital, and bring Trucy."

"E-Edgeworth? What's going on?"

"Wright, just get to the hospital. I'll explain when you get here." Before I could say anything else, he'd hung up. I rolled my eyes, before dashing out the agency, leaving a not for Apollo and Athena who were at a trial where I was, and that I might not be back for the rest of the day, before dashing to Trucy's school.

---------TRUCY'S POV

Why is Geography so boring?... I sighed and decided just to zone out, that was until I was nudged by my classmate, who was sitting next to me.

"Huh? What was the question?"

"I didn't ask a question, Trucy, I've just received an email saying that you're to go downstairs to reception."

I was surprised at this, "O-Oh okay." I stood up and went to leave but was stopped, "Trucy, you're to bring your stuff with you." I nodded and quickly packed up my stuff before dashing out and down to reception. I was surprised when I saw who was waiting for me, "Daddy!"

"Hey, Truce. Come on, we've got to go."

"Where? Did something happen?"

"Well, I'm not sure what happened actually, but Edgeworth just called me telling me to get the hospital and to bring you."

"O-oh."

"Come on."

---------------PHOENIX'S POV

"Wright, what took you so long?!"

"I had to pick Trucy up from school now what was so important that you couldn't tell me on the phone?"

He ran a hand through his hair, "It's (Y/n)."

"W-what happened. Edgeworth, she's my wife, tell me what happened!"

"Apparently, she had a heart attack in the middle of a trial. The doctor said that there was nothing that could have brought it on."

"W-what?! I-is she going to be okay?!"

"They wouldn't tell me that."

FLASHBACK - YOUR POV

"Your Honour, please. I'm fine."

"Fraulein, you certainly don't look okay."

"I'm fine, please just continue the trial there is nothing wrong with me." However, not two minutes later, I was clutching my chest, where my heart was, in pain and my arm on the defence bench, then I was on the floor, collapsed. Did I have a heart condition that I had told neither my brother nor Phoenix about? Yes there was. Should I have told them? Probably. Why didn't I? Because I didn't want them to worry about me.

END OF FLASHBACK - BACK TO PHOENIX'S POV

"Is Mummy going to be okay?"

"We can't tell at the moment Truce."

"Oh, I want Mummy to be okay."

"So do I Truce, so do I."

"MR WRIGHT?!" We turned around to see Apollo and Athena running through the door of the hospital.

"What is it? Please don't tell me something else has happened."

"Gavin told us about what happened. Will she be okay?!"

"One, keep your voice down, Apollo, we're in a hospital, and two, the doctor hasn't said anything."

"Daddy, I want to go and see Mummy." I sighed and turned to Edgeworth, "Is she allowed visitors? If so do you know where her room is?"

Before he could reply, a nurse came up to us, "Excuse me, Mr Edgeworth. I was sent to tell you that your sister will be okay. She's in a stable condition at the moment, but is currently in a coma. It's hard to say when she'll wake up though."

This made us all breathe a sigh of relief, knowing that (Y/n) was in a stable condition, but the moment was interrupted by Trucy, "Can I see Mummy?"

"Who are the rest of you?" the nurse asked, finally noticing we were here and it wasn't just Edgeworth there. I spoke up this time, "I'm Phoenix Wright, her husband, and this is Trucy, our daughter. These two are Apollo and Athena, they're friends of (Y/n)'s. Listen are we able to see her?"

"You can, but as I said before, she's still not woken up yet," she replied leading us to (Y/n)'s room. She continued speaking on the walk, "You know, I probably shouldn't be telling you this, but it's a good thing that it happened in a place with other people rather than on her own, otherwise it would have been an incredibly hard task for a doctor to save her."

"Would you mind answering one question, who was it that called an ambulance for her? Or who notified the hospital about what happened?"

"For that, you have, let me check the records, ah, you have Prosecutor Gavin to thank. He's the one that called an ambulance for her."

Note to self, thank Prosecutor Gavin the next time I see him slash face him in court.

"It's a good thing too. From his description of what has happening, we were able to get a bed set up with the necessary things while an ambulance was sent to get her. May I ask what she did yesterday?"

"She said she had a trial in the morning and then after that she went down to the local pool to relax a bit."

The nurse muttered something, but it was just loud enough for us to hear, "I see, definitely the heart condition then."

"Wait, heart condition?! But (Y/n) doesn't have any heart conditions."

"Well, apparently she does. She just hasn't told you. Ahh, here we are." She opened the door for us, "Just tell Reception when you leave." I nodded and she walked off to go and check on other patients.

------------------ A FEW DAYS LATER

"Why didn't you tell us?"

I knew she couldn't respond, but it didn't stop me from asking. It would be an understatement to say that we were all worried for her and we wanted her to wake up.

"Daddy?"

I turned to the doorway to see Trucy standing there a slight smile on her face, "Come here, Truce." She smiled wider and walked up to where I was sitting beside (Y/n)'s bed. It was then that I saw what was in her hand, "Trucy, where'd the flowers and bear come from?"

"Oh, some of my friends at school gave them to for Mummy, as get well soon presents."

"I see, do you want to stay here while I see if any of the nurses have a vase for the flowers?"

She nodded and I stood up, leaving (Y/n)'s room in search of a nurse.

---------------------------YOUR POV

"(Y/n)? You're alive."

"Y-yeah, I am."

"Why didn't you tell us?"

"Tell you what?" I asked, even though I knew fine well what my brother had meant.

"Why didn't you tell us about your heart condition?"

I sighed, "I didn't want to worry you."

"(Y/n), if you'd told us we could have done something. By not telling us you made us worry more when you had a heart attack."

"I'm sorry, but I'm okay now though, right?"

"Yes, we're glad you're okay, (Y/n). I love you."

"I love you too, Phe, I promise to tell you two everything from now on. Including the fact that you're going to be a father." Phoenix looked at me blankly for a second before it sank in, "w-what? You're not joking with me, right?"

I giggled at his shocked expression, "Nope, I'm telling you the truth. I'm pregnant."

*Thud*
