Next Day

They woke up early as they needed to pack for the outing. Dawn also told them that it would take the whole of today to reach the place where they can meet Father Xingyong.

Around 9 o'clock they left for Dawn's house. The schedule was pretty packed so Ash forgot if he locked all the doors of the house so on the way he gave the house's spare keys to Drew and asked him to check. After that they went to pick up Dawn and also Korrina who stayed the night at Dawn's house. Dawn told them that they would meet Paul around the café where they first met so Ash drove off to the place.

At the Café

Dawn: Let me call him. (dials number)

Serena: I'll go and sit in the backseat.

Ash: Okay (she opens the door and leave)

Dawn: Guys he just need 5 more minutes.

Ash: Alright. Till the time do you guys want something to eat?

Korrina: Cappuccino will do.

Dawn: A black coffee.

Serena: Ummm... Chocolate mousse maybe.

Ash: Okay wait here I'll be back.

After he leaves

Serena: Good thing he asked I forgot to eat breakfast today.

Dawn: Why?

Serena: Everything was just done in such a hurry that I forgot that I need to eat too.

Korrina: What about him?

Serena: Oh he got his morning coffee along with some cookies that I had bought the other day.

Dawn: But seriously girl you need to take care of yourself.

(Ringgggg)

Dawn: It's Paul. (receives) Hello where are you.

Paul: I am in front of the café where are you guys.

Dawn: Okay I can see you. Just look a little right and you will find a black car.

Paul: Okay I got it.

Just at that time the door opens and a little stumbling Ash walks out.

Ash: I should have asked someone to come with me.

Paul: Hey let me help you. (Takes the black coffee and cappuccino from his hands)

Ash: Thanks dude. Just help me to get to the car.

Paul: The car? Ohh so you are Ash. (they start walking)

Ash: I am and you?

Paul: I am Paul. Good to meet you.

Ash: Same here.

They sit inside the car and hand the girls their orders. When Paul gives the black coffee to Dawn their hands brush and little blush appears on both of their cheeks. Serena internally fangirls about the soon going to be couple.

Ash: So?

Paul: Yeah so first we need to go to the church which is around 50 km from here to meet my grandfather. He will give us something so that Father Xingyong would recognize and help us. Father Xingyong's church is around 300 km away from my Grandpa's church so we need to stay for the night there. I hope you have clothes packed for a day.

Everyone: Nods.

Paul: Good then our first destination is the West Side church.

Ash: Alright let's go then.

The drive took over one and a half hour.

After the drive

Ash: (Stretches) (Gets out) That was a good one.

Serena: (gets out too) True that. I love long drives.

Ash: Ohh then maybe we should go to a long drive every weekend. (smirks)

Serena: Hey we need to study too. (slaps his arm)

Ash: Okay okay babygirl. (laughs)

Korrina: Guys Dawn is already asleep. What should we do?

Paul: I'll wake her up. You guys go first.

The three: Okay.

The three go inside the church and offer their prayers while Paul is trying to control her heartbeat around her.

Paul: Why do you look so mesmerizing that I can't even take my eyes off you. (chuckles)

Dawn: (shifts) Mhmmm....

Paul: Still asleep. It's time to wake you up.

He nudges Dawn a little but when she still resists he starts tickling her.

Dawn: Okay Okay I am up. Let's go.

They both get out and lock the doors before heading inside.

On opening the gate they see the three already talking with Paul's grandpa.

Paul: Grandpa!!

Grandpa: Oh my dear child. How are you? (smiles)

Paul: I am good. What about you?

Grandpa: Still the same.

Dawn: Good afternoon Father. (bows)

Grandpa: Good afternoon to you too child.

They talk for some minutes and then his grandpa hand over them a chest. It was made of wood and had silver colored designs around it.

Grandpa: Ask the nearby villagers about where he lives exactly or how you can meet him. I've never gone to his house so I only have a basic idea about his whereabouts. This chest will make him recognize you as someone sent by me as the flower prints are especially made for him.

Ash: Thank you so much father. (bows)

Everyone: (bows)

Grandpa: I will pray for you to be safe. Now go on my child.

Soon they are on their way to meet The Priest in the village of Fujikata.
