At Ash's house

Ash's mother calls both of them down and after dinner takes them to her room for something important.

Derek: Listen so me, your mother and sister are going to Pallet Town because it is an emergency. So only you guys will be staying in this house. I hope you don't mind and please don't think of doing something stupid okay? We can't take you because we will be gone for around 15 days. It is good that you guys are having your 2 months vacation right now.

Delia: Sorry kids but this necessary. I feel really bad about leaving you guys. I am gonna miss you Serena. (hugs her)

Serena: Me too auntie. I'll be counting days till you guys return.

Ash: Hey that's not fair. (Folds his arms)

Delia: What is not fair? You never help me out in the kitchen she is only one who does. It is better to have a girl instead of a son like you.

Ash drops his lower jaw and takes a bottle to drink water.

Derek: Okay kids we have kept you long enough. Now go and sleep early. Tomorrow we need to be up early, our flight is of 10 AM.

All of them wished each other good night.

Now with Ash and Serena in the balcony

She is so perfect and beautiful. Why didn't I realize it earlier? Oh man I have started loving her now.

In Serena's mind

Why is he looking at me like that? Oh no I have started blushing. Someone help me.(blushes more hard and tries to avoid eye contact with him)

Third Person's POV

Ash: The weather is good today. (Someone needs to break the silence)

Serena: Yeah.. I love these wind.

In Serena's mind

Alright I'll do this tomorrow. Let's get out of here before I say something stupid again.

Third Person's POV

Serena: Okay bye Ash I going to sleep. Good-----

(Ash hold Serena's hand and pull her towards himself and hugs her)

Ash: No you can't. I need to tell you something very important.

Serena (stilling hugging):Okay I also have something to say but you first.

Ash: No you go first.

Serena: Let's say it together at the count of three.

Ash: 1

Serena: 2

Ash: 3

Both: I love you

They burst into laughter..

Serena: It's unbelievable.

Ash: Yes it is. I thought you hated me.

Serena: Me and hate you. NEVER

Ash: Oh really....(winks)

Ash pulls Serena more closer and one of his hand reaches her waist and the other her cheek. Now their lips are only an inch away.

Serena: Ash wha-t are yo-u do-ing?

Ash: What I had been wanting to do for so long.

Ashe breaks the distance but Serena tilts her head and the kiss lands on her hair.

Ash: That was so perfect.

Serena (laughing): You need to wait to get this.

Ash (with fake hurt): And I thought you were always there for me. But you are too a bad dream. Move away. (turns so that she won't see his smile)

Serena (feeling guilty): Ash I am sorry. I was only joking. You want it right? I'll kiss you. But don't be like that.

Ash: No, Move away!

Serena: No I won't because I love you

Ash: Prove it then.(he turns with a blank look)

Serena holds his hand and move towards him but suddenly Ash holds her waist tightly and pulls her closer this time not leaving any distance. After some time they part.

Serena: So that was your plan Mr. Ketchum.

Ash: Yes it was and it worked too.

Serena: Never knew that you could do these things as well.

Ash: You don't know me too well Miss.

Serena: Alright but we should sleep now. We are already enough late today.

Ash: Yeah and the thing that we are going to be alone from tomorrow makes me excited.

Serena blushed and went to bed and after that Ash too soon went to bed.
