(POV: Johnny)

_____ made me pancakes, my favorite breakfast. I wondered if she did it on purpose. She didn't even look at me, she must still be mad.
"Ok, Jimmy, what should I do to show her I'm sorry and that I still love her?" I was only asking Jimmy because I knew Johnny was still sleeping.
"I don't know what chicks like, that "Notebook" movie maybe?"
"I am NOT watching that."
"Well, do you have a better idea Mr. Romantic?"
"In fact, I do, Jim. I'll get her some chocolates, buy her some flowers, and I'll take her to a nice restaurant. Do you think she'll like that?"
"Get a grip. You can barely afford your own McDonald's food, where are you going to get the money to take her out?"
"Johnny might lend it to me." I was pretty sure Johnny had the cash to lend.
I quickly got dressed and called Johnny to inquire about the money. He said he give me $100 would as long as I showed up for work for at least the next 3 weeks. I agreed and Johnny said he'd take me to the store to get the chocolates and the flowers.
