You are at school. You are so bored, it's really a miracle how you haven't fallen asleep yet. Right now you are at the cafeteria, talking with your friends, Mary and Clarissa(two random names)

Cl:"OMG! Prom is coming up next week! AREN'T YOU GUYS EXCITED?''

M:"YAAASS! I really can't wait! What about you, sleepy face?" she says, pointing at you

Y:"Mee, my ladies..I'm not going.!"

Cl+M:"WHAT?!?!?" they both say confused

Y:"Well, yeah.. I'm not in the mood and PLUS i don't have a date.Soooo, next year"

M:"Ohh, honeyyyy.!PLEASE COMEEE" she begged

Y:"NO WAYY!You guys have your dates, I'm gonna be all alone if I come"

Cl:"C'MON GIRLLL"

Y:"Uhmm..No!" you say laughing

Cl:"Uhmm..Okay" she sighed

School is finally over and you are at home right now. You are sitting in your couch, watching Netflix and eating pizza. You are the definition of A MESS!

As you watch your fav show, Teen Wolf, you hear a buzz. It's your phone. You turn around an grab it. As you unlock your screen, you see a text. But you instantly got goosebumps when you read the name: Ethan Dolan..

Ethan and his twin, Grayson, are kinda the most popukar kids in your school. You were best friends since kindergargen, but you became more distant since high school. You always had a crush on Ethan and that's why your cheeks turned red when you saw the message

Ethan:"Hey!"
You:"Hey"
E:"Are you home?"
Y:"Yeah..Why?"
E:"Can I come over?"
Y:"Uhmm..Of course"
E:"Okay, see you in 10"
Y:"Okay"

You were really confused, yet excited. You rush to your room trying to fix your appearance. After you're done with that, you go downstairs and organise the living room.

You are not even done and you hear the door bell. You instantly become more nervous than ever, with millions of butterflies flying into your stomach. You head to the door and open it, to see Ethan smiling.

E:"Heyyyy.. " he says awkwardly

Y:"Hey" you answer. After some seconds of silence you add.

Y:"Wanna come in?"

E:"Uhmm.. Yeah" he says and enters.
Y:"Do you want something to drink?" you say, walking towards your kitchen.

E:"Uhmm.. A glass of water if you can."
You open the fridge and grab a water bottle. You see him sitting on the couch, his eyes still locked on you.

Y:"Soo.. Why you wanted to come? Anything specific or..? "

E:"I wanted to talk to you about something."

Y:"Ethan.. Is everything okay?" you say worried. You head to the couch with a glass of water in your hand as he answers.

E:"Yeah.. Don't worry. I just wanted to ask you something." he giggles. You sit down, with your cheeks having a unique red colour and give him the glass of water.

Y:"Well.. Ask me.. " you say awkwardly. He drinks some water and places the glass on the coffee table. You can say he is really nervous about something.

E:"Uhmm.. Look.. The thing is.. Basically.. " he stops.

Y:"Whenever you are ready. " you say smiling. Suddenly he looks deep in your eyes and grabs your hand.

E:"Okay, look Y/N. I have feelings for you. I like you. That's all. I have been in love with you since elementary school but we became more distant since high school and I thought you knew that and you didn't feel the same way. And that's why I am awkward around you. But I just.. Can't hold it back anymore. I love you. Because.. Because.. You are so kind and generous and caring and you try to please everyone without anything in return. You are so beautiful and perfect to me. And I want you to know that."

He pauses and leans in. You can feel your heart beating faster than ever before as he lips touch yours. He pulls away looking in your eyes, clearly disappointed by your reaction.

But you stay there, speechless, trying to understand what just happened.

E:"Clearly you don't feel the same way. " he says as he gets up, heading to the door.

Y:"Ethan!"
E:"What?" he turns around. You then get up and run towards him, falling into his arms.

Y:"I have been in love with you since kindergarten." You add, as he holds you tightly, snuggling his face in your neck. He pulls away and kisses you one more time. But this time it felt like pure perfection.

E:"So... Y/N.." he says, his eyes still locked on yours, " will you be my girlfriend?"

Y:"Of course.. " you answer smiling.

You spent the afternoon together and all of the sudden, he asks you:" Uhmm.. Will you go to the prom next week? I mean do you have a date or something...? "

Y:"Nahh.. I was planning on staying in watching a movie or something."

E:"Would it be crazy if I asked you to go to prom with me?"he giggles.

Y:"Of course not..! " you laugh. He gets up and stretches his hand to you, asking you to get up. You laugh and get up, as he grabs your hand, kissing it and adds:" Well, Y/N, will you go to the prom with me?"

Y:"It would be my pleasure" you answer laughing.

E:"I promise we are gonna have the best time ever. But now I have to go. It's pretty late." he says kissing you.

-The day of the prom-
You are getting ready as you hear your phone, it's a message from Ethan.
Ethan💛:Get ready, I will pick you up at 7.30
You:Okay I can't wait!
Ethan💛:Happy to hear that. See you princess.

You are almost ready when you hear your phone again. Another message from Ethan.
Ethan💛:Your limousine is here, my lady
You:Coming.!

You grab your things and head down. You look yourself at the mirror for a last time and open the door. Ethan is waiting outside your house, smiling. He is wearing a suit. It's probably the first time you see him in a suit. He looks at his phone until he hears the sound of the door.

He turns around and looks at you. He is speechless. You walk towards him, with a smile and your cheeks bright red from blushing. He is still looking at you, saying nothing.

Y:"Am I that horrible? " you laugh.

E:"Are you kidding? I have never seen a girl that beautiful."

Y:"Ohh shut up. You make me blush." you say giggling.

E:"Well I can't. I have the most beautiful girl on planet earth"
You open the door and get into the car. You arrive to school and your friends were so excited to see you, especially with Ethan by your side.

You had so much fun. Dancing and laughing. It was the best night of your life with the boy of your dreams.
