FALL FROM THE PAST

Everyone's attention turns to someone who can't stop herself from causing a noise.

"You and him are engaged at the first place?" Hara's voice made everyone to give her an asking looks.

"Just lower you voice."

Hara realized right now that she made a scene in the Coffee Shop. So, she clear her throat and sip a bit Latte before uttering. "Are you saying that the two of you are going to marry each other forcedly? Because it is an agreement between your dad and his dad. The two of you are the one who need to fulfill the agreement?"

Kim nod as his response to his cousin who's can't comprehend what's happening right now. Just like what he did yesterday.

"So what's your plan now? Isn't a good thing?  And finally, you can get what you want."

"I know. It is good in my side. But.." Kim paused and blow a deep sigh. "But what if... He is doing this for a revenge? In fact,  I want him to get mine without any agreement. Because of the agreement, our life becomes complicated, just like what happen before."

Hara put down the cup after hearing Kim's explanation. "But can you just look in the bright side of it. The two of you can be together."

Kim look down and something's pop up in his mind. He stop arguing with his cousin since he didn't know yet what should he do or what's the right thing to do.

(Flashback)

Kim walks back and forth while rubbing his chin. He thinks carefully every inch of happening in this night. Trying to comprehend everything and analyzing it. I made an agreement with him before then he is going to use the agreement of my dad with his dad. Then, I am going to force myself to marry him? I waited him for a long time. So? What's the point of complaining it right now? He protesting in his little mind.

Still,  his mind trying to comprehend but he can't. So, he burst out a screamed that filled the whole room. Luckily, every rooms in the villa is a soundproof.

"Are you going to walk back and forth and scream for the whole night?" Copter finally uttered after a long silence. 

Kim look at him and sees that he is sitting in the edge of the huge bed. Still, he felt that it a dream after an hour already passed.

"Should I ask this.. How could someone like you, do this black tactics?" Kim paused from walking. And stay standing for a couple of minutes.

"So, I am not capable to do like this things? That's why you are against in this?" Copter look at carefully in those eyes of Kim. Trying to read what's in the mind of this man but as usual, he can't find a sincere answer. "Or? Are you still into him? And can't get over. That's why you are against in this."

"Not that!"

"Then, what it is?"

Kim stop from arguing. He keeps himself zipping his mouth. But a couple of minutes, in staring to each other. "Just take some rest now." He cut off the conversation and stop it before they can utter that against to each other.

He sit in the couch and took his laptop. As usual, even he is not in the office,  his office work extended to everywhere he is. For two years, it's become a hobby for him. Half of his mind occupied and filled with some thoughts about the agreement and he can't give his 100% focus in what he is doing.

But he heard Copter's footstep coming near to him. His peripheral vision sees that Copter sits in the floor and let the table support his face. Kim keep himself and didn't let Copter to get his attention.

"You are still the same. Work here and there." Copter uttered with lifeless voice.

"Just take some rest. If you are sleepy right now." Kim response without looking. But something pop up in his mind that cause him to ask. "How did you know this agreement between your dad and my dad?"

"Uhmm." Slip off in Copter's lips.
 
It made Kim to take a quick glance and sees that Copter is already closed his eyes.

"Get up and go to the bed. Don't you dare to sleep in that.  Because I am not going to lift and carry you." Kim continue his focus in his laptop.

"I am fine."

A couple of silence again. The whole silent is too noisy in their ears. Kim thought that Copter is already asleep because this man didn't say something but he was wrong.

"Actually, I knew it when I came back in my home town. And your dad came in there, just to talk my dad about the agreement. Your dad hide me for 2 years from you, so you can suffered for what you did to me." Copter's explanation.

"But you said that my dad told to you that you need to avoid me."

"Yah. But he did it because he don't want me to get involve in what you are doing before."

They keep their conversation alive even their eyes didn't met. And a couple of hours passed. It's already midnight, and time to stop and get some rest.

Kim closed down his laptop. After closing it, he sees Copter face so clear. The cuteness he loved is still in this man who smiled to him.

"I love you!" The first words Copter uttered after Kim look at him.  Straight in his eyes.

It made Kim to jump in his sit after seeing the most cute smile in the world. He felt his heart wanting to escape in his chest. It beats so fast and loud that made his ears can't heard anything.

(End of Flashback)

Kim come back in his office alone. He walks peacefully and shows his smile every time that he received a bid of respect. But something made him to stop. He clearly sees that someone's standing in front of his office. A familiar man that made his heart race again.

Before he step forward again, someone called Copter from back and that's not him. He turn his head and sees that it is Godt. The Chief Security walks toward Copter.

Kim sees how happy Godt met Copter again after a long time. Because of excitement, Godt holds Copter's hand. It made Kim to enter the scene. He walks towards the two.

"Off limit." Kim uttered after he walks in the middle of the two that made Godt to stop holding Copter's hand. "He's engage to me. So, limit your action. And move backward." He order Godt with his serious tone of voice.

Godt followed Kim. He move his feet backward.

"You always remember that you are five steps away to him. And you can't touch him without my permission."

Godt furrow head came after the sudden action of his boss. "Such a possessive one!" He mumbled in the air. After he followed Kim, he back his eyes to the one he wants to talk. "Have a lunch, Copter?"

Before Copter say his response,  Kim already do it. He holds Copter hand. "He's busy for the wedding preparation." Then,  he pull Copter inside of his office.

And they left Godt outside. Kim pull out his grab after they went inside.

"Why are you here?" Kim asked while sitting in his chair. He starts to do his work but before he began, he already stop after seeing a lot of  tupperwares that Copter put down in his table.

He slowly up his head and sees that Copter is picking up another tupperware in his bag. Ended up that his office table becomes a lunch table.

"I don't know your favorite food. So,  I cooked different dishes." Copter said after getting a chair and sit in front of Kim.

Kim can't talk since he can't take the changes happen at Copter. And let Copter do what he wants.

"Why you did this things?" Kim ask,  just to know why Copter is being like this.

"Say Ah--.." Copter didn't mind Kim question. Instead,  he continue feeding Kim.

Because of what Copter did,  he avoid Kim question. Kim slap the table and made a bit noise. It made Copter to stop.

"Why you are doing this?" He paused and reads Copter's mind first before continuing. "Is because you want to take a revenge?"

"Maybe, the food I cooked is not so delicious. I am sorry." Copter response. It is different in what Kim's question. Copter put the seal of each tupperware , one by one.

Kim keeps his eyes. He learned that he can please Copter to answer his question and cause him to irritate. But before Copter put back all the tupperware in his bag, Kim stops him from doing it.

"I am not done yet." He said and started to open all the tupperware.
