BARRIER, SEPARATE US!

Kimmon wasted his hours in lying in his chair and closing his eyes. He wants to feel and carry those burden of his stupidity. He made another mistake. Everything’s he made is a damn bullshit. As consequence of this, he needs to accept and hold those aches and rankles.

“Mr. Kim!”

Scattered documents and unorganized paper works shown in Kim sight when he open his eyes. He slowly turn up his head and see who the person call out his name is.

“Uhmm.” Kim mumble while he starts to arrange all papers and forms.

His secretary help him to gather all the documents and put it in the side of table. When Yada secured that all important papers are already in the safe place, he begin to say something.

“Mr. Kim! It’s already 10 in the evening. It’s time to leave.”

A minute passed before Kim stand and get his suit in the couch. He wear and fix himself first. Yada open the door for Mr. Kim when the CEO is ready to leave.

“Thank you!” Kim utter when he is already in the outside of his office.

He walks so gently and manly. Yada follow him inside of the elevator. The silence between them is grow up since Kim’s mind is occupied by those problems of him. He didn’t mind other people who come in and out inside of the elevator. And also, he took a glance in his wrist watch every second passed.

Kim stops when he see a familiar man standing in the main door of the building. His smile didn’t leave the moment he clearly recognize who the man standing is. He turn his head in his side where Yada is standing.

“Ready the car! We’ll have a passenger.” He told Yada. The secretary follow it and he go in the back door of the building which the parking lot is located.

The CEO continue walking until he is standing beside of the man, who made his smile show.

“Your height is perfect for my height.” Kim say without looking to the man beside him.

Copter lift his head a little, just to see Kimmon’s face. He witness how the CEO hold his smile. But at the end, he didn’t mind what Kim say.

“Let’s go home together.” Kim added since Copter didn’t say something.

“You can go with Mr. Tee.” Copter’s serious voice came. His cutest is take away already by his resentment towards Kim.

“Copter!” Kim exclaimed when Copter refuse his offer and enter Tee’s name between them. “I’m sorry!” His tone of voice is different from a normal. It increase, suddenly.

Kim furrow head came when he didn’t heard Copter response. Since the heavy rain came. Everything’s soak in the intense drop of raindrops. Copter immediately get his umbrella and open it. He let Kim to join and they shared under the umbrella which Copter holding.

Kim slowly surround his right arm in Copter waist and pull the shorter man towards him. His eyes didn’t leave those reddish face of Copter. He let Kim to move his head, just to get near in his face.

“You have an attractive eyes.” Kim look carefully in those beautiful eyes.

Copter gulp his saliva so hard. He don’t know what is proper response in this kind of situation.

“Let’s go home together. OK?” Kim ask Copter again. It made the shorter man to back in his real self.

“You can go with Mr. Tee.” Copter do the same response that made Kim to starts getting annoy.

But Kim breathe deep, just to calm himself. He don’t want to starts another quarrel.

“What do you want me to do? Just to forgive me?”

Copter didn’t response.

“You want me to make a scene here?” Kim added.

Still, the other man didn’t say something.

“Fine! I’ll do it.” Kim slowly pull out his arms in Copter and walk away.

He let himself to catch all the heavy drops. It’s only a minute to get wet under the dark and gloomy night.

“Hey!” Copter shouted when Kim walk in the middle of the dark road. He starts to follow Kim but he back immediately, when a car pass by.

“You want this, right?” Kim shout since he is a little far in Copter. And also, the heavy rain blocked their communication.

“Come back here! Are you crazy?” Copter shouted too.

Copter see the smile of the jerk CEO.

“I’m sorryyyyy! I know that I am liar. But you’re the only truth in all my lies in life.” Kim yell. He didn’t mind the existence of other people who watching them. “Copter! Sorrry!” He added.

Copter look around and see how giggling the other people, especially the other employee of the company. When Copter turn his head back to the direction of the jerk Kim, he see that Kim is walking towards him.

“Sorry! For late the realization of how you’re mean to me.” Kim let his own palm to slowly hold Copter face.

Copter close his eyes and feel the warm palm of the one he liked even it was already wet in the cold rain.

“Can we start over again?” Kim added.

The shorter man slowly open his eyes. He sees those eyes he admired since before. He thinks that it is only a dream but if ever it was a dream, he don’t want to wake up.

“Jerk!” Copter mumble. He feel shy, suddenly after realizing how jerk Kim’s doing.

Kim didn’t waste this opportunity to embrace Copter. He let himself to do what he really want to do. It made Copter to loosen his grip in the umbrella until they’re both soak under the intense rainfall.

Everyone’s clapping their hand after witnessing such a beautiful scenery. Two person bind with love and care.

Kim slowly pull out Copter’s body in him. He intertwine his fingers in the Copter’s hand. Those space in Copter’s finger is already fill by Kim’s hand.

Until the barrier came in the scene.

“Kim!” Tee shouted after seeing Kim is soak in the rain.

Copter hold Kim tight after Tee came. But Kim, force his hand to pull out in Copter’s hold. It made the other man to feel pain again.

“You’ll be sick! Such a little stubborn kid!” Tee scolded Kim after he went already in the side of his bestfriend. He let the umbrella to covert Kim’s wet body.

Tee and Kim shared in the umbrella while Copter is soak alone.

“Let’s go! Mr. Yada is waiting to us.” Tee grab his friend arm and pull it.

Kimmon let Tee to grab him and leave Copter standing abandon under the dark and scary night sky. The rain didn’t stop and it more intense now.

Copter standing like the most stupid person there until Kim and Tee is gone in his sight. Can we start over again? But still, you chose him. His thoughts.

He didn’t feel suddenly, those cold raindrops. He slowly lift his head and see the umbrella protect him. He turn back and see Godt smiling at him.

“Let’s go home?” Godt shows that he’s always there for Copter. “You’re the only truth in all his lies in life. But he still, choice Tee. He’s really a jerk.” Godt say while wiping those tears that Kim didn’t see when he choice Tee.

“Y-you s-saw i-it?” Copter’s stuttering because he try his best to hold those tears and never fall again.

“Yes. But thanks to him, I made a great entrance because he let his guard to fall down.”

(Flashback)

Kim left alone with full of bitter indignation. He close his eyes and pull in all of the coolness that fades when Godt made him the most foolish person. When he is OK, he went outside and witness that made him again to feel a lunatic man.

He walks towards them and see clearer the smile of the two while having a conversation.

“Why are you here?” Kim ask Copter.

Copter take a little glance before his eyes back to Godt. The two didn’t mind the existence of the CEO and continue talking.

“Why are you here?!” Kim shouted that made to Copter shock. He felt scared because the way Kim shout is different, full of enmity.

“We’re going to --.” Godt didn’t finish what he wants to say he look at Kim’s eyes. Those eyes are already reach the limit.

“I am not asking you.” Kim look back to Copter that already back himself in reality. “Why are you here?” Kim ask Copter again but this time, he is calmly.

“We’re going to have a lunch together.” Copter’s response. “And why are you here? This is not your office nor Mr. Tee’s office?”

“Yes. This is not my office nor Tee’s office. I came here because you are here. I’ll take you away from him.” Kim look at Godt then, back to Copter. “If Dhara knew that her parents are having a hard time, she’ll be sad for sure.” He smirk when his eyes sees how Godt didn’t comprehend how Copter related to Dhara. He give his rival a playful smirk for saying the he’ll win this round. “Come! Let’s have a lunch together.” He grab Copter’s wrist and pull the shorter man.

Copter didn’t protest since he didn’t expect this will happen. He let himself to pull by the CEO. When they’re already far away and there’s no other people other than them, Kim stop that made Copter’s head bump in the CEO’s back.

“Stop talking and seeing him. We’ve both agree about the conditions and terms of the contract. No one will date other person.” Kim turn and face Copter. He see that the other man rub his forehead.

“I’ll stop if ever you’ll stop seeing and talking Mr. Tee.” Copter smile after he thrown back the curse.

“Tee and Godt is different. Tee is my bestfriend.” Kim explain.

“Then, this conversation is closed.” Copter turn back.

Before he walk away, Kim grab him already. “Don’t leave. We’re going to have a lunch together.”

But when Copter turn back to face Kim, he didn’t continue it when another man came. The person why Kim didn’t see his worth. Kim loosen his grip in Copter’s wrist before Tee walk towards them.

“Oh! Finally! I found you, Kim.” Tee’s first thing slip off in his lips.

Copter slowly face the two and see that Tee’s arm is resting in the shoulder of Kim.

“Copter!” He say when he sees the face of the employee. “Kim and I have an appointment. Do you want to join us in taking a lunch?” Tee offer Copter to join them.

“Tee!” Kim call out his bestfriend. He got the attention of Tee. “Can postpone our --.” Kim stops when Copter say something.

“I am going to have a lunch date with Godt. So, I can’t join. Thank you for the offer, Mr. Tee. I'll be going now.” Copter smile before he walk away.

Kim didn’t stop Copter since he is surprised. His soul leave him for a while.

“So, you’re mine for now, Kim.” Tee’s arm coil in his bestfriend. He’s sweet, suddenly.

(End of Flashback)

Kim is done changing his clothes. He used a pair of pajama and white shirt from Tee’s closet. He is now in the house of his friend.

“Come!” Tee call his friend.

Kim look at him and sees Tee sitting in the edge of his bed. And holding a dry towel.

“I’ll help you to get dry your hair.”

Kim follow Tee and sit in the floor. He let his friend to do it.

“You did a great scene earlier.” Tee compliment Kim.

“But at the end, I choose you.” Kim lifeless voice.

“That’s your choice, Kim. You can’t fight what’s you really feel.” Tee stops rubbing Kim’s hair. “How long are you going to run away?” He tickle his friend in the most sensitive part. “How long, baby Kim?” He continue tickling Kim.

Until Kim didn’t happy in what Tee’s doing. He stand and walk away. But before he do it, Tee grab him. They’re both unbalance their selves after Tee pull all the weight towards him.

Kim lie in Tee’s top body. Luckily, they both fall in the soft bed. Tee furrow head came when he sees Kim’s face is reddish.

“I am coward.” Kim murmur. He pull out his own body and lie in the bed now.

Tee sit properly in the bed and put his palm in Kim’s forehead. “You’re not OK.” He check if Kim’s temperature is normal. “Wait! I’ll get some medicine. You’re easily get sick. You know that your stamina is low.” He scolded Kim that didn’t say something.

He stops from standing when Kim grab his wrist. He slowly look to his friend pale face. Kim cuddle Tee’s arm.

“Please stay! I hate myself for being so coward.” Kim starts to make a noise.

Tee patted Kim’s head while witnessing the silent cry of his friend.
